Is there a red button instead of the composer button? If there is, it means the license key is not assigned to that website. Or maybe the problem is different?

Hello there,
I am experiencing an issue with the theme, specifically the search page. Whenever I view it from the cloud library template or simply search for a term, the Search page redirects to a WordPress error page.
“There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.”
I deactivated the theme, and when I installed TwentyFive, the search page worked.
So could you please tell me what is wrong? Thank you.

Are you perhaps using a search related plugin on the website? We had a few similar reports but in those cases the issue happened when there was a search plugin active on the website. Such plugins used to work before however, so we are looking to see why they now conflict with the theme. How do I change the link text font weight to bold so that all links inside my blog posts are bold? I can’t find an option for this.

There isn’t an option like that for the links, but it could be done with a simple CSS code. To make it more accurate, I suggest to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website.
Rows and inner rows can be deleted, but not columns. If you want to remove that inner row, then it should be possible to remove it. In case there is a problem we can check it as well, on your website. We will need admin login and details about where it is exactly. You can provide these by email.

1. The theme is for wordpress. It requires a wordpress installation in order to use it.

Hello! I have a few questions before I commit to a purchase.
1. I need to build 3 websites for myself with different brands and the different demos I have checked fit the requirement. Can I install the theme at more than 1 website?
2. Are the demos and demo content importable? And does it upload/import without any glitches. If I face issues with installation and import, will support help me to do the same?

2. All the theme demos are available for import after installing the theme and activating it with the key. A demo can be installed with or without demo content. So the theme deactivates itself and you have to activate it again? That isn’t normal, it means there is some kind of problem on the website. Could be a caching issue perhaps, possibly related to object cache if you use it. Does it happen on all 3 websites? Hi, I would like to know if there are plans to protect articles behind the paywall from crawlers and AI bots? I have tested all common AI systems and they were able to read the content. Presumably, the content is not loaded dynamically, which would be effective, but is simply hidden behind a CSS wall? Otherwise, the paywall makes no sense if AI systems and search crawlers can access the content.

The content will still be in the page despite using a locker. It is usually best for SEO if the content is available to search engines. So its hidden from the visitors. Not allowing specific bots to scan the website should be possible, for example https://onlinemediamasters.com/block-bad-bots-wordpress/ The bot fight mode from Cloudflare is very popular https://developers.cloudflare.com/bots/get-started/bot-fight-mode/ Since there are so many bots these days, there are also methods to block them or keep them under control.

The theme can be updated normally, meaning manually https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ Please download the theme from your themeforest account and follow the steps described in the guide for updating the theme manually. After updating, please check in the theme plugins panel and install the standard pack plugin https://prnt.sc/SUD4bkTm3XUH This plugin will be required for older websites. Everything should be fine after you update the theme and install the standard pack plugin, the website should look the same.
2. That’s correct, the theme must be activated with the license key in order to use all its features, like installing the prebuilt demos. The same key can be used on the testing/staging subdomain, no problem there. So you can use the same key on both your main website and the testing subdomain.

I need the Divi Composer Tag plugin updated to 5.4.2, and it’s not available. Version 5.4.1 has vulnerabilities. Please provide that update.

All the vulnerabilities were fixed in the latest theme update. The confusion is related to the version of the composer, which should have been 5.4.2, but due to a mistake on our part the composer remained at version 5.4.1. So to make it clear, the plugins included with theme version 12.7.2 contain the fixes for respective vulnerabilities. The composer is still 5.4.1 but it contains the fixes. Please disregard the notifications as we will change the version of the composer in a new update very soon.

The rows I added for testing in TagDiv Composer are not being deleted. When I add an element to a row, the “Delete” menu appears when I right-click, and when I click it, the element is deleted, but the line remains empty. Even though it’s not visible on the front end, it’s distracting during testing and makes the page longer. I saw a similar complaint on the forum, but it was determined that the cause was other plugins. In my case, this issue existed even without other plugins and is still ongoing. Is there a solution for this?

Seems to work on my end. I right click the row icon https://prnt.sc/1O0CIE43pIzD and choose delete https://prnt.sc/2WpazsvvxfqM and confirm https://prnt.sc/4QhTg3eRPyW- The row is deleted. What if you click the row icon and press delete on the keyboard? Or if you click the row icon and drag and drop in the bottom right corner? If these are not working it means there is something wrong, maybe a conflict with a plugin. I have a Flex Block 1 with Category Filter = All Categories, there I show 4 news. Next row I have the same a Flex Block 1 with Category Filter = All Categories, there I show 6 news, BUT the second Flex Block is showing the first 4 news that shows the first Flex Block, then 2 more (like duplicating the info). I will like the second Flex Block show news after the 5th news.. ex : the First Flex Block will show news 1, 2, 3 & 4… Then the second Flex Block will show news 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10. knowing that a new news come, then the news No. 4 (on first block) will be moved the news No. 5 (on second block). How can I do that ?

Hi, how can I unhide a row or column that has been hidden (tagdiv composer – row – css – display – hidden)? since it disappears from the composer there’s no way to select it and there’s no way to change the display setting back to show, I mean it’s hidden from the composer too. I only know it’s still there because the code is visible via wordpress editor, for example: [vc_row_inner tdc_css=”eyJh… ...[/vc_row_inner] but nothing on the composer. Thanks for your help

There isn’t unfortunately. The only discounts on the themeforest website are during the black friday event, which should take place at the end of November. There used to be more events throughout the year, but that’s the only remaining one. We can only discount the price for everyone at once, during the black friday event.
