Problems with WP Bakery.

Suddenly I can´t edit pages made with WP Bakery. I get message that I have to purchase the Pro version and activate my theme (Extra theme), like this: Element is PRO element. Activate your theme to access all PRO features”. Why is it so? I built the page with no such problems? What does “Activate you theme” means? I have built the page with a child version of your theme, and your main theme is recently updated. How could I solve this?

Hi Support – I do have the demo of the book shop installed and i need to know how i can re-add the demo menu with the category widget as I erroneously deleted the default settings. (Add exact menu from the demo because I mistakenly deleted it)

How to remove the product countdown. I mean there is a ‘data-countdown’ on product thumbnails? It is added by the theme and waited for an option to disable it easily, but is this possible? (Btw, this “feature” should have been disabled by default).

hello there is a problem with the new update if i make the website language arabic some sections automatically shift to the right. if i switch it back to english it goes back to normal. even when i deleted and cleaned everything and fresh install wordpress it gives me the same issue as soon as i import the demo.

The template is very excellent and wonderful, but an error has been appearing for a month and I cannot import any theme from the template. I tried many times and bought another template and the same problem, and I hope to solve it. Thank you.

The counters only work on desktop. On smartphones and also on iPhones, only standing numbers are displayed.

We have discovered a major bug that has been noticeable for quite some time.

You can see the error on your website https://codevz.com/ (in our case Chrome, but the problem also occurs in other browsers:

Go to the page on a smartphone. In landscape mode, the three-dot menu should appear before the mobile navigation switches (NOT the hamburger menu, but the desktop menu). When you click on this and want to select a navigation item in the drop-down menu, it is not clickable. The same applies to all normal menus with drop-down menus that are executed on touch devices. The problem occurs on all our pages with XTRA. Perhaps many users don’t notice it because they rarely use the desktop menu on tablets.

since codevz version 5, all presets are missing from WPBakery PageBuilder. When will they be switched on again?

For the fourth day in a row, the problem persists. Note that I tried the free version and the paid version! I tried on more than one host, so I am sure that the problem is with you! Please solve it as soon as possible.

Vor 2 Monaten hatten wir das gleiche Thema schon einmal, ebenso vor längerer Zeit: das Update des WP Bakery Page Builders. Siehe meinen Post von vor 2 Monaten. Das Einzige, was sich geändert hat, ist die Version: dieses Mal das Update von 8.5 auf 8.6.1. Auch jetzt wieder: bei anderen Themes, welche den WP Bakery integriert haben, ist das Update schon erledigt. Hat auch was mit Sicherheit zu tun. Ach, ich bin derjenige, der über 50 XTRA-Themes gekauft hat, bei denen allerdings schon der Support abgelaufen ist. Und nein, ich werde wegen dieser Nachricht an den Support KEINEN zusätzlichen Support kaufen. Deshalb meine Nachricht wieder an dieser Stelle.

Carousel is broken and so is the post grid filters…When will this be fixed? Modules should be tested thoroughly before releasing updates. Envato give no option to download prior versions…

Looks like the latest update broke PROJECTS for me. When using the CAROUSEL element with images, the navigation / pagination arrows don’t show up (they do show up if used anywhere else other than projects).

It’s not a plugin conflict, nor a styling issue.

My client is using your theme one of the site. They want to create product page using subdomain? So, do I have to buy another license? Thanks.

Their main domain is used for banking portfolio and they would like to add sub domain for product page.

Do you have an example of a portfolio on your demo site? Can’t seem to find one but see there is the option to have one. Would like to see the layout if possible.

Hello support. today i got a message on my dashboard saying the license is being used on multiple domains and has been flagged and i have to buy a new one. i never shared my license with anybody. my one and only domain is shababcrypto.ly which im using and always been happily using ur theme. i had nothing but good service from you guys so im very hopeful you will fix this. i have one domain only its shababcrypto.ly if you see any other domain using my key then its not mine and you can disable it.
