I have always been able to manually install updates by using the “All Files and Documentation” download, regardless of support status. Now, the Oshine Core plugin shows as version 1.6.1, with an update available to 1.6.3, which it says is the Minimum required version. Trying to update returns “The plugin is at the latest version”. Why can’t I manually update a Core plugin myself without current support?
NOTE: Envato says “Any future update made available by the author is included with every purchase”, and I should only need the support if I want the author to answer questions – but I need an answer because you seem to be blocking us from manually installing a current version.
Please tell us how to get the latest CORE plugin.

I bought this theme when it was nearly new, more than ten years ago. At that time it was a really great theme with fantastic support. In 2022 I bought it again for another website and I am very pleased with the theme and the help I got back then as well. With that being said, I´m worried about the future of the theme because of some of the comments here, and if its worth to renew the support or not… I have WP 6.9.1. When I select Oshine (7.2.9) in the WP-panel and ”Install Plugins” its not possible, they go green quick, and then back again. If I go to plugins in the sidepanel and try to upgrade a plugin I get a white page with the text ”You have no admission to this page” (my language is swedish, so something like that) and there is no longer any option to delete a plugin. That option have disappeared. I don´t know if it´s possible to deactivate the purchase code and then activate it again to ”reboot” the system. Or how do I get back my admin permissions to upgrade plugins? If I renew the support, can you help me?

Oshine Core, Master slider, and the theme itself are listed as critical vulnerabilities, with seemingly no interest from the developer to fix. Also, the contact form no longer works, and the developer suggests using a complicated workaround involving signing up for other services.
This is the worst theme I think I’ve used so far. Can not recommend on any account.

It is frustrating that Oshine hides these basic spacing controls.The theme is notorious for having a “split personality” between its Legacy Theme Options and the Tatsu Builder, which often causes settings to ignore each other. Oshine docs are crap – Tatsu is crap.
After using a bunch of other pagebuilder and themes, i have to adjust something for the only customer who uses Oshin, and i do not like it since years. Oshin did not develop at all. Hi! In the last update of Oshine Modules, there is a new CSS rule messing up the row width in the file oscine-modules.css : #content-wrap .tatsu-wrap { max-width: 100%; margin: 0 auto; } This removes left and right spacing and all the rows touch the screen borders on mobile. Previously the max width was set to 300px.
I have been trying to use the “clients” logo display on the website but it does not work. I’ve tried eveything for it to display but it is only around 2-3 pixels in height and nothing has changed even when I upload images or adjust the border or padding. It didn’t upload the demo content for it either.
Two weeks and still no reply…. Looks like this theme lost all support and isn’t worth the time and money.
Be Careful buying this obviously.
