Hi. I have purchased the theme and uploaded it to WordPress. Added all your recommended plugins, and there are only two pages, not a template that has been provided. All I have is a blank elementor. I’m using your theme on a bilingual website with Polylang. I’ve created separate FR and EN footers using Elementor / Header Footer & Blocks.

The issue is that the theme’s global footer is displayed on all pages, so I cannot have different footers for each language.

Is there a way to disable the theme’s global footer or replace it so that my custom FR and EN footers can appear correctly?

Hello,

I recently purchased the Mentor theme for WordPress and encountered an issue with the navigation menu.

When the page initially loads, all menus appear correctly in their positions.
However, when I navigate to another section (e.g., the Blog page), the menu items overlap and appear incorrectly.

I have tried clearing the cache and disabling plugins, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Hi! Suddenly on my website, all the page titles appeared.

I tried removing the title: - from the elementor page settings - with “remove title” plugin but it keeps showed all the titles.

Do you know hao to stop this? I cannot find this function in the “Customize” section.

I am trying to fix my website. The team at GoDaddy sent me this message: “We have cross-checked the site and noticed that the booked and slider plugins are bundled with the theme. Therefore, we need to update the theme to ensure that these plugins are updated automatically. 1 Where is the option to change the link for the “Top Icon Class/Text Button”? I can change the icon but I don’t find the way to change the link

I am having 2 issues with this theme: 1. It says that it is a responsive theme, however, the homepage is not responsive, there is no place for me to define what the Hero Image (which is developed on SliderRevolution) will show for mobile. 2. The theme opens with “Mentor” as a screen saver while the theme loads. I would like it to be my logo or something that is connected to my company – how do I go about changing that?

I bought and installed mentor theme with Version 2.1.4. It included a license for WPBakery Page Builder. It runs fine on PHP 7.4.

I want to update to PHP 8.2, but the WPBakery Page Builder isnt compatible. To upgrade to a higher version of WPBakery Page Builder I seem to miss a license.

I tried upgrading to the newest version of mentor, 2.3.5. This however only offers Elementor to be installed, and there’s no migration path from wpbakery. Does the 2.3.5 version of the theme still support WPBakery, and if yes, is a licence included which works for me with PHP 8.2?

I just bought the template but it turns out that Booked is discontinued, do you plan to include QuickCal? Or what alternative will they provide?
