Hello, I have noticed that on older smartphones and tablets, no keyboard appears when you go to the search function. According to my information, this seems to affect older Android models. The keyboard appears very briefly and then disappears again. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Update: This bug also affects the latest Android system and was only noticed today after the last update was installed. According to the customer, it was still working perfectly yesterday. Perhaps this will help with the investigation?!

Hi. I’m trying to activate the theme on a development domain without SSL. During activation, it redirects to the domain with SSL. But that domain is redirecting to the hosting’s main page. So, basically, I can’t activate the theme. I never had this issue before on the same hosting. Is there anything I can do to redirect to http during activation instead of https?

There are problems with the latest Impreza and Gravity Forms. Something with the style sheet. Example: field Address, choose Country, and the select arrow will multiply and fill the whole field. Also, after updating the theme, other GF styles go a bit off. Tested on multiple sites after updating.

You can try disabling all plugins except Upsolution Core and check if the issue disappears. If it does, activate plugins one by one to determine which one causes the issue.
Additionally, it may be related to custom code. Check the Theme Options > Custom Code, or switch the Child theme to the main one (if you use it).

When I search my published pages in the dashboard the search feature does not work and bring up one page I am looking for. If I search facelift, nothing happens even though I have a page for facelift. It also doesn’t work when I am trying to build a menu and have to search through the published pages. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just tested this setting, and it works correctly on my end. Please ensure you’re using the latest version of the theme and the Upsoluion Core plugin. Also, check if the relevant Row doesn’t have other colors specified via the Design settings of the Column, Row, or via custom CSS.

I just checked, and it works correctly on my end. I assume there must be two possible reasons for the issue: 1) a temporary connection issue, which you can check by giving it another try. 2) your site is blocking requests coming from/to https://help.us-themes.com/ site. This might be due to security plugins or hosting-side settings. Please check the security plugin settings or contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.
