please refund me for this theme. i will not use it. its to complicated for me out of my range. i will be more on the support forum asking questions then start selling, i have now the domain for 1 week online, still not working and broken. also UNLINK your theme from my host please. this is also important!!! i already send out the refund request! please allow refund, does not make sense for me this difficult theme to configure, out of my range.

I send several of them, hiding behind a stupid reason does not make it better for you. As I clearly told, this theme is out of my league and cannot work with it.
we are now i think almost 2 weeks further, and still nothing happened always saying: We only can refund if the theme is broken, but for me that is not a valid reason if a customer cannot use the product. And even I did ask for the refund within 48h. In Europe this had a different meaning.
AND THEN THE OTHER THING: i am asking now since the beginning> UNLINK THE THEME ITSERVICE2 from my domain. After 2 weeks still not happened! How can this be correct from your side? I deleted my FTP wordpress + databases in directAdmin now more then 5-6 times, and the theme is still active!!!!

Hi. I’m in a process of making a new site while the current one is still online (same domain, different subdirectory and WordPress installation, same database but different tables prefix). The current one uses licensed version of Betheme. Can I use the same instance of Betheme to build this new site, since I’d deregister it from the current site and use it on the new one once it is ready to be launched? Thanks in advance.

After complaining of customers, i tried again newest Betheme and must agree, the Template is going bloated unusable and weired usability… Right now i am triying to find out, why my customer can not use pre-built sections, they just do not insert at all…. My question is, BeBuilder and Elementor are identical or where is the difference for a user? I can not give customers complicated bethemes templates anymore, they could do it in the past, but more and more bethemes losing over their bloated feature list forget the customer

Could you please tell us more specifically which parts of Betheme you find bloated or unusable? For example, is it the builder interface, the settings, loading speed, the number of options? Detailed feedback will really help us understand and improve.
Regarding the problem with pre-built sections not inserting: this happen only if license isn’t registered for the site or license key is shared between multiple domains.
As for the difference between BeBuilder and Elementor:

Hi, I had the theme for use one time last year (installed it but never used it on an end project). I’ve deleted all data from that project (and the domain) and BeTheme is saying this when entering the code: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: **.com

Otherwise, your footer might be built with Template and in such case, you will find the right template under Templates > Footer.

Betheme and BeBuilder were developed with a strong focus on performance. We’ve invested a lot of effort into optimizing every aspect of the theme — from layout rendering to script handling — to ensure excellent loading times and smooth experiences right out of the box.
That said, final PageSpeed Insights scores can still vary significantly due to factors outside of our control, such as:
- Heavy media (e.g. unoptimized images, videos, animations)
- Third-party plugins and scripts
- Server performance and hosting quality
- Lack of caching or CDN setup
- Geographical distance between the user and server
- And more…

I’ve got a five licences. SOmething is wrong with last update 28.1.2 – after update cannot to see more than one post, or i.e. Justified Image Grid…
after backup to older version – problem is solved…. but in new one – still appear.

Love the theme – but your BeCustom is flawed I’m afraid as a user can still access in the top menu links to your website, support, FAQ’s changelog etc when in editing mode. User has Editor permission and still all of these show. It would be good if you could truly hide all references to the theme as otherwise what is the point of BeCustom? Can this be achieved?

Could you please limit the cookie expiration time to 12 months when updating? Currently, the cookie mfn-post-love-* is set to store data for more than 13 months. Do you have any custom code causing this?

I was strongly considering purchasing this theme, but after reviewing the demos, I’m profoundly disappointed by the lack of keyboard navigability. It’s perplexing why the :focus-visible outline is either hidden or entirely absent. This oversight directly contravenes WCAG 2.1, Success Criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard), which mandates that all functionality be operable via a keyboard, including clear focus indication for links and buttons. Without this fundamental accessibility feature, your demo sites are impossible to navigate for many users.
While the designs are aesthetically pleasing, their lack of accessibility renders them functionally deficient and excludes a significant segment of potential website visitors. Given that the European Accessibility Act (EAA) is set to become law at the end of this June, extending accessibility requirements to private companies, neglecting such basic accessibility considerations is remarkably shortsighted and could have significant repercussions for users and compliance.

we do support keyboard navigability of course. Just because you don’t see the feature you’re looking for on the demo, it doesn’t mean such feature is not available 
Pre-built websites (demos) are only examples of what could be accomplished with the BeTheme. So basically, you can do much more than you see on specific demo.
Many people just don’t like how this keyboard support looks like and that’s why it’s disabled by default. We have plenty of accessibility features built-in.
