We are constantly working on updating all our themes and you can find Bridge changelog in this link. You will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.

As you may know, WooCommerce releases new versions of the plugin every few weeks. This means that some of the template files we use in our theme might show up for you as outdated.
Note that most of the WooCommerce updates do not change anything critical, so it should not have an impact on the theme’s functionality. You can go through the Checkout process to make sure everything is working fine. If everything appears normal, and in most cases, it will, you can feel free to ignore the ‘out of date’ warning.

I’m using BRIDGE templates/themes for some of my websites, and I’m now considering using it for another project, but I haven’t purchased it yet. I wanted to test it on my website by importing the “bridge511.qodeinteractive.com” theme. However, Elementor isn’t working for editing the homepage. I’ve tried everything, but nothing worked.

I also wondered if Elementor isn’t working because I haven’t paid for the theme yet, could that be the reason?

On my other website, I’m using WPBakery with BRIDGE, so that one has a different setup. If Elementor won’t work, I’ll probably avoid using this theme. But honestly, I haven’t found any good alternatives to BRIDGE that work well with WPBakery for this website.

What do you suggest? Any ideas or recommendations? – Linda

Plus, I want to use a theme compatible with PHP 8.3 and above, that’s why I’m changing my current theme.

Hi, I bought Bridge theme yesterday and I’m struggling hardly to import the demo I was interested in when I saw the theme. It’s called Travelogue and doesn’t matter which import method I use it will always fail.

I’ve doble-checked all the Wordpress server parameters to install bridge properly in my site. I’ve activated all the recommended plugins, both theme and demo. If I try importing from the bridge dashboard, it remains stuck at 8% forever. If I try to import xml files I get a list of error messages and no content is added to my site.

I’ve carefully followed all the steps provided in the theme documentation, text and video, always getting the same results.

To import this demo please make sure to have Bridge Core and plugins shown in screenshot active. You can activate other plugins later if you plan on using them.

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.

Thank you. Every time I’ve tried to import the demo I’ve done it starting in a new, clean, wordpress site. Just for clarification, I’ve tried activating the recommended plugins that are suggested when you install the theme along with Contact Form 7, I’ve tried also activating just Bridge Core plus the required plugins for the demo (those shown in the screenshot). It never works. Either importation gets stuck (using dashboard method) or it throws errors and no content is created. I’ve only been able to make some progress after excluding attachments from the process, but I need them in order to customise the site.

I bought this a while ago, was using demo305 all was fine until recently the numbered carousel stopped displaying. Tried EVERYTHING. updated core, increased execution limit, deactivated all none qode plugins, theme up to date, nothing is working. Anyone with a fix?

We’ve checked the site where your purchase code is currently registered and there is a notice shown in screenshot. This is usually because no slides are assigned to the slider added on the page. Please check the Qode Slider documentation in this link to make sure you set up everything correctly.

I’m reaching out because I purchased a template from your marketplace, and after installing one of the recent updates, many features stopped working correctly. This has negatively affected the usability and stability of the template.

Furthermore, when I downloaded the latest version from your website, my security software flagged it as containing suspicious files and blocked the installation. This raises serious concerns about the integrity and safety of the product.

I kindly request that you look into this issue and provide a clean and fully functional version of the template as soon as possible. I expect a resolution or clear guidance from the author on how to fix the broken features and ensure the files are secure.

The theme cannot be downloaded from our website. The latest version can only be downloaded from ThemeForest in the “Downloads” section of your account. It’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market, and this is especially true when it comes to the safety aspects. Moreover we, the theme authors, conduct additional tests to eliminate the possibility of there being any malicious content.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

Also, please make sure your Bridge Core plugin is updated to version latest version (3.3.4.2 at the moment). After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

One more thing you should check is if your purchase code is registered in Bridge Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

Just to clarify, I have always downloaded the theme directly from ThemeForest, specifically from the “Downloads” section of my account. I’ve done this with previous versions of the theme without any issues.

However, with the latest version, my security software is flagging the download as suspicious and automatically blocking it. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue with your theme, which makes me believe there might be something different or unexpected in this particular package.

Due to this, I’m currently unable to complete the download and therefore cannot proceed with updating the theme or the Bridge Core plugin. As a result, I’m stuck with a version that’s not functioning properly, and I can’t apply the necessary updates.

I’d appreciate it if you could review the current package on ThemeForest and confirm that it’s clean and fully operational. If possible, I’d also welcome an alternative way to access a secure version of the theme so I can complete the update and resolve the functionality issues.

The background can be changed. This one is added as image (please see screenshot).

The theme is compatible with Elementor. All of the features showcased in the Elementor demos on landing page and listed in the Theme Features list can be achieved with the theme options, custom shortcodes by the theme and free version of Elementor.

This demo has both WPBakery and Elementor demo version.
