Hello, My support expired some time ago, but due to my father’s health problems and his death, I really didn’t have time to focus on projects. I have one simple question, is there a way to alter the design of the Privacy Bar which appears at the bottom of the pages or delete it? I changed the link and text. I don’t mean that. I need to change the design. Thank you for your understanding.

Please inspect the element, and you will see the CSS selectors and classes associated with it. You can use these classes to add CSS properties according to your needs.

Once you’ve created your code, you can add it in U-Design by navigating to Theme Options, then Custom CSS and JS. Add your code in the CSS section and save the settings.

Hi, i want to change icon (Udesign Icon) in member type to icon whatsapp. (please see attachment)

But the icon disappeared, and the WhatsApp icon didn’t appear. Previously, the sidebar on the right side was a Facebook icon (a-icon-facebook), and the Facebook icon appeared. But when I changed it to WhatsApp, it didn’t work. Why is this happening, and what’s the solution?

Su sistema de tickets no funciona y tarda mucho en responder. No me deja validar mi correo.

Mi sitio web tiene problema al traducir “Description” en la ficha de producto de woocommerce.

Además, en los productos muestra el nombre de otro producto y no he logrado solucionarlo.

Seguimos con problemas y no responden. No funciona su plantilla y a todo nos dicen que desactivemos los plugins de terceros y aun asi sigue con problemas. Muy mala experiencia.

Hello, could you tell me how to translate/change the title of the description on a product card in WooCommerce? If we enter text in “Product Description” in the product, but on the product page the title is Description. I solved the first question too) But a new question has arisen, as in this thread: how do I change the width of the side menu? It is currently 435 pixels wide. How do I make it 250 pixels wide, for example? https://d-themes.com/wordpress/udesign/dentist/

If I enter the following code in the CSS header: .custom-header .sticky-content { width: 250px !important; min-width: 250px !important; }

then it decreases in width, but the content to the right of the menu does not fit the new menu width. There is a gap between them. How can I fix this? Or is there a normal way to change the menu width?

I’ve switched to a different theme but it still shows traces of the udesign theme, is there an easy way to delete the theme including all the traces? (database tables etc)

1. Delete the Theme via WordPress Admin Go to Appearance > Themes.

Click Theme Details on uDesign and click Delete.

2. Clean Database Entries Use a plugin like WP-Optimize or Advanced Database Cleaner to remove leftover theme options.

Alternatively, search for any udesign_ entries in phpMyAdmin and delete them.

3. Remove Files via FTP Delete the uDesign folder in wp-content/themes/.

Check wp-content/uploads/ for any uDesign-related files and delete them.

4. Clear Caches Clear caches from any caching plugins and browser/CDN caches.

5. Check for Leftover Widgets & Shortcodes Go to Appearance > Widgets and remove Udesign widgets.

Remove any Udesign-related shortcodes from your content.

My website is using old hph/wordpress/mysql, I indent to use bitnami wordpress VM and customize my website to the new design looks. Can I use the same License on the other development server and install the theme and work on it, with the production website still using the license? So License will be used with two wordpress websites.

Yes, you can use the same license for the 2 sites when one site is the production r staging site and the other will be the live site.

I have reset the theme license for you, now you can use the same license code for both sites to activate the theme again.

Does the latest U-Design version 4.14 work with Elementor 3.30? Because the other U-Design theme versions were breaking the website with Elementor versions newer than 3.29

I have a problem with the Google Analytics tracking codes, the site is not accepting them. We have used the site’s child template from the beginning and installed the Google Site Kit plugin. We have linked the accounts and everything seems to be configured correctly except that the site does not track anything. I tried manually entering the code in the main theme’s header file since the child theme does not have a header. However, only when activating the main theme does the code work and starts recording metrics in Google. The problem is that when changing to the main theme, the entire design is damaged. How can I resolve this?

I have created the website in 2 languages, (English & Arabic), the English version is good, For the Arabic, I use Polylang plugin and I have created another templates for Arabic (Like Header and footer etc…),,, Also, I created another template in Arabic for (Page Header), But I have one problem with (breadcrumb) it shows Home/ Page Name,,,, and if you click Home, it will take you to Home English,,, My question is, How to change breadcrumb (Home) to (Arabic letters), and Make it direct to Home in Arabic.? I’ve noticed that the custom meta fields for the Portfolio post type (such as portfolio_client_text, portfolio_copyright_text, etc.) are not being saved when the Classic Editor plugin is active. After some investigation, I found that these fields only save correctly when using the block editor (Gutenberg).

It would be very helpful if future updates could include proper support for the Classic Editor (active installations: 9+ million), or at least provide a fallback mechanism for saving these meta fields via PHP.

For now I’ve fixed it with this code in functions.php:

You’re absolutely right: currently, the custom meta fields for the Portfolio post type are designed to work with the block editor (Gutenberg), and they do not fully support the Classic Editor out of the box.

We’re actively working on updates to improve the theme and enhance the experience for all users. Supporting the Classic Editor — still widely used — is something we’ll definitely take into consideration for future updates. Hi I’m having a problem with the theme… Display issues on pages, on certain elements like Google review shortcodes, pricing tables, or gallery images. For these three types of elements, they only occupy a third of the block in which they’re placed. And copying and pasting from an existing, functional page systematically results in a truncated block… Everything is up to date. Thank you for your feedback.

I’ve already resolved it. It was just a matter of re-entering the purchase code since I migrated the folder from a test environment to a production environment.

However, I have Elementor version 3.28.4. If I try to update Elementor, the editor automatically stops working and displays an editor error.

We have already reported this to our development team, who will investigate and resolve the problem in the next theme update. In the meantime, you can continue using the previous version of Elementor, which is functioning properly.

Please navigate to the Elementor >> Tools >> Version Control >> Select the 3.28.3 and click reinstall.
