I paid for this template, but I have one question: how do I ensure that when someone fills out the contact form included in an Oshine template, the information they complete is sent to my email? How do I configure that? I paid them for 6 months of support beforehand, but I still have this doubt.

I’ve noticed something unusual with my site’s performance scores in Google PageSpeed Insights and wanted to check with you.

When I enable the “fixed footer” option in the theme settings, my site consistently scores 100% on performance. However, when I deselect this option and use a non-fixed footer (which is my preference), the performance score drops into the 70–80 range.

The main issues flagged by PageSpeed in this case are layout shifts (CLS) related to the footer.

Could you advise if there’s a way to prevent these layout shifts while keeping the footer non-fixed? Ideally, I’d like to avoid having the footer locked in place but still maintain the higher performance score.

just found out. Images in gallery are not getting indexed by google because in the gallery they are div class=”thumb-bg” style=”background-... and not img. this is not nice. Also in gallery in mansorny style if pagination is on, images after first load are bigger than frame and enlarged fragment is in the gallery picture, not full image. I got 3 licenses of oshine. photography site. not nice guys

I say it again, the Tatsu looks good but the whole system is very weak, even it is for years on the market. There are so many loopholes it is not worth to use this template. If you try to hide a title on one page and breadcrumb by css – you know to run the other way….

Even after installing the official download of the oshin core and oshin module plugins, I can only see the delete button and cannot activate them. After checking the debug logs, it appears the cause is that Tatsu is not functioning. Since I am using Tatsu from a backup of the old domain, I want to re-download Tatsu from the official source.

I have purchased the Oshine theme from ThemeForest and I am currently working on migrating my website. However, I could not find the “tatsu.zip” plugin file inside the official Oshine theme package downloaded from ThemeForest (both “All files & documentation” and “Installable WordPress file only”).

Could you please provide me with the latest official download link for the Tatsu plugin, if available?

Tatsu crashes every time I try to edit a page.

I’m stuck in a Tatsu update loop. Wordpress says Tatsu plugin has an “Update Required”. Then says “The plugin is at the latest version” or “this plugin is up to date.”

I have, of course, cleared the cache and tried multiple browsers, just in case.

With Tatsu non-functional, this theme is completely useless.

I’m unwilling to renew support for Oshine again. This product is full of minor glitches beyond my broken Tatsu. I used to LOVE Oshine, but it’s just not maintained like it once was, and if I’m honest, has always been a little clunky on the backend. I have already renewed support to repair basic functions previously, (though, it has admittedly been a few years.) While I appreciated the support then, I’m currently not willing to sink more money into a sinking ship.

I don’t expect this to resolve and expect to purchase a new theme instead. But figure it’s worth leaving a comment here for folks searching for answers. You are not alone. Tatsu is completely broken for me, too.

I have analyzed the error. I have identified the cause of the malfunction. This is a renewed request to you. I am currently using the Oshine theme (v7.2.7).

I have installed the included plugins:

Oshine Core (v1.6.2)

Oshine Modules (v3.3.9)

However, in my WordPress dashboard, these plugins only show the option “Delete” and cannot be activated.

After checking, I believe this issue may be caused by a version mismatch between the theme and the plugins.

Could you please provide me with the latest compatible versions of Oshine Core and Oshine Modules (zip files) for Oshine 7.2.7?

Hello, I am currently using the Oshine theme, version 7.27. I noticed that when I reset the theme options, the “Typography” section appears in the Oshine Options panel. However, after I install the Oshine Default Plugin, the Typography section disappears, and I am no longer able to configure font styles and colors.

Hello, the theme update isn’t working. I’m getting this error message: “An error occurred while updating Oshin: The archive could not be installed. The theme has no style.css file.” I checked, however, and there is indeed a style.css file in my theme. Thank you in advance for your advice.
