Hey, guys, I bought this template many years ago, and I never used it officially. I mean, I used it to do a prototype and the site never went out. Now, I need this theme to create a site, but when I try to install the code it says “Code is already registered for other domain”. Please, help, I need to deattach this, and I cannot find how to do this.

You can deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Furthermore, when I downloaded the latest version from your website, my security software flagged it as containing suspicious files and blocked the installation. This raises serious concerns about the integrity and safety of the product.

The theme cannot be downloaded from our website. The latest version can only be downloaded from ThemeForest in the “Downloads” section of your account. It’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market, and this is especially true when it comes to the safety aspects. Moreover we, the theme authors, conduct additional tests to eliminate the possibility of there being any malicious content.
Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
Also, please make sure your Bridge Core plugin is updated to version latest version (3.3.4.2 at the moment). After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
One more thing you should check is if your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter and be the first to find out all the latest news.

Just to clarify, I have always downloaded the theme directly from ThemeForest, specifically from the “Downloads” section of my account. I’ve done this with previous versions of the theme without any issues.
However, with the latest version, my security software is flagging the download as suspicious and automatically blocking it. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue with your theme, which makes me believe there might be something different or unexpected in this particular package.
Due to this, I’m currently unable to complete the download and therefore cannot proceed with updating the theme or the Bridge Core plugin. As a result, I’m stuck with a version that’s not functioning properly, and I can’t apply the necessary updates.
I’d appreciate it if you could review the current package on ThemeForest and confirm that it’s clean and fully operational. If possible, I’d also welcome an alternative way to access a secure version of the theme so I can complete the update and resolve the functionality issues.

The background can be changed. This one is added as image (please see screenshot).
The theme is compatible with Elementor. All of the features showcased in the Elementor demos on landing page and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this: when the Qode News plugin is enabled/used, it overrides the Blog Archive and Category layout settings in Qode Options, thus making the appearance of category pages default to the Qode News Layout 1 (with default settings)
Is there a workaround to this? I can’t seem to find any documentation for this plugin either

When Qode News plugin is used the archive pages will have Qode News Layout 1 as a default template. Unfortunately, there is no option to change this through theme options. Hi, when using quick edit on the pages screen to change a page title or permalink after you save it it clears our all the custom css within wpbakery for that page. Are you aware of this issue?

Just wanted to add a comment that the latest update Version 30.8.8.1 with Bridge Core 3.3.4.1 caused the same missing content issues others were/are reporting for me when updating also. Saw the reports and kept the old copy of bridge to one side so just deleted the Bridge Core plugin and reinstalled from the old Bridge version to make it work again. Sure the authors are still working on it but the ‘fix’ is not fixing as it were (for any others deciding to update or hold back until it’s working).

After the update to latest version all the qbuttons disappear. I used previous version, I had to downgrade. As other users said, fix it as soon as possible, you should have tested it.
The fact anyone from Qode team is answering the comments here after the update broke all the sites is definitely not professional.

Confirmed. Update crashes the site, especially when using Qode Tours Plugin. We updated the theme, Visual Composer and the quode plugins. After that we only received errors, luckily we had a backup.

After the update yesterday the disguise happened the bridge dashboard, documentation page, import pages all were white blank, after updating the bridge core plugin the CTA Qode buttons disappeared from the website. but only that contact forms were missing too, to fix this I have to backup the website and downgrade the theme version It’s a fix for now. But, Please fix these issues as soon as possible.

The Qode Bridge 30.8.8 update (which includes WPBakery 8.5) essentially caused a lot of content to disappear. Not sure if the WPBakery update or the Bridge Core update is the culprit, but for the time being, I have restored the site to a pre-update backup done just prior to updating, which resolved all issues.
I hope that this can be resolved ASAP
As a follow-up, I tried reinstalling the 30.8.8 theme update WITHOUT the Bridge Core update, and the site seems to work normally. It looks like the Bridge Core update is the issue.
Until a fix to this is issued, a workaround is to restore to a pre-update site backup, update the theme and update all required theme plugins EXCEPT Bridge Core.
Hopefully a fixed Bridge Core is released soon… fingers crossed

We have 20+ bridge licenses and sites running Bridge.I have just setup a new test site but when I click Bridge Dashboard in WordPress dashboard I get nothing, also nothing when I click on System Info or Import, all blank pages. What’s wrong here?
