Hello,
I use Standard Pack Template for the single post template manually. Now, I use Cloud Library template for the single post template. I found one issue for all single post that used Standard Pack. When I use Cloud Library template globally, the post should be assign “From Panel Template” automatically.
Any idea to solve this issue because I see a message “There is a critical error” when I enter the post that used Standard Pack Template before?

If the posts used the global setting https://prnt.sc/9a_GkhDlm6It then switching to a cloud post template is very easy, you just have to set the template globally https://prnt.sc/P_ruDr7m13Q7
But if you set standard templates per post, meaning like this https://prnt.sc/sxxnvcO8wzfR then the posts will always try to use that post template. They won’t switch to from panel just by deactivating the standard pack plugin if that is what you are doing, or by setting a cloud post template globally. Deactivating the standard pack plugin can have other purposes (like updates) so what would happen if all the post templates were reset.
In case I am misunderstanding what you mean please let me know.

If you set templates per post, then the only way to change the template is to edit the post and change it or set it on the from panel option. We might add a setting to reset the post template for all the posts to the default from panel option, which will be useful in such cases. Maybe we can add it in time for the next theme update.

Hi tagDiv team,
I’ve encountered a conflict between the tagDiv Opt-In Builder plugin and Yoast SEO. The issue only occurs on a custom post type (movie) created by the MAS Videos plugin.
When editing a post of this type, the Yoast SEO meta box fails to save, and I see the following error in the browser console:
Code POST https://www.studioflicks.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=65623&action=edit&meta-box-loader=1&meta-box-loader-nonce=ca6c26a5a5&_locale=user 500 (Internal Server Error) This only happens when tagDiv Opt-In Builder is enabled. If I disable it, Yoast SEO works fine—even on the same CPT.
The issue does not occur on regular posts/pages
Could you please advise if there’s a way to exclude specific CPTs from tagDiv Opt-In Builder or if a compatibility fix is available?

Hi,
We are aware of that issue, its fixed in the next theme update. It happens when updating/publishing custom post types, and the optin builder plugin is active.
A quick fix is to check in the theme panel in the CPT section and activate the locker for your custom post type, for example https://prnt.sc/J_jMRkGI3Lsl You don’t have to actually use the locker, just activate it for the respective post type and it should fix the problem. I think I’ve seen that issue before. Please check if the theme detects the mbstring PHP extension as active https://prnt.sc/tjgVjvVpMXqb If it’s not active, please activate it in cPanel. Or ask the hosting provider to enable it in case you don’t have a way to do it, they should be able to do it for you. Then the issue should be solved.

Hi, every cloud header that I’ve tried defaults as full width, and I need them to be boxed because my website has a boxed layout. The problem is that I can’t find anywhere to change them to boxed layout, no selector or other way on tagdiv composer or else. I haven’t been able to find information about how to do it either. Being something so basic I’m sure that there must be a simple way to do it, I was expecting for them to default as the website layout is, boxed. I’m trying the cloud headers on a draft page that is the exact copy of my homepage. Any info will be great, thank you.

Hi, thanks for your reply Simion. So it’s not as simple as selecting a layout and you have to work directly on my website?, the point is that I want to try several headers (add, remove, change things on them) before deciding which one to use on a given category, maybe a different one for each category. Isn’t there a way for us to do it? I guess you are aware that no one would like to depend on that for something so simple. Even if I install all the headers available for you to “adapt” them to a boxed layout and then delete the ones I didn’t use, maybe later you’ll publish new ones and so on. Does the theme really lack of that function? I mean there’s a native boxed layout on the theme, full width is just an option not the only way to go.
Anyway, if it has to be resized and adapted via css, that I can do. So please just let me know if that’s the case. Thank you!
A header can be customized to look how you want, it’s just a matter of using the composer to adjust it. For example this demo is boxed https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/ The header is boxed because the header zone is set to have a maximum width like this on desktop https://prnt.sc/AniyF4vUEOna and like this on tablets https://prnt.sc/XXOq6reIydpR This same method can be applied to any header template. Maybe more minor adjustments to the contents of the header are needed. You could try setting the header that way. Import a boxed header like the magazine demo header to see how its built, as its already boxed https://prnt.sc/FDFAgeNdrSD6 I will also gladly help you with as many header templates as you need, it takes very little time to adjust them. Hi Simion, I installed the boxed Newspaper Pro demo on my site since I first got the theme. Recently I wanted to adjust the logo size but it’s not possible directly using the Tagdiv Composer so I had to download a Cloud Header. I downloaded exactly the Newspaper Magazine Pro Cloud Header and it turned to be full width not boxed, then I found the Newspaper Pro Cloud header which is exactly the same as the demo I have but it turned to be full width too. That’s why I tried other cloud headers with no success. After your message I understood that there’s a bug or some kind of problem there (since at least those two cloud headers should be boxed as you mention) so I just went ahead and customize the demo´s header hardcoding it’s size and so in the composer plugin files. So it’s not clean and will need extra work for further customization but it’s working. Thanks as always Simion, your help has always been great, best regards!

That is possible. We provide PayPal and Stripe as payment methods, and both of them support bank cards like Visa and Mastercard. In addition there is a bank transfer method. These are the 3 payment methods the subscription plugin has. Please let me know if you have more questions.

For Greek Banks the SEPA will apply, the client want to use Greek bank since he is located in Greece. Stripe and Paypal i am afraid they are not gona work.
Those are the only payment methods our subscription plugin provides unfortunately. A solution would be to use a different subscription/membership plugin, that has the required payment options. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

We don’t provide a membership transfer tool unfortunately, sorry.
For social login the theme has Facebook. But with a plugin that can display more social login options via shortcodes, these can be added in the login page.

Although I am not installing any cache plugins, the website display old news and not display the new news until i manually clear the cache from the server (Hotinger), what should i do?

That would mean the cache doesn’t get cleared automatically when you publish new content. In this guide I found it says that the cache gets cleared every 30 minutes https://www.hostinger.com/support/6215624-how-to-use-cache-manager-at-hostinger/ or you can clear it manually. If that’s the case, then maybe you should use a caching plugin as well, which should trigger the cache to be cleared when publishing/updating content. I suggest checking this guide https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-clear-wordpress-cache Any of those plugins can clear the cache automatically on publish.

Hi, I’m trying to use a shortcode in a taxonomy page, via cloud template, but I just can’t, there’s shortcode block as there is on pages, cpts, etc. and using the HTML block just doesn’t work. How can I bypass this limitation?

Shortcodes can be entered in column text or text with title elements. Please enter your shortcode in either of those and it should work fine.

It works, but not as it should. It loads way too soon before the data of the page is sent from DB and my shortcode is dynamic: it reads the page name and generate what I need. I have similar shortcodes that works very well in CPT using the block “Single External Shortcode” but it doesn’t exist on Taxonomy cloud templates. Is there a way to make those available in taxonomies too? It would be cool to have an option like “Post Loop” for taxonomies too. You can see in that page that I have two shortcodes, one where I specified the terms and another that should be dynamic, what I did works, but it could be better 
The single external shortcode is only for posts unfortunately. For everything else the shortcodes can be added in the composer as I mentioned. Usually there is no problem with shortcodes added like that. Maybe you can find a way to load the shortcode after the page loads, but I can’t quite say how exactly that can be done. If it already works the way you did, then you could leave it as it is.
The post loop elements are available in the composer for cloud taxonomy templates https://prnt.sc/9x_OspCb8EKn If you edit the cloud taxonomy template that you are using with the composer, for example https://prnt.sc/kqpQ_z_eAfps then you can add a post loop in it if you want.

The latest update has broken the homepage, the inner pages are still working correctly, but the homepage fails. If I switch the theme everything on the site works fine, but when I reinstall the Newspaper 12 theme the error comes back. Any solution? dtpnews.com

I had to deactivate the social plugin from the default theme’s homepage because it was blocking the homepage structure.

Hi there, is it possible to input multiple ads on a loop or every time you refresh the page it’s a different ad? It seems you can just put one static ad (image) at a time which doesn’t make sense if you have multiple advertisers.

In that case you would need to create groups of ads, which is possible to do with plugins, like ad rotate https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/ Then you add the shortcode for displaying a group of ads inside the post loop ad spot. Other similar dedicated ad management plugins also have similar options for creating groups of ads which rotate. I suggest considering this method.

That is possible if you use different header templates and different category templates. This way you ca pair a header template with a category template and set it per category. I’m using the Coaching PRO demo template in Newspaper theme. At the top of the homepage (header/hero section), there’s a moving green animated background. I would like to change its colors (or replace it with a different gradient/animation).
I’ve checked the Row Background settings, Color 1/Color 2 overlay fields, and even Custom CSS, but the green background is still there. It seems to be coming from VANTA.FOG or a dynamic CSS/JS effect in the template.
Could you please guide me step-by-step on: Where exactly in the Coaching PRO Cloud Template I can edit or disable this animation.
How to replace the green colors with custom hex values (e.g., dark blue and light blue). Whether this should be done in TagDiv Composer, Raw HTML element, or theme CSS files.

That is possible, it’s only a bit complicated. If you click on this raw HTML element here https://prnt.sc/-afSfrDN0tjt there will be a code in it. The current colors are these ones https://prnt.sc/YbhR8SR-L3zY You can replace those with other color codes, just make sure that each color code starts with a 0x. So for example if blue is normally #0000FF in the code it should be 0×0000FF, please change the # with 0x. Then once you set the colors you want, save and view the page.
