I recently migrated a website to a new server. The site was originally set up by another agency, and I do not have access to the original Avada purchase key or Envato account. How can I recover or transfer the Avada license for this installation so I can receive updates and support?

Hi, I bought your plugin and I’m very happy with it.

However, I cannot find where to translate something: If you hover over the cart, a preview of the cart appears. There you can see the products in the cart, and two buttons: “View Cart” and “Checkout”. I want to translate them to German, but cannot find where. I have already tried with a translation plugin (Loco Translate), but no success. Can you please tell me how to translate these terms? Thank you :)

I’m very interested in purchasing the Avada theme for my e-commerce website. I currently use the Woodmart theme, but over time, I’ve grown less satisfied with it. I’m looking for something more modern and fluid, especially since 100% of my visitors use mobile devices. I also want a solution that requires fewer plugins while still offering strong performance.

Before making a decision, I have a few important questions:

Mobile product layout: Is it possible to display products in 2 or 3 columns on mobile instead of just one per row? And can we easily customize spacing, buttons, and filters?

Advanced product search in the header: Can I add a central search bar like on Amazon, with autocomplete, suggestions, or filters?

Sticky bottom menu on mobile: Does the theme allow creating a sticky bottom navigation menu with icons (Home, Categories, Cart, Account, etc.)? This feature is very important for mobile usability.

Ajax filters and navigation: Does the theme offer dynamic Ajax product filters (size, color, price, etc.) similar to Woodmart? Can users filter without page reload?

Customizable product pages: Can I fully customize the product page layout (block order, promo badges, variations, etc.) using Avada Builder, just like with Elementor or Woodmart’s builder?

Performance and included plugins: What plugins are included or recommended with Avada? Is it possible to run the theme smoothly without installing too many plugins? And is it optimized for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals?

Comparison with Elementor: Does Avada Builder offer more features than the free (or even Pro) version of Elementor? I’d like to know if I can fully customize everything visually, including buttons, blocks, filters, popups, etc.

Header builder and Mega Menu: Can I easily build custom headers and mega menus (with icons, images, subcategories) like I can with Woodmart?

Updates and support: How frequently is the theme updated, and how responsive is the support team?

Hello,

I recently purchased the Avada theme based on recommendations and high reviews, but unfortunately, it does not work for me. I tried several times to build my homepage and customize the theme, but I found it very complex and not beginner-friendly.

Despite my efforts, I was unable to make the theme work as expected, and it did not meet my needs for a simple and efficient e-commerce setup. I eventually had to uninstall Avada and install another theme that better suited my goals.

I kindly ask for a refund, as I am not able to use the product and have now completely stopped using it. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hello, Im building a webapge for a client and I need help integrating custom post types and fields into a card design and then have a slider to display 3 at a time with controls to navigate through the slider. They want to use native WP / Avada components, and I cannot seem to figure this out. The Post Slider element, does not allow me to select a custom post type. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Team, I’m currently using the latest version of the Avada theme (v7.12.2). During a recent security scan, I received a notice regarding a known vulnerability: WordPress Redux Framework <= 4.2.11 – Information Disclosure.

Upon checking the Avada theme files, I found that the Redux Framework version in use is 3.5.9.8, located at: /wp-content/themes/Avada/includes/lib/inc/redux/framework/FusionReduxCore/framework.php

Could you please confirm when the Redux Framework will be updated in the theme to address this vulnerability?

At Avada we take security very seriously and any vulnerability is immediately patched, regarding this one, it appears that the tool being used to do the check is only checking for the version number of framework and hence marking it as a risk, while Avad simply use a version that does not offer the install of template blocks, thus Avada is not affected by it so you can ignore that as a false positive.

I have purchased this Theme long time ago and my Support is EXPIRED. However I would like to know why the Purchase Code is not getting accepted on a second WordPress installation which is on a SUBDOMAIN.

The Purpose is pretty clear. I do have my productional website and at the same time I do also have the same theme installed on my sandbox/playground on which I want to do some tests before applying it on the productional website. Please help here.

Extending or repurchasing the support for 50 USD only to get this question responded doesnt make sense to me at this point as it is a pretty generic question. Thanks!

Hello Avada Support Team,

I’m currently working on a FAQ page on my WordPress website using the Avada theme. While the FAQ entries are being displayed correctly on the front-end and I can manage the FAQs under the “FAQs” post type in the WordPress dashboard, I am unable to directly edit the content from the FAQ page using the Avada Builder.

Even though the FAQ page is created via the Pages menu, when I try to edit it with Avada Builder, the FAQ elements appear visually, but I cannot modify the question-answer blocks directly in the builder interface.

Is this a known limitation? Is there a way to edit individual FAQ items directly from the page builder view, or must all edits be made through the FAQs post type only?

I would appreciate your guidance on the best way to manage and display customized FAQ content with Avada.

I am using multiple “Post Cards” on the same page to display the latest posts.

But it is showing duplicate posts, all “Post Cards” show the same list of posts.

I want: For example, on a page with 12 posts

- Post Card 1: Show the first post.

- Post Card 2: Show from post 2 to post 6.

- Post Card 3: Show from post 7 to post 12.

Is there any solution to handle it?

Hello, We previously purchased this theme and successfully used it for our website tardissenerji.com. Later, we closed that site and re-used the license for our new website nanoorjin.com. The activation worked perfectly.

However, due to serious issues on your Classic Demo (broken layout and non-functional sections), we had no choice but to delete WordPress completely and reinstall the Avada theme from scratch.

Shockingly, even though it’s the same license and same domain, the license key is now locked, and we are unable to activate it again. This happened just one day after the original activation.

This is frustrating and unacceptable. We did everything properly. Please urgently unlock the license key or allow us to activate it again.

We are preparing a professional site as an official distributor of an industrial product, and this delay is damaging our schedule.

This can happen when the license was not properly unregistered and hence in our system the website is still linked to the license, it can be very easily released by simply following the instructions below.

Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada  You must be logged into your account to see that page.

Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works.

If you are still getting the same issue on your end, open a support ticket and our ticket should sort this out for you in no time.
