Hello Ronneby Support Team, I’m using the Ronneby theme with WPBakery and I have several fullwidth rows with a parallax effect and a background image. On desktop everything looks perfect and sharp. However, on tablet and mobile devices the same background images become noticeably blurry / pixelated, even though the source images are high quality and optimized. I already tried: Uploading separate mobile images Adjusting row padding and height Changing background settings (cover / contain / no-repeat) Clearing caches (browser + website) Unfortunately the issue remains: desktop is sharp, but tablet/mobile is always blurred. Could you please advise what the best solution is in Ronneby to keep parallax background images sharp on tablet and mobile? Is there a recommended setting, or a way to disable parallax only for mobile/tablet while keeping it on desktop? Also I have some other issues I will tell you about later. Hello, We are using these Theme for years. Recently the Licence was not active anymore/We could not update it anymore. Now we purchased the theme with anouther user account. Thanks for the activation , im using the travel demo – eighty secind layout but only the home page is available , how do i import/get the other inner pages i.e about , contact etc
The requested pages are included in the “Additional pages” demo content. We recommend you use WordPress Importer to import the layouts. While installing the content via Appearance > Installer panel the theme options and Revolution sliders will be overwritten and you’ll get only the ones from the last installed layout in the end. To avoid that, we’d recommend you use WordPress importer to install additional layouts/demos. Navigate to Tools > Import > install and activate the WordPress Importer > and select the file to import the content from. E.g.: for Additional Pages Layout import select the file from the following path – \themeforest-11776839-ronneby-highperformance-wordpress-theme\Mainfiles\import\04_pages_demo\content.xml.

I purchased Ronneby today on my own because the company that developed my web is asking for more money to update ronneby. I already had a purchase code and the theme activated, however the ronneby plugin does not update
(Order #208280770).
After downloading the package, I noticed that ronneby-core.zip is not included in the plugins folder (only js_composer.zip and revslider.zip are there).
I also tried updating via the WordPress Setup Wizard, but it fails because the dfd.name server returns empty packages.
Could you please provide a direct download link for ronneby-core.zip v1.2.5?
And, if needed I can introduce the new purchase code in the wordpress page, but I can not find where to.

same issue everyone else is having. Theme will not update – missing files. Can’t update the CORE plugin either. This is a purchased item and only has run on this 1 site.

Hello, I do struggle to do a recent update of the theme. ( I do have 3 license keys on 3 websites) If I try to do it through the wordpress interface “contains no files” error pops up.
I have managed to update the theme manually through ftp on one of the websites however then problem with ronneby-core occurs as again the same error as above pops up and there is no “ronneby-core” file in your .zip files.
I have send out two tickets through your envato page as well (around week ago) however still none replied.
I never had a problem for years with the theme until the recent update. Could someone help me please

I would love to, but I can’t log in.We used the Ronneby layout we purchased. Unfortunately, when we switched servers, the layout wasn’t uninstalled. We can’t use it again because we’re getting a message that this number is still in use.

Latest Update does not work. Tried to update via the Website and no file found. Tried the Manual Update using CPanel, which should be simple enough, but while the theme update, it would update the Ronneby Core. When I tried to revert back to the previous Ronneby Version, I got a Critical Error on the website. Not good enough Ronneby!

Hello, Unfortunately, the product code no longer works. I used to have a different website, which has not existed for years, and now I wanted to create a new one. How can I reactivate my purchased product? It says, “Reminder! One registration per website. If registered elsewhere, please deactivate that registration first.” Since the old website has not existed for years, I cannot deactivate the theme there.
Please note that deactivation will work only on the domain where it was activated. If you changed domain name but haven’t deactivated the purchase code, please contact our support team via ticket. Thats my Problem…
I was able to solve it myself with a local backup. But now the question is, how do I activate Slider Revolution? When uploading a theme in Elementor, I keep getting the error message, “Seems like there is a problem with the zip files. Try installing again and if the problem persists, contact Support.”
