Hi I bought the Ronneby them yesterday – it says it is a Elementor theme but it came with WP Baykery – therefore it is not suitable for me – Can I give the license back?

Hi there. I bought an updated version of Ronneby after a PHP update caused a fatal error on my site. I activated the new version, but later had to restore my site to the backup I took before installing the new DFD Ronneby. But when I went to reinstall it, it wouldn’t accept my Purchase Code. I emailed envato, but didn’t receive a reply soon enough, so I’ve now bought a second license, just to get my site back up and running. Is it possible to get a refund on the 1st license, as I’m not using it? I also need advice on my site, as the navigation and fonts are not working with the upgraded version of Ronneby. Thanks!

Hello, I just extended my support and have four questions:
1. For some reason the Woocommerce shopping cart is not appearing on my desktop menu. It is showing on mobile, but not desktop. I have looked at custom CSS and can’t seem to find what the issue is. https://www.chelseaaynaart.com/shop/

I looked at your website. The shopping cart icon is not displayed in the header because it is disabled in the theme options. You can enable it in Theme Options – Header options – Shopping cart button in header. The color of the icon next to the buy button is derived from the Default title color. It can be found in Theme Options – Styling options – Default title color. It can also be changed using custom CSS code. Regarding editing messages and centering product thumbnails, please write to us here with more detailed information and I will try to help you.

Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, enabling the shopping cart button under Header options and adjusting the Default Title color did not solve the first two items so I submitted a ticket and included more details about the other two items as well. Thank you!

The theme demo I’d like to use says that it uses Visual Composer as the builder. I downloaded the Visual Composer plugin, and when I try to edit the demo page, Visual Composer front-end tool just displays it as a bunch of code that you can edit, as opposed to individual elements. I can send you a video of what I’m talking about?

I’ve been trying to change the layout of the Portfolio items list page (the one displaying the title and thumbnail image of all portfolio topics) using the theme options, specifically by setting:
Portfolio Options → Archive Page → Layout Style: Grid
However, no changes are reflected on the Portfolio items list. I also experimented with different settings in the Portfolio section under Theme Options, but nothing seems to affect the layout.

I have update the theme, message says updated succesfully. but when I click any link within admin, it says: critical error occured ( i dont know if i translated correctly, I have a dutch language on WP ) anyway, I can’t acces or view the site anymore, not as an admin, an not able to view the site regularly on any browser. is there a way to rollback, or any other solution to this problem? please Helppppp

Please help: for portfolio on mobile, is there a way of not displaying comments. Or else display comments under description. I’m seeing image, the all the comment before I get to the description. Not ideal

There are no such settings as an option. It is impossible to change the location without interfering with the code. But you can hide it on mobile devices using custom CSS code:

The code needs to be inserted into Theme Options – General options – Custom CSS / JS – “Custom CSS” section.

There are several options. You can insert a shortcode into a menu item, but you need to enable support for shortcodes in the menu. To do this, in the child theme in the functions.php file, write add_filter( ‘wp_nav_menu_items’, ‘do_shortcode’ ); Another option is to write a shortcode in Theme Options – Header options – Language selection shortcode. But in both cases, you will have to adjust the appearance with custom CSS.

Yes. According to the Envato rules, one license is one website. You need to buy a new license for a new active website.

According to the rules, one license means one website. If you are moving a website or creating a new one, you can use the old license, provided that the old site is no longer working. The price is for one license. How long you will use it is a personal decision (for life). The theme includes paid plugins that we have the right to provide to our customers (Slider revilution and WPBakery). Also included is our plugin, without which the theme will not work and in which the features are written.

I bought a license to update it, but I have some problems. 1) I uninstalled the old plugins but there are errors when trying to install the required ones. Hello Ronneby. I like this theme and built several websites with it. However in the latest 3.5.67 version update, the background-options in a row-settings seems to have a bug. Suddenly a old forest image called “sun.jpg” starts appearing while its not set in any tab in the row settings. I cannot even delete it and covers the complete row in a left to right animation
