I recently purchased and installed your theme from ThemeForest. However, I am facing a critical issue — the theme does not support Elementor, and the editor is not opening at all.

Hello. Love your template. Just need to figure out a way to remove the Blog Post Header from all posts. The header with the words “Blog Post” and breadcrumbs + image.

Hi… I had originally receive this template from a former customer. He had purchased a license and in turn purchased one for me. However, I have not spoken with him in years. I believe he lives in Spain now, though I have no way to reach him to get the original purchase info. I assure you, the theme was rightfully paid for, I just never thought to ask him for proof as it was a gift for providing excellent work for him.

I am trying to turn off the header row (row that has the breadcrumbs) for each page individually, but it’s not working. I also tried to do it in the site’s settings, but that also didn’t work. I would rather control it page by page though. Is this a bug?

I installed the theme on a new wordpress installation with all the plugins and imported the demo content. The moment I activate Kirki Customizer Framework plugin I get an error please see the message on the site: https://demo1.mont6.co.za/

Please assist urgently.

Demo content import is not getting through and getting stuck at “Importing Content”. Going through the documentation, I noticed that this will work only for elementor versions below 3.0, which is a very big limitation as the current version is 3.27.5.

When we import the demo content manually it gives an error “There has been a critical error on this website” on a fresh installed site.

Could you confirm when we can get a fix to make this site work for the latest version of elementor?

I have a problem, when a click on any page or refresh the page, icon size in top menu, is very big and then resize, I don’t have the preloader function activated
