The theme demo I’d like to use says that it uses Visual Composer as the builder. I downloaded the Visual Composer plugin, and when I try to edit the demo page, Visual Composer front-end tool just displays it as a bunch of code that you can edit, as opposed to individual elements. I can send you a video of what I’m talking about?

I’ve been trying to change the layout of the Portfolio items list page (the one displaying the title and thumbnail image of all portfolio topics) using the theme options, specifically by setting:

Portfolio Options → Archive Page → Layout Style: Grid

However, no changes are reflected on the Portfolio items list. I also experimented with different settings in the Portfolio section under Theme Options, but nothing seems to affect the layout.

Could you please advise?

I have update the theme, message says updated succesfully. but when I click any link within admin, it says: critical error occured ( i dont know if i translated correctly, I have a dutch language on WP ) anyway, I can’t acces or view the site anymore, not as an admin, an not able to view the site regularly on any browser. is there a way to rollback, or any other solution to this problem? please Helppppp

Please help: for portfolio on mobile, is there a way of not displaying comments. Or else display comments under description. I’m seeing image, the all the comment before I get to the description. Not ideal

I bought a license to update it, but I have some problems. 1) I uninstalled the old plugins but there are errors when trying to install the required ones. Hello Ronneby. I like this theme and built several websites with it. However in the latest 3.5.67 version update, the background-options in a row-settings seems to have a bug. Suddenly a old forest image called “sun.jpg” starts appearing while its not set in any tab in the row settings. I cannot even delete it and covers the complete row in a left to right animation

I applied the demo in the link: https://rnbtheme.com/seventy-fifth/ However, I have a serious hard time editing the homepage with WPBakery Page Builder. When I switch to edit mode, I get an infinitely loading screen. Edit buttons do not appear. I tried with different browsers but the problem is the same in all of them. How can this be solved?

I purchased the Elementor version of the Ronneby theme specifically because I wanted to use Elementor, not Visual Composer.

However, none of the imported demo content looks like the advertised demo. The pages are either broken, empty, or full of raw shortcodes from Visual Composer. I followed all the correct steps and used the Elementor kits provided in the package, but the imported result is nothing like the live demo.

Also, the Elementor Kit Library is not usable for me because it requires a paid subscription. This means I cannot import anything from there.

To be clear:

I bought the Elementor version.

I do not want to use Visual Composer.

I expected to get pages exactly like your demo that I can edit with Elementor.

What I received is incomplete, messy, and unusable for a business website.

I’m under time pressure because I signed a contract and chose this theme to speed up the work. Unfortunately, this situation is slowing me down instead of helping.

Please let me know how I can get the fully working Elementor demo pages that look like what you advertised. Otherwise, I will have to consider requesting a refund.
