Hi I have a problem installing the required Qode Optimizer plugin. I made an account and logged in, entered my purchase code, but when I try to submit a ticket it always gives this error: ‘Autentification error. Please try to login in again from our help center here.’. So i’m running from one problem into the next :-( It might have something to do with the fact that I bought a theme from you 5 years ago.

Hi, I have a pre-sales question. On the shop page, where it displays all the items. Is there an option to add a quantity (for example, 2 or 5 of the same item) and then add it to the cart straight away? I am trying to get away from the client having to click on the item to go to the product page and then only increase the quantity there.

Hello, I need to add a custom icon to a single menu item. The site uses both white and black menus. How can I add the icon next to the single menu item in both colors? That is, two different icons: one white for the white menu and one black for the black menu. Is the icon a PNG or JPG file, or can you advise me how to convert it? Thanks.

If you are using Dark and Light “Header Skin” option shown in screenshot and the icons are set in Appearance > Menus as in screenshot, then the icons will also inherit the “Header Skin” setting.

To update Bridge theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from the video in this link: How To Update The Bridge WordPress Theme And Bundled Plugins and please don’t skip ‘10:34 – One final step after updating the Bridge theme’ part of the video.

After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to update Bridge Core plugin that will be listed there.

I submitted the license key in my wordpress, but it kept prompting me to wait. I bought it earlier. It should be around 2014. Maybe it was bound to other websites at that time. Very annoying, updated the plugins for the website and it’s totally ruined my website, the old qode blocks dont load so i am left with code all over the site. AND I cannot add the pruchase code no more. Frustrating

this is super annoying – it says:- Code is already registered for other domain – but I don’t remember where I register it. So when I try to open tickets it says support is expired. I just want to activate this theme on current project. How to do it?????

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

There is an option to deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

My website was displaying correctly before, but now some Qode shortcodes are showing as plain text on the frontend instead of being rendered.

For example, I now see this in the page content on the live site:

advanced_animations= »no » item_padding= »0 0 0 0″ item_padding_1024_1280= »0 25px 0 0″]

I haven’t changed anything on the site, so I’m not sure what caused this.

Could you please tell me what the correct solution is to restore proper rendering of these shortcodes?

The items you’ve purchased will be listed in the “Downloads” section of your ThemeForest account. At our Help Center only the themes for which you’ve already submitted supported requests will be listed.

To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Qode) and then theme.

when i’m on the page for submiting a request, I just have 1 Supported Items, but I have bought 2 different theme and the support has expired. I just want to deregister my bridge theme

Have you managed to resolve this in the meantime? Our system shows that currently your purchase code is not registered on any domain.

How can i see the current theme date also , i was experience my post loading up really slowly having a white screen then have unresponsive post that i couldn’t edit i update my theme i didn’t update in one year i was looking at the qode theme on the Wordpress backend how do i make the the bridge core is up to date it doesn’t show that it can be ever updated anymore it just updates on its own ?? to be more automated ..

what do you think. you think it was a outdated theme that was doing that when i look at it in safari is was ok well i update theme and im going to see if it made it go away.. what im getting it page unresponsive with a white screen . i think i cleared the cache is could be server migration too i did point the server just recently

it might be that i pointed my sever ip address and it still holding on to the files that show the old way it was showing slow laggy way .. in safari it acts more responsive so i did find a way around it but i need to use chrome i tired igonitio mode

Simple question. How can I create a button that when clicked would open a gallery in lightbox mode?

With Bridge theme, the lightbox functionality is already part of the gallery element (please see screenshot). The lightbox can also be set for portfolio lists (like here with “Zoom” button).

Thanks for your response. What the client wants is a button element that when clicked on would open a gallery/slideshow in lightbox mode. We already have a gallery display in grid layout format but want to replace that with a simple button that opens that gallery in lightbox mode. Is there a way to do that with the Bridge theme? Please advise.

I have Bridge Version: 16.6. I want to buy new license. Can I update the site with the new license to the latest version or will it break my site. It was obviously build back then with WP Bakery.

The Regular License is not a multisite license. If you need a more detailed explanation regarding the Regular License, you can take a look at Envato’s license policy on this link.

When it comes to multisite, we can add a certain number of related subdomains with your main domain, but please note that only subdomains with related content. So if you have this theme installed on somedomain.com we can add related subdomains such as blog.somedomain.com or shop.somedomain.com or dev.somedomain.com, etc.

There are several different options to add pre-loader depending on where video background is used. Qode Slider and Revolution Slider have pre-loader (spinner) options and there is also an option to add a Video Preview Image as a fallback. This can also be done for video backgrounds added using WPBakery page builder.

I would like to clarify a licensing question.

I have previously used a Regular License for a client project. That project is now permanently inactive and the license has been deregistered from the old domain.

My question is: Am I allowed to use the same Regular License for a different client and a completely new project, on a new domain, or does each client/project require a new license, even if the previous one is no longer active?

If the license is not in use for any project at the moment, then it can be used again. It cannot be used for multiple projects at the same time, however, you can use it again if the previous installation is no longer active.
