Hi, congratulations for the theme, it is really great. But in the last releases, it has a bug in the carousel module. If you choose “Overriding Link” to open the post in a pop-up, it doesn’t work. It will open the post in a single page.

There’s a way in Impreza to reset permanent link urls of services / portofolio’s posts, after importing a demo template with content?
The method does not work and i don’t know why : “Step 1 – Navigate to Settings > Permalinks from the WordPress Sidebar. Step 2 – Choose the Permilinks structure you want (Hint: Post Name), and then scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes”. Step 3 – Refresh your page and check that it works.”

This data is stored in the “Excerpt” field of the relevant portfolio item. When you edit the service, click the “Screen options” at the top and activate the checkbox for “Excerpt.”

There seems to be some bug in the “Dual Color Heading” Component. If we leave the “Before Text” field empty, it automatically shows “I Love” on the website instead of keeping it empty. This phrase “I Love” is a dummy text filled as default text in the field “Before Text” when that component is first added while editing a page in WPBakery. Seems like some logic issue at code to not to render dummy text if user has removed this default text phrase of that field.

This is an issue with the Ultimate Addons plugin, and it is not theme-related (you can test it with one of the default WordPress themes – the issue is the same).
We posted a reply about it to the Ultimate Addons team.
In the Fashion Shop demo https://impreza15.us-themes.com/, there is toggle button to switch between dark and light theme. This does not work when the demo is imported in a new website. Nothing happens when we switch from light to dark and vice versa in imported demo website.

Regarding: Price information – Base price per unit or kg or litre
In my region, it is a legal requirement to indicate a base price for specific weight-dependent (or content-dependent) products (e.g. beverages, food). In every situation (normal, special offer/reduced), the price per kg or litre must be indicated. Is this option available in the theme, or how can I implement this function? If this function does not exist, can I submit a feature request for it?

You can create a category or tag for such products and include a text description that will only appear for the products of this category/tag with the Display Logic settings.

We are using the Impreza theme with WooCommerce. Product brands appear correctly on the product detail pages, but they are not visible on the shop/category product listing pages. We would like the brand to appear under the product name as well.

Go to Templates > Grid Layouts and edit the Grid Layout you use for the Shop page. Include a “Post Taxonomy” element and set it up to show Brands.

The List Filter is designed to work with Post List, Product List, Term List, and User List. If you use a Grid to show items, you’ll need the Grid Filter.
If I understand correctly, you’re currently using List Filter with the Grid. Please replace the Grid with Post List or replace the List Filter with Grid Filter.

You can create an image-type custom field with the Advanced Custom Fields plugin and assign it to the needed taxonomy (categories). After this, you can add this image to a Page Template that the archive uses with the Post Custom Field element.

“Impreza Courses” demo does not imports completely. All the products which gets imported have only textual section which says.

In the latest WooCommerce versions, the shop is set to “coming soon” mode by default, which you can see in the horizontal panel at the top of your WordPress admin area. Change the store status to “Live”, and everything should appear correctly.

The date you referred to refreshes every time you change the items inside the relevant archive. In this case, a new version of Revolution Slider was uploaded on September 1st, so it wasn’t a theme update.
My development site which is at a subdomain of my main domain, I always see the message on front end that “Site Is Under Construction”.
Suppose I wanna make some changes, then as a standard development process, I will make changes in development site, see the changes as how it looks and then migrate changes to production.
But here, the front end of development site always show “Site under construction”!
How can I see the changes on my development site before migrating them to production site.

Hello, I have noticed that when I’m adding reusable block with columns to the menu the structure of reusable block is flatten and displayed in one column. Is there any way to avoid this feature? I will be easier, faster and more controlled to create mega menu as one reusable block linked in menu, not separate block for every column. Best regards

When you add a Reusable Block to the menu at Appearance > Menus, there’s a checkbox “Exclude Rows and Columns” that is active by default. Uncheck it, and your Reusable Block will use its rows and columns structure.

I can’t add it in the support, but please check it on a custom installation: create a new Grid Layout and set the link Additional Settings → Custom Link. It works in version 8.37 but not in 8.38
