same issue everyone else is having. Theme will not update – missing files. Can’t update the CORE plugin either. This is a purchased item and only has run on this 1 site.
Please advise. I shouldn’t have to renew support for an error that is clearly not on my end….

Hello, I do struggle to do a recent update of the theme. ( I do have 3 license keys on 3 websites) If I try to do it through the wordpress interface “contains no files” error pops up.
I have managed to update the theme manually through ftp on one of the websites however then problem with ronneby-core occurs as again the same error as above pops up and there is no “ronneby-core” file in your .zip files.
I have send out two tickets through your envato page as well (around week ago) however still none replied.
I never had a problem for years with the theme until the recent update. Could someone help me please

I would love to, but I can’t log in.We used the Ronneby layout we purchased. Unfortunately, when we switched servers, the layout wasn’t uninstalled. We can’t use it again because we’re getting a message that this number is still in use.

That’s because, as you can see, we’ve changed our domain to biuro@stealthpro.tech.
And we received a message from you at that email address, asking us to reply.
Please note that on the themeforest.net website, our account also has the same email address change.
The biuro@adrenalina.pro address is no longer in use, and we can’t use it.

Latest Update does not work. Tried to update via the Website and no file found. Tried the Manual Update using CPanel, which should be simple enough, but while the theme update, it would update the Ronneby Core. When I tried to revert back to the previous Ronneby Version, I got a Critical Error on the website. Not good enough Ronneby!

Hello, Unfortunately, the product code no longer works. I used to have a different website, which has not existed for years, and now I wanted to create a new one. How can I reactivate my purchased product? It says, “Reminder! One registration per website. If registered elsewhere, please deactivate that registration first.” Since the old website has not existed for years, I cannot deactivate the theme there.
Please note that deactivation will work only on the domain where it was activated. If you changed domain name but haven’t deactivated the purchase code, please contact our support team via ticket. Thats my Problem…
I was able to solve it myself with a local backup. But now the question is, how do I activate Slider Revolution? When uploading a theme in Elementor, I keep getting the error message, “Seems like there is a problem with the zip files. Try installing again and if the problem persists, contact Support.”

I sent a previous comment regarding updating theme. I did it manually but now it won’t update the required plugins. After updating the Ronneby theme, the Media Library no longer loads when selecting an image through the WPBakery “Image” module. The media modal opens, but no media items are displayed, even though all files are correctly uploaded and visible in the WordPress Media Library.
Environment: WordPress version: 6.9 Ronneby theme version: 3.5.69 WPBakery Page Builder version: 8.6.1 (bundled with the theme)
Additional details: The issue occurs only inside WPBakery modules; the Media Library works correctly in the standard WordPress editor. Browser console shows JavaScript errors related to Ronneby backend scripts (e.g. rbm_tracking_firstgo in utils.min.js). The problem appeared immediately after updating the theme.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known compatibility issue between Ronneby 3.5.69 and WPBakery 8.x, and advise on a fix or an upcoming patch?

We checked the support service requests and found that the last request for this site was on December 4, 2025. I checked the website and indeed, some gallery pages lead to a 404 page. Try resaving the permalinks (Settings – Permalinks). If that doesn’t work, leave a request here and provide access to the website’s admin panel.
