Hi muffingroup,
nice theme, i have a presales questions. I need to link buttons with phone numbers, but i have heard that doesn´t work with your theme.
For example, somebody click a button with a phone link to tel:+11234566. Many other templates open on mobile view automatically a call feature.
Is there any option to enable this with BeTheme?

Marquee text iOS Hi, we’re having trouble with Marquee text. It works fine on every device (Macbook, PC, Android), but on iOS, the slider has a lot of space to display images. They don’t display immediately like they do on other devices.

Hello! I put an HTML element (just a special button with css) in a Sidebar Menu. I saved and closed. Now I can edit again! When I try to edit the template, the blackpage with BE logo “Loading page content…” is loading infinite withouth opening.
It’s already happened and I had to rebuild the template from scratch. Now I need to edit something and I can’t open it and I’d like to don’t recreate everything from scratch! How can I open/edit? Thank you!

it depends how you built mobile header. If you used global settings from Theme Options, under Theme Options > Responsive > Header if you have “Logo Left | Menu Left” set, sidebar will slide from left side but if you have “Logo Right | Menu Right” set, sidebar will slide from the right.
What’s more, you can build totally custom sidebar with built-in Sidebar Menu Builder. Within this builder, you have full on your header.

we did not tested any LMS plugins so can’t recommend any. Nevertheless, if plugin is written according to WPI API, it should work with Betheme.

I am thinking of using Tutor LMS Pro. Is it compatible with Betheme?
Like we wrote, if it’s written according to WP API, it should work. However, because we didn’t tested it, we can’t confirm 100% compatibility.
Do you offer Tutor LMS customization? like a course design? How much will this cost me?

However, I’m unable to respond or contact you because, once again, the support system indicates that I have no active licence, despite having one. When I enter it, it says it’s not valid. How do I disable the beBuilder? I want to use just the WP BAKERY PAGE builder.

you can disable it under Theme Options > Global > Advanced > BeBuilder visibility.

Each time I try to save something on BeBuilder I get this error

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with my Betheme license, which I originally purchased in 2019. Every few days, when I log into my WordPress dashboard, the theme prompts me to re-enter the purchase code for activation. This has become quite frustrating, as I have already activated the theme multiple times.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue permanently? I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide.
