I’m having a small issue with paragraph line breaks in pages and articles. In the WP backend, I can see the line breaks correctly, but they’re not being applied to the frontend.
What fonts are being used in Porto Demo shop 53 for wordpress and when will this be available for Magento 2? Thank you. Please let me know.
Regarding the fonts used in Porto Demo Shop 53 for WordPress, at the moment this demo is only available on the WordPress version.
We plan to update and add more WordPress demos to the Magento theme in upcoming updates. In the next update, there will be some new designs added; however, Demo 53 is not included yet. We will consider adding Demo 53 in a future release.

Ticket support is not replying how to solve this issue if this create issue again also same error we have on local development and we need to solve that as-well.
We have already talk with Alex multiple time for the same to share us details how to solve root cause permanent but he never replied.
So we can not solve this on local aswell and if we do some changes on the live with theme setting the same error comes again and again.
Need to help to check by your management and give us the permanent solutions.

Sorry for my late reply,
The reason you were unable to upload the logo for the sticky header was caused by an issue with the newsletter popup. The logo file configured in the newsletter popup did not exist, so when you tried to save the settings, Magento could not save the configuration. Because of this, other settings (including the sticky header logo) were also not saved, which caused the issue. I have fixed the missing logo file in the newsletter popup, and now the settings can be saved properly. The sticky header logo upload is working fine now.

The reason I could not see your ticket earlier is that it was mistakenly assigned to the Porto WordPress department instead of the Porto Magento department. That’s why it did not appear in our queue initially.

I’m updating to M.2.4.8 on my development VPS hosting. Everything is done well and works fine. The only problem is with the template. I’m using demo 33.
On the CMS pages, where the price should be displayed, I have this message:

I found the problem:

This is required: <?= /* @noEscape */ $block->renderAmountMinimal(); ?>
I have the impression that themefiles with errors are being uploaded on purpose to buy support. I don’t want to accuse anyone but I notice that others have the same problems as me. I solved my problem by spending a lot of time finding errors and fixing them. If I could fix the errors, why can’t the Porto Themes development team? Something is not right and not fair here.

Unfortunately, we no longer keep or provide downloads for such outdated versions, as they are not compatible with current Magento standards and may cause security or performance issues.

Porto 5.1 just downloaded from Themeforest. please have a look in a original file from Mageplaza_AjayLayer and update this override As far I can see there are basically no changes, just remove this files from your package.

The last Themeforest version has plenty of incredible syntax errors like unclosed parentheses, double > to close an HTML tag, the composer.json files of all the theme modules are wrong formatted, the mobile front version does not work…

Can you please update the change log? Last one is at Version 5.0.0 (8/13/2025) but theme updated at 1 September 2025. It’s not like one or two days so I could assume it’s the same update.

Please note that Magefan Blog has recently changed to a paid (commercial) model. Previously, it was available for free, but now a separate license or product key is required in order to use it.
The Porto theme does not include a Magefan Blog license, so if you want to continue using this extension, you’ll need to purchase a license directly from Magefan’s official website.

Can we all please have an error free download of the latest version. The latest download is still full of coding errors and un-usable. I have no support account, I just need the latest error free version as per license.
