I check all your demo and everyone has a problem on FCP with a 3.0s for FCP & 10s for LCP.

First of all I want to say that Envato’s official support policy does not cover performance or speed optimization. Theme authors are responsible for theme functionality and bugs, not for helping you reach 90+ PageSpeed scores. So it falls on you (or your developer) to optimize.
You’re absolutely right to focus on FCP (First Contentful Paint) & LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) — those are often the hardest metrics to push into that 90+ range, especially for heavy / feature‑rich themes like corporate multipurpose ones. It’s not impossible, though.
In my suggestion, please hire a developer and ask him to increase the site speed and solve the problems related to the FCP and LCP.
I hope you can understand our limitations and Envato support policy.

Why are the plugins not updated? I just downloaded the theme again and the included plugins are still the ones bundled with 4.9.2.

Hi Wanted to inform you that, your theme’s favicon is overriding the site’s favicon on “Firefox”. We had to forcefully disable the “shortcut icon” link rel using a function.

It seems impossible to install the new updates. Every time I try, my website gets a critical error and I have to upload a backup. I find it very hard and unclear how to install the updates. I do not have support anymore, but it would be appreciated to receive step-by-step instructions on how to install the new version (I still paid $60 for this theme). I think the issue is connected to Elementor, but I am not sure.
It worked once but I lost all the content of my website.. So I uploaded a backup again.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
Un-register the theme from the Dashboard.
Re-activate the theme using the same license code.
After reactivation, try updating the theme and core plugin again.
