hi avada team, I have been using your theme for more than 5 years now. it has everything also some issues. Just to reproduce a small issue, create a form and a field, email or textfield, head towards Field Value and make it dynamic, on the right side Select Dynamic Content, inside that its very basic, unable to get logged in email, but display name, Also the shortcode, the action, they doest work. maybe there is a bug with Input field’s dynamic data thing. I couldnt fine any resource or guide on input dynamic field values and how they work. shortcode with simple return doest work. its always blank, maybe you should create documentation or have a look into this

thanks for the reply. Can you share the documentation on how dynamic field values work? This will really help in achieving desired results with dynamic input fields values. Also, if you could update the list to more things from user meta etc

Hello Avada. Quick question: The avada postcast – grid layout with infinite scroll has a transition effect when showing posts. How can i remove that effect as there is no such option in its settings.

The purchase code is registered multiple times so that’s why its registration is limited. Please reset / unregister the purchase code from your support account -> Licenses – My Avada You must be logged into your account to see that page.
Do not remove the purchase code from there but click the blue color Link Icon. Now try to register purchase code on your actual website and see if that works?

Hi there, it seems there is a bug on your Avada Online School website. When I create a Variable Product, I can’t see the price options. Can you check please? I know I should reactivate my support membership but it seems it could be a bug right? Thanks for your help

The variable product doesn’t directly show prices as they require you to select the variation first, but there is no bug in how the variable products work and you should be able to use them without any issues.

Thanks Ammar for your reply but on your demo website, there are only Single Product. You don’t have Variable product. With Variable product, you have to choose a variation (color, size, pack,...) and after that the price will appear. Right now, on your Demo website, we can’t see the choice of variation. Can you try your Demo website and change a Single product to a Variable product? You will see what I mean.

Of course Variable products are working on others of your Demo websites. I bought more than 20 licences to install on my client’s website so I know it’s working. But not on this one, not on Online School. Can you show me a product page on this website with Variable Product please?

This depends on how the prebuilt is made. There is no bug here. You would need to check for relevant WooCommerce element. Ensure you have elements enabled by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Options tab (screenshot ⇒ https://tinyurl.com/y26o725a) → Builder options.
If you are using the prebuilt layout for single product pages then ensure you have the WooCommerce add to cart element. Please refer the documentation on WooCommerce elements if needed. https://avada.com/documentation/the-avada-woocommerce-builder/

After adding the license, only one theme can be input here, but later if I change my business plan, I cannot import any other theme. This is not just flexibility for customers to increase sales. Since I bought the license for a domain, I also got all the themes. I can activate any theme at any time as I wish because I own all the themes for a domain. For a domain I can change all the themes at any time with one license, one software, it should be there but they stopped it because they want to increase their sales. ((impotent)) This is required when the customer purchases a license for a domain and can activate any theme they want with a domain.

We are not sure if your comment is for the prebuilts or for theme usage on multiple domains.
There is no limitation from our end from importing any prebuilt. You can import any prebuilt site as many times as you want. However your site’s setup can not have more than one prebuilt. This will cause Avada options and your pages to overlap (And so logically it should not be done). Also uninstalling a prebuilt from a site with content can also remove some of the content from the site as the prebuilt will uninstall the pages it has added
As for the theme installation and purchase code, If you change your domain then you can manage the domain against your code from my.avada.com. and add a new domain However, one purchase code can be used only for one domain. The rules of licensing are set by Themeforest/Envato

Pre-sales question: for the Avada Life Coach prebuild, is it possible to add a shop to that theme aswell with WooCommerce? Or do I need to style the whole shop myself if I choose that prebuild theme?

You can add WooCommerce to any Avada prebuilt. The styling will be based on the Avada options set in the site. You can change them as needed or make custom layouts for WooCommerce pages

Hi Avada People,
I used my license for Avada in a localhost website that was never published and now I can’t use my license again.
How can I retrieve my license back as the project that I used the license is long go to rubbish and destroyed and Avada have a very poor communication including on their own platform.
Anyone has a similar situation and if yes, how did you get your license back?

1) You have grandfathered support, so you can reach out to support for any issues regarding your purchase code. We only have one ticket from your end which does not have any requests/details about an issue for your licenses.
2) You can unregister the domain associated with the code from your my.avada.com account. Once done, it can be used for a new domain. Please refer to the link https://avada.com/blog/how-to-manage-your-avada-licenses/. We have detailed documentation on how the licenses can be unassigned from domains and used again.

I’m sure you can see from your side where the license has been used as it was more than 10 years ago in a localhost project that never went live.
