The demo you mention is created with Elementor on homepage. It needs to be edited only with elementor. If by mistake you edited with bakery, that can be reverted from edit page with wordpress tools

We investigated the situation and found a server-side conflict affecting the Elementor editor. There is no specific error shown in the logs, but based on similar cases and Elementor’s recommendations, enabling “Switch Editor Loader Method” in Elementor Settings resolves the issue.
This is not a common situation and only occurs on specific server configurations. At the moment, there is no other known solution for this type of conflict.

After enabling this option, Elementor is now loading correctly when editing the page.

Is there an option where you can add different currencies for a property and giving the user an option to select his or her preferred currency?
Hello. Thank you for your interest. The theme does not have multi currency dropdown option as users add their listings. Default site currency is set by site admin and that can be any currency. Users can use a currency switcher to show prices in different currencies. But there is no submit option for that.

before purchase wants to ask few things 1 – can i post properties for different countries & city. Will have menu for that country & City. 2. You can choose to not use agent, but if you need to display contact information, the agent should still be created from wp-admin in order to show agent mobile / whatsapp in the contact form.

Hello. Please check any 3rd party plugins you have installed that could affect register. It is not a theme issue for sure, but if you have plugins that change register and login in general, they can change these forms too as they follow wordpress technical and security standards.

The error is general, I cannot advise what triggers it.
It can be wordpress, php, server configuration.

Hello. The screenshot shared before is from the latest wordpress version. The notice is usually not blocking functionality, and it is sourced from wordpress code, I cannot advise why it would show in this setup, but I do not see how it could be related to widgets saving. However, please note you did not add the Classic Widgets plugin https://prnt.sc/E967WCY13leW – you put Classic Editor which is used for Post editor.
That is why the view does not change in widgets. If you install Classic Widgets you should have the classic widgets view.
Also, activate WpResidence Gutenberg as it has gutenberg version of the widgets for the Gutenberg editor which you have by default with wordpress. Or keep it disabled and use WordPress Classic widgets plugin

The submission form will need user to register for the listing to be saved. But the form can be available to users who are not logged in – but they will be required to login to save their listing

The same link but with your domain should give you the same form. It is a page from default installation. If you do not have it, you can create it.

Where are the contact form settings?
I am testing wth the main demo home page, and after submitting an inquiry, the subject line says: New email from “WpResidence Real Estate Demo”
I need to change that setting. I have managed to add a logo and edited other email contents related to new accounts, etc, under theme options > Email management, but I can’t seem to find specific settings for contact forms

The email design is managed from theme options as the same design applies to all theme forms, not just this one.
But the Subject and details are set in the form builder options.
Edit the page with elementor
Select the form widget
And edit in Email Settings the recipient email and Subject

To use MLS properties in our WordPress theme, the options are one of those listed below:
1. Do your import from MLS – if MLS allows you to take the feed as xml or CVS you could use an import plugin like WP ALL Import – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-residence-add-on-for-wp-all-import/
2. There is a 3rd party which imports from RESO ready MLS (with specific conditions) via API – https://mlsimport.com/ Mibor is not compatible with this plugin – i verified this on RESO website.
3. Use an IDX plugin which means you use the plugin features/design for all what is connected to properties. Such plugins are 3rd party, paid and installed separately. The listings are not integrated in wpresidence, they are displayed from the IDX plugin servers with their search and functionality.

Please note that support, both here in comments and through our support platform, does not cover technical or code-level customization. The change you are trying to make (keeping all floor plans closed by default) is a technical modification that requires reviewing and adjusting theme files, which falls outside the scope of standard support.
The code fragment you posted is also incomplete, and even a developer would not be able to determine the cause of the issue based on this snippet alone. To understand why something doesn’t work, a developer would need to see:
- the full code you added
- where you added it
- whether your files are minified by the JS minify option or combined by a 3rd party optimization plugin
- whether the theme minified/combined files were regenerated after the edit
- the exact property page where the change is being tested, default or custom template
If you are using any minification plugin or theme minify options, changes will not take effect unless you redo or clear the minified files, or temporarily disable minification.
The help article you referenced was created by a developer based on a working configuration for default template. It is a guide to understand how the code would need to be added, but it is not a step by step help for all possible locations. If it is not working in your setup, we cannot know the reason without a full technical review. Please note that level of investigation is not included in standard support.

In WpResidence, the property URL structure is handled through WordPress permalinks and cannot automatically include the city name in place of the fixed /properties/ slug. WordPress only supports one base slug for a custom post type (in this case, “properties”).
This name is changed from theme options – https://help.wpresidence.net/article/change-permalinks-in-wp-residence/
If you wish to have a structure like: https://www.mysite.com/city/property/property-title you would need to use a custom plugin or custom rewrite rules in your child theme’s functions.php to dynamically include the city term in the URL.A while back we tested a plugin that can do that and wrote this help https://help.wpresidence.net/article/how-to-make-permalinks-for-properties-with-custom-id-instead-of-title-how-to-create-your-own-custom-permalink-structure/ – this or another one similar may still exist to let you create a custom permalink.
Please note that this is not built in the theme as existing function. But I hope the help will be useful to create the links with city, even if it is not possible to be exactly the name you wish.

Can you tell me what size installs you currently support in production for WP Residence for example total property count in 20k range. I want to confirm if the theme search and map pages can handle this if we run proper caching and a decent VPS. We currently have a demo with over 4,000 active listings that you can check here: https://demo3.wpresidence.net/ . We also have clients using WPResidence with a much larger number of properties, especially those importing data through MLS Import (a 3rd party plugin that works with WpResidence). The theme and WordPress itself can handle around 20,000 listings for both search and management when properly configured.
However, we don’t recommend or provide specific VPS or hosting setups, as that falls under server administration. Each hosting environment is unique, and a system administrator should review and optimize the hosting configuration, caching setup, and database performance based on your specific needs.
