Hello, I just purchased your Archi WordPress theme but unfortunately it does not work on my WordPress installation.
Every time I activate the theme or try to load one of the pages, I get a complete black screen, with no content displaying at all.
I have tried:
reinstalling the theme
deleting and reinstalling the required plugins
importing the demo again
checking my hosting environment
But the problem persists: the website shows a black screen only.
Could you please:
Check if the theme package I downloaded is correct/not corrupted
Provide me with a solution or updated version so I can get the theme running properly?

On my website, the 404 page that appears is the one included with the Archi theme. I would like to replace it with my own custom 404 page, because the current one doesn’t match my design. Could you please explain step by step how to connect or assign my own 404 template instead of the default one?
On the Portfolio page (here is the link: https://nippondom.com/portfolio/), the page title displays the word “Archives” before the portfolio name. Could you please tell me how to remove the word “Archives” from the title so that only the portfolio name is displayed?

Sir this is regarding mansidesai.com Our previous developer of this website purchased theme from his account and we dont hav access of it. Not website is facing critical errors and 3 pluggins creating problem which are disabled : 1. ithemes-security-pro 2. redux-framework 3. wordfence We dont know what new updates have been reseased by you. and exactly what is the issue. Since 1 month iam aspect their reply you can see my above comments. Now Envato need to audit their Vendor as most of them are fraud on this platform and wont reply after purchase.

Hi, I currently have Version: 4.4.24 of the theme installed. It has WP Bakery version 8.2 however it’s outdated. I know version 5+ of the theme no longer supports WP Bakery, but are plugin updates still being pushed for those still using version 4?
