From what I see there was a forum account created with your key on the 14th of November. Normally an account is created when activating the theme on the website, but it can also be created at a later time. I suggest to contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and I will provide the details for your account, or I could delete it so you can create a new one if you want. That depends. Any element from the page or template will have HTML, like a block or grid or anything else from the composer. The more elements the more HTML. For posts it is easier as the post content could simply be longer and contain more text. For pages while you could add text elements, or reduce the number of blocks, it’s usually better to have a nice looking page regardless of the ratio. There are a few settings from the theme that will improve the ratio. tried still not image burjdiary.com website please check and also not able to find settings from where i can atleast remove social icon on mobile menu top . and extra js optimized code is generated
even tried child theme create custom header and footer but that also don’t work on your theme all other else working perfectly fine

Thank you for using our theme. Our subscription plugin has a bank transfer payment method, which is manual https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/ So from a locked post, the visitor goes through the process of creating an account and subscribing, then transfers the money into the owner’s account set in the plugin. When the owner receives the payment they mark the subscription as active manually in the plugin. A subscription is required in order to have access to the locked posts, regardless of the payment method. Locked posts are unlocked only for subscribers, there’s no other way to know who should have access to the content and who shouldn’t. Please let me know if you have more questions.

Guys sorry, one more. We are choosing demo now, to not waste time when we purchase and know which demo to import. We didn’t use paywall demo before, so in mobile screen it doesn’t show the plans icon, only on laptop. Or, it shouldn’t show on? How does it work? We should lock some articels? Or peolle have to log in first to read the whole magazine? Thank you.
Maybe you installed the mobile theme plugin https://prnt.sc/FJiYSYHx-h8y This has special requirements so it would be best to not use that plugin in combination with the subscription plugin. The mobile theme is an optional plugin. Woocommerce has a setting for that, but it doesn’t seem to work, I made a quick test with it. It could be done with a custom shortcode, which will also work if you use a cloud template for the products. That’s mostly the reason why we decided to postpone the update until the beginning of January, because of the holiday season. Also we are adding more fixes so we don’t have to released another update soon afterwards. And we also have to do a bit of testing instead of releasing an update that may cause more issues. Most of our users have already updated to wordpress 6.9 however. Very few of the fixes that we are working on are related to wordpress 6.9. If you must update wordpress then I suggest doing it.

Wordpress will automatically create archive pages for categories, tags, authors, date, etc. Our theme provides the option to design the templates for them, these are all the types of templates https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All So as new posts get published on the website they replace the older posts displayed in the theme blocks and grids, and they can be found in the archive pages. Or maybe you are referring to something else? In case I am misunderstanding please let me know.

Hi, I’m trying the flex 1 block with 324×400px image size (thumbnail size enabled), but it shows a square image all the time (212×212, 333×333, etc), not the 324×400px portrait ratio image. Is there a hidden setting or is it that selecting 324×400px image doesn’t mean it will show a 324×400px image? Thanks for your help.

We are experiencing an issue on our website https://wnn.cy using the Newspaper theme.
On mobile devices only, a td_flex_block_1 is not rendering correctly and instead outputs the raw shortcode on the frontend. The same page works fine on a desktop.
This is not a server or PHP error – it appears to be a shortcode parsing issue on the mobile layout.
Details:
Theme: Newspaper
Block affected: td_flex_block_1
Issue: Shortcode is displayed as plain text on mobile only
Desktop version renders correctly
The issue reappeared (we had a similar problem in the past)
We noticed that mobile rendering seems to be more sensitive to:
smart quotes instead of standard quotes
incomplete or corrupted attributes
base64-encoded responsive values
However, the block was originally created via tagDiv Composer, not manually edited.
Could you please:
Confirm if this is a known issue with td_flex_block_1 on mobile
Advise if there is a safer way to prevent shortcode corruption
Let us know if a fix or patch is available
We can provide the exact page URL or admin access if needed.

Related articles is a filter that can be used on blocks, inside a post template.
