I purchased the Archi Interior Design Wordpress Theme. After uploading the zip file to Wordpress, Installation was unsuccessful.
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.”

Sir this is regarding mansidesai.com Our previous developer of this website purchased theme from his account and we dont hav access of it. Not website is facing critical errors and 3 pluggins creating problem which are disabled : 1. ithemes-security-pro 2. redux-framework 3. wordfence We dont know what new updates have been reseased by you. and exactly what is the issue. If i activate above 3 pluging website will shot critical error page/

NOT RECOMMENDED Guys This Author Support is very bad… i know him since i purchased hosting theme 5-7 year back. Today also they are same. Since 1 month iam aspect their reply you can see my above comments. Now Envato need to audit their Vendor as most of them are fraud on this platform and wont reply after purchase.

Hi, I currently have Version: 4.4.24 of the theme installed. It has WP Bakery version 8.2 however it’s outdated. I know version 5+ of the theme no longer supports WP Bakery, but are plugin updates still being pushed for those still using version 4?

My website is https://chazahglobal.com. I am using Home-minimal. In customization, I have set up desktop header to Home Original. I have gone into the Home Original header to set my logo. My logo shows up in the header on all other pages except the Home page. On the home page, the header still shows as ARCHI.
What am I missing?

Because, the Archi version 5+ support the Elementor Page Builder plugin and not support the WPBakery Page Builder.
If you want build the new website with Elementor Page Builder then you can use the Archi version 5+.

hello- Ive downloaded the newest update 5.0 released on 5/7 from the original version, however it has change the entirety of my content and layout completely. The previous thild theme i had installed was 3.6.7 and now the child theme is 1.0 which noted that this theme is an older version that what was already installed.
