I am having issues since the lastest update with the shopping cart & Moneris. I have contacted both Moneris and the author SkyVerge about the issue and there does not seem to be anything wrong with both. Somehow the API is getting blocked and it looks like you did some security updates with the new version. Before the latest update the website was working with no issues. I did send a support ticket in and renewed my support.

After updating from 5.4 to 5.5, all my custom sidebars under ‘Widgets’ have disappeared and the widgets themselves have been moved to ‘Inactive Widgets’. This is the case with three XTRA installations. How can I get them back? I rolled back from 5.5 to 5.4, but that didn’t help. We have a very large site and it would be disastrous if the custom sidebars could not be recovered.

Hi XTRA team, I purchased the XTRA theme on ThemeForest and downloaded the License Certificate with the Purchase Code. However, when I enter the Purchase Code in the theme activation panel, it shows “Invalid purchase code”.

We’re facing ongoing issues after the latest theme update. It seems incompatible with the WordPress update, and theme updates are proving difficult. Adding Slider Revolution is currently causing numerous problems; the header and footer don’t display correctly in the imported version, as seen in the demo. We’ve submitted many feedback tickets to the support team, but to no avail. They simply attribute the problem to the hosting provider without addressing the theme itself.

hello. after the last update the mobile navigation button tab colors cant be changed. it wouldnt evil allow me to click on it. its locked for some reason. it pops up to edit the colors on a pc but they dont even show up on pc they are mobile on navition buttons. when i try to click on tablet or mobile icons to edit the colors it doesnt allow me. they are dim colored. locked. cant be edited. tried to delete codevc and install again but still same problem.
