Hi, how do I remove all mention of the engitech Seattle office on the backend of my theme. It’s not visible but Google is pulling Seattle as my location due to it be imbedded into the theme. Please advise.

Hi, anytime I try to edit the theme with WordPress edit, the layout gets distorted. Do I need to buy Elementor to be able to edit my content?

Is that the only means to edit the theme? Elementor is very expensive for me.

My client finally does not want to keep on developing his site with us and wanted to know if there is a possibility of a refund on the theme as it has never been downloaded and at the moment we don’t know when we are going to use it.

I don’t think you are aware but royal preloader has an issue.

On mobile view (not on desktop narrow browser window or inspection tool but on actual smartphone) when a site turned on preloader (customizer > preload logo), users basically cannot click any link (button, hamburger menu and text link) on the page. I don’t want to think about how long this issue was there…. It’s a terrible bug as users cannot open anylink after landing on home page. I’d like to presume that the previous theme was fine. Please fix. Until then css below can patch this issue.

Responsive Issue. Made a coming soon page. Responsive padding for sections are not working on phones. Shows working in emulator but not working on actual devices. Need this resolved as launching soon.

I have installed the theme and everything went well. I am facing a small issue which is an undescore is seen before the published date and author name on the frantend display. Thats not actually there in the backend. Can you support me in this case.

We are facing the Same Issue where Header is getting Messy on Page Load and settles once the Page Gets Loaded Completely. We have bought the theme from Envato Elements and there’s no Option to Submit a Support Ticket.

I need a Resolution for this issue as I am stuck and adding any other Header plugin is making the Page Headers and sidebar Menu not working.

Issue with Header 1 Once the website loads, header 1 is not shown properly. Call & mail icon are shown in big sizes one below the other and on scrolling the full page, navigation menu is shown. The problem gets temporarily fixed on making any changes in the header and then reverting it back. What is this issue related to?

Hi, I noticed that a new version of the theme has been released on Envato. However, the update is not showing in my WordPress dashboard, and I don’t have the Envato Market plugin installed.
