Hi. I have tow sites eith this theme, that are so slow or dont open at all. Everithing up mto date. If i deactivade PSGcore, it works. Is there a fix? Im i the only one?
Sorry. Just found out it was a question from our server! PSGcore was tring to comunicat with some IP our server bloked. Solved!

I’m experiencing an issue with the Category Icon Carousel in the CiyaShop theme.
The category icons slider is no longer displayed on the frontend. Previously it was working correctly, but now the carousel does not appear at all.
Environment details:
Theme: CiyaShop 4.23.1
WordPress version: 6.9.1
WooCommerce version: 10.5.0
PHP version: 8.3.29
Recently I performed updates on WordPress core and multiple plugins.
What I already checked:
Cleared cache
Verified that product categories and icons are correctly configured
The element exists in the layout but does not render on frontend
Could you please confirm:
If this is a known compatibility issue with WordPress 6.9.1 or WooCommerce 10.5.0
If a theme update or patch is available
If there are recommended debugging steps
This issue affects the frontend layout and usability, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I took back an old client of mine whose site I had made and bought and installed CiyaShop theme version 3.5.4. Now the client has come back to me and I have created a staging site to renew the graphics and do the updates. but updated the theme I have problems with the single product page. also strange thing in the theme option menu regarding the search bar I don’t see the default???? option everything is strange! can you take a look. i attach screen. Now for example i deleted the child theme and it restored the product page as before. but the search menu no! i would like the search in line with the background. i can send u some screen ….

Ok, so I copied the login.php to the child theme and changed the image url in it and then stored the image in the same location in the child theme – but it is not changing anything, my cache is clear on browser and server? I also tried creating a direct link instead of using ‘get_template_directory_uri()’ and this didn’t work either.
also, there is no option to move the ‘Back to Top’ button to the left side of the screen? how do I do this as well without it in the admin? CSS?

Hello when using the Setup Wizard it’s not importing the pages. It states “Also, choose the appropriate pages to be imported from the list.” I’m able to select the template but I’m unable to locate this page list on the Default Content page or the following page. Please advise.
Nevermind, it worked after a few times and imported the pages, however there was never a list to select.

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the Text Block element in the top header of your theme.
When I try to save a simple announcement message like: “All Orders Ship Within 24 Hours – No Extra Fees”
…after clicking Save and then Save Changes, the message appears broken on the frontend like: “pAllOrdersShipWithin24HoursNoExtraFeesp”
It seems like spaces are being removed and the string is being distorted. I’ve tried disabling cache plugins, retyping the text, and saving multiple times, but the issue persists.
Could you please take a look at this? It seems to be a bug in how the content is handled or rendered after saving.
