Are the new filters / ajax a good method for the e-commerce filtering? At the moment we use a plugin but I’m keen to understand the advantages of using the baked in theme options?

How do I disable the beBuilder? I want to use just the WP BAKERY PAGE builder.

you can disable it under Theme Options > Global > Advanced > BeBuilder visibility.

Each time I try to save something on BeBuilder I get this error
Error 403: Please check your code, server configuration or contact your hosting provider.
What is this? How to solve it?

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with my Betheme license, which I originally purchased in 2019. Every few days, when I log into my WordPress dashboard, the theme prompts me to re-enter the purchase code for activation. This has become quite frustrating, as I have already activated the theme multiple times.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue permanently? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide.

Hey guys – okay so our YouTube videos added using your widget on the BeBuilder is no longer working. I repalced the URL fileds with the full YouTube URL and they now work – but no thumbnail shows. It would be fab if there could be an option to use either the YT thumbnail or upload our own.

I just realized one of my clients website built with your builder says “Home” and then the title.
Since I am using Yoast SEO, thought to modify using it, but when i try to Edit the page I get
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems”.
Is this related to the Builder? Mind to share your thoughts?

Hi one of my developer url’s is still linked to my theme purchase code and I need to get that switched back to the main live version of the website, but not sure how to do that. My auto update failed because of this and also when I tried to submit a ticket I couldn’t because it said I needed a purchase code that hadn’t expired.

Hi great theme I have used in the past. However, I just bought another two licences, however the theme only appears in my downloaded once and the licence file only contains one licence? can this licence be used on two websites as I paid for two items of the BeTheme?

Hello, we have already contacted support to explain the issue in more detail. Our Betheme license is still active on an old website that is no longer managed by us, as the domain has been transferred to another owner. Because of this, we are unable to deregister the license ourselves, and we cannot activate it on our new website.
We kindly ask for your help in removing the license from the old installation so that we can use it on our new project. Thank you!

this is not about help. I have bought this theme, i cant even use it. I try to check here too: https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ . i enter right details and i get error. The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code.
