There are some issues with the latest updates (28.1.5) listed below:

1) Custom post types are not visible for templates creation and query loops. 2) Query loops for nested wraps are not available which was released in april 2025.

I’m having trouble indexing ACF custom fields with Relevanssi for WordPress search. Seems like something in BeTheme breaks that connection since changing the theme allows custom fields in WP search results. Is there something in BeTheme altering the way content is indexed?

Hi I would like to use the template on a new website, unfortunately the one I used it on briefly, is not longer online and doesn’t exist. I tried registering it on my new domain but it says I need to dereigister the purchase code from my old one first. However, I am unable to do this as it doesn’t exist.

My support has run out, but I am unable to use the theme, can it be deregistered at your end so I can use the theme? I can provide the registration code, old domain and anything else you need. I tried registering on your forms but it won’t let me because my support has ended. Hope this makes sense.

Hi, i need some advice, i tried to override the header file to my child theme, since we have a issue with accesibility. The hamburguer icon doesn’t have any title or aria role, and need to add it. Also the menu, has a tabindex=0, wich i need to delete. But, cannot find wich file has that icon… I’m using Header builder and cannot find where you output that icon. Thanks!

Hello, I’m having trouble using the theme on PHP version 8.3. Is it compatible? I’ve tested everything here and it doesn’t work.

There is a problem with the theme in the MAC version when the scroll gets stuck when going down or up the page. On Windows it doesn’t get stuck when scrolling.

The version used on the site is BethemeVersion: 17.4.

Will it be necessary to update the theme?

how can i deregister my theme for an old domain?

hi, is it possible to work first on xampp and after publish it on my hosting? would be there any problem with licence?

We have a client that has a website by BeTheme that hasnt been updated since 2017… surprise surprise they are hacked, everything else is up to date though. Site still works somehow… for the most part.

If I buy this theme and add it, should it technically work as an upgrade from that old of an instance, or should I do it in increments, like last 2018 version, then last 2019 version, etc. and if so, can you provide those versions?

I noticed that even with the latest version, there are still a few outdated WooCommerce templates in the theme. Specifically:

woocommerce/cart/cart.php is at version 7.9.0, while the core version is now 10.0.0

woocommerce/cart/mini-cart.php is at version 9.4.0, while the core version is also 10.0.0

Also, I’ve seen the message about woocommerce.php overriding archive-product.php, which limits template customization on product archive pages.

It would be great to have these addressed in a future update to ensure full compatibility with the latest WooCommerce version.

I’m currently setting up one of my five licenses for a new client and have encountered an issue with the breadcrumbs. I’d like to disable them, but I can’t seem to find an option to hide them in the theme settings.

I’ve already tried using the following custom CSS without success:

css .breadcrumbs { display: none !important; } Could you please guide me on how to properly remove the breadcrumbs? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The website that my license is registered on no longer exist, the domain is also no longer exists, how do I remove it so I can use it on my new domain ?
