After adding the license, only one theme can be input here, but later if I change my business plan, I cannot import any other theme. This is not just flexibility for customers to increase sales. Since I bought the license for a domain, I also got all the themes. I can activate any theme at any time as I wish because I own all the themes for a domain. For a domain I can change all the themes at any time with one license, one software, it should be there but they stopped it because they want to increase their sales. ((impotent)) This is required when the customer purchases a license for a domain and can activate any theme they want with a domain.

We are not sure if your comment is for the prebuilts or for theme usage on multiple domains.
There is no limitation from our end from importing any prebuilt. You can import any prebuilt site as many times as you want. However your site’s setup can not have more than one prebuilt. This will cause Avada options and your pages to overlap (And so logically it should not be done). Also uninstalling a prebuilt from a site with content can also remove some of the content from the site as the prebuilt will uninstall the pages it has added
As for the theme installation and purchase code, If you change your domain then you can manage the domain against your code from my.avada.com. and add a new domain However, one purchase code can be used only for one domain. The rules of licensing are set by Themeforest/Envato

Pre-sales question: for the Avada Life Coach prebuild, is it possible to add a shop to that theme aswell with WooCommerce? Or do I need to style the whole shop myself if I choose that prebuild theme?

You can add WooCommerce to any Avada prebuilt. The styling will be based on the Avada options set in the site. You can change them as needed or make custom layouts for WooCommerce pages

Hi Avada People,
I used my license for Avada in a localhost website that was never published and now I can’t use my license again.
How can I retrieve my license back as the project that I used the license is long go to rubbish and destroyed and Avada have a very poor communication including on their own platform.
Anyone has a similar situation and if yes, how did you get your license back?

1) You have grandfathered support, so you can reach out to support for any issues regarding your purchase code. We only have one ticket from your end which does not have any requests/details about an issue for your licenses.
2) You can unregister the domain associated with the code from your my.avada.com account. Once done, it can be used for a new domain. Please refer to the link https://avada.com/blog/how-to-manage-your-avada-licenses/. We have detailed documentation on how the licenses can be unassigned from domains and used again.

Hi there, I went to my profile on Avada and it says I don’t have any license. I’m sure you can see from your side where the license has been used as it was more than 10 years ago in a localhost project that never went live. The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Just discovered that the off-canvas does not carry forward any data set in the on click event.
Eg. When a button widget is assigned a class ID and that ID us used for opening a off-canvas using on click, the URL parameters are not passed specifically to hidden fields.
My immediate concern is how to implement: A button for downloading a pdf is created. On clicking the button, the Off-canvas is triggered which opens a Formidable form containing a hidden field to store the WP media ID for onward processing of creating a download URL in the email being sent.
Somehow, the value never gets passed on to the hidden field.
On inspecting, the value of the hidden field is always blank/empty.
Do yo have any documentation on how to pass the parameters to the fields from off-canvas?

Hello! My Avada Builder Live is not working.
When I try to edit live, the site goes blank. I tried logging in with other browsers, but it doesn’t work.
Before updating the editor, it wasn’t working, then I updated everything to the latest version and it still doesn’t work.
Before updating, nothing had changed on the website for two weeks, and now that I’ve opened it, it doesn’t work.

The Live Builder works all fine and good with our latest version, so if you are seeing a different behaviour, this maybe due to some other 3rd party plugin that needs to be checked, we suggest you to send us a support ticket and our team will follow this up.

This is something that is not controlled by Avada. Some hosts block the edit from the WP admin area for security reasons. You can make edits via FTP or via your cPanel in this case

We have activated the Avada theme, but while trying to register it, we are getting the message “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”
We believe the client may have already used this purchase code on another site earlier. Now we are setting up a testing/staging site, and we want to register the theme.
Could you please clarify:
Can the existing purchase code be deactivated from the old domain and reused for this testing site?
Or do we need to purchase a new license to register the theme for testing and later move it to the live domain?
Please guide us on the correct approach.
