I am an Instructor in a Course, I have so many Assignments submitted by my student, I want my Co-Instructor to be able to assist in the Marking. I want both of us to Mark the Assignments. How can I make this possible? Thank you
Hello,
I am planning to build a secure LMS (Learning Management System) where students can purchase courses and access video content exclusively through a web browser or mobile application.
I have a few important questions regarding your theme’s capabilities:
- Can your theme support a secure, paid course system with restricted access per user? - What measures are in place to protect video content from downloading or unauthorized access? - Does your solution include any form of anti-download or anti-screen recording protection? - How are videos typically handled and secured within your system? – Are they hosted on the same server? – Can they be stored on an external FTP? – Do you support integration with third-party video hosting platforms (e.g., secure streaming services)? – Is integration with cloud storage services like Amazon S3 or compatible providers supported?
Security and content protection are critical for this project, so I would appreciate detailed clarification on these points.
Thank you for your time and support.
Kind regards
The customer is purchasing with a credit card. After purchasing, they don’t return to the video page. They go back to the announcement page. What s problem?
He/She became a member. He/She purchased the course with a CREDIT CARD. The course did not automatically start after the purchase.
Please make sure that the order status is set to “Completed”, as the course access is usually granted only after the payment is fully completed.
If the issue still persists, it would be necessary to check the settings directly on your website. In this case, please contact our support team so they can investigate it further for you.
Best regards,
I’m explaining it correctly, but you didn’t understand. The student pays with a credit card. Shouldn’t the video of the course automatically start playing? Why do I need to approve it from the admin panel?
??
Thank you for the clarification. I understand your concern.
Not all payment gateways automatically change the order status after a successful payment. Some of them require manual verification, which is why you may need to approve the order from the admin panel.
In general, once the payment is completed and the order status is marked as “Completed”, the system triggers access automatically and the student should be able to start the course without any additional steps.
If this is not happening on your website, then something in your specific setup may be interfering with the process. In that case, we would need to check your site directly.
Please submit a request to our support team and provide WP admin access so they can properly investigate the issue: https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new
Best regards,
Thank you for the information. If I pay with a credit card, can’t the training start automatically without my intervention? I can approve bank transfers or wire transfers. However, if I pay with a credit card, can’t the training start automatically without my intervention? The member registered, paid with a credit card, and started the training. Isn’t this possible automatically?
It depends on the payment method you’re using. In many cases, the order status will change to “Completed” automatically once the payment is successful.
However, if your payment gateway keeps orders in a “Processing” state (which can happen with certain methods), the student won’t get access until the status is changed to “Completed.” If that happens, you can actually use a third-party plugin designed to automatically mark orders as “Completed” for digital products. This would ensure your students get immediate access without any manual work on your end.
Best regards,
Hello,
I hope you are doing well.
Video course preview feature is exist or not?
Thank you
Hello there,
Thank you for your question!
The video course preview feature is available in the MasterStudy Pro Plus plugin, which is sold separately.
You can find more details about the plugin and its features here: https://stylemixthemes.com/wordpress-lms-plugin/If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Hi, I am a little bit confused, I need to use Question Media Addon, you said that I should buy the pro plus, but I can’t find it anywhere on your website, there is only subscription theme, any help with that? Regards.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Yes, the Question Media Addon is exclusive to the MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus plugin, which is a standalone product separate from our theme.
You can purchase the plugin here: https://stylemixthemes.com/wordpress-lms-plugin/pricing/ Once you have the Pro Plus version installed, you can follow these instructions to activate the addon and start adding media to your questions: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-pro-addons/question-media-addonLet me know if you have any other questions while getting that set up!

Pre-sales questions about MasterStudy LMS + WooCommerce integration and migration
Hello,
We are evaluating the purchase of a lifetime license of MasterStudy LMS and I would like to clarify a few important technical aspects before proceeding.
We currently run an e-learning platform based on Moodle, integrated with WooCommerce through Edwiser Bridge. Our goal is to completely replace both Moodle and Edwiser Bridge using MasterStudy LMS.
We already had the opportunity to test your plugin through the MasterStudy Education Theme (Item Purchase Code: abd11ed9-2003-4232-b0f8-8f26fd0f5477), so we are familiar with its general workflow.
Our website: https://elform.it/ Example course page (WooCommerce product): https://elform.it/corso/master-in-gestione-del-rischio-in-sanita/All our courses are currently structured as WooCommerce products, and we would like to keep this setup unchanged.
We would like to clarify the following:
1. WooCommerce product integration After installing MasterStudy LMS, is it possible to link a course directly inside the WooCommerce product page (backend), through a dedicated section similar to the one available in your theme (e.g. “Course Link / URL / Button text”)?
2. Using WooCommerce as checkout Can WooCommerce be used as the checkout system while maintaining correct synchronization between:
- purchase
- course access
- user enrollment
3. “Subscription” addon (installment payments) We noticed that your plugin includes an addon called “Subscription” (available in the PLUS package), which allows selling courses in installments.
Is it possible to use this installment payment system together with WooCommerce checkout? Or is this feature only available through the native MasterStudy checkout?
4. Existing users and course access migration We already have an active platform with many users who purchased courses and currently access them via Moodle.
When migrating to MasterStudy LMS, we will recreate the same courses, but we need to assign each existing user to the correct courses they have already purchased.
Is there a way to import:
- users
- and their course enrollments
for example via CSV or another bulk method?
We want to avoid a manual assignment process, as it would be extremely time-consuming given the number of users and courses.
Could you please clarify what is the recommended approach for this type of migration?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards, Fabio Baldanello
Hello Fabio,
Thank you for reaching out and for considering MasterStudy LMS for your project! It is great to hear that you are already familiar with our theme and workflow. I would be happy to clarify these technical points for you.
1. We updated our architecture to move away from duplicating courses as WooCommerce products. This was done to optimize performance and provide a much cleaner user experience. However, you can still absolutely display your courses within the WooCommerce shop page. You can find the details on how to manage this integration here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/woocommerce/woocommerce-lms-integration#display-courses-on-woocommerce-shop-page2. Yes, MasterStudy LMS integrates fully with the WooCommerce checkout system. When a student purchases a course through your WooCommerce Checkout, the system handles the synchronization automatically. Once the payment is marked as “Completed” in WooCommerce Orders, the student is automatically granted access to the course content.
3. MasterStudy offers two types of subscription models: our Native Subscription (included in the Pro Plus package) and the Paid Memberships Pro integration. It is important to note that both of these methods use their own native payment gateways and operate independently of the WooCommerce checkout process. If you need integration of our Native Subscription with WooCommerce, you can vote for the idea and leave your comment here https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms/24437 The more votes, the faster our product manager will investigate this opportunity.
4. You can definitely migrate your users without having to assign them manually. My recommendation is a two-step approach. First, use a third-party WordPress user import plugin to bring your Moodle users into your new WordPress site so their accounts are added without loosing access detials. Second, you can use our built-in CSV import tool to bulk-enroll those users into their specific courses. You can find the guide for importing student lists here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/lms-course-features/manage-students-by-admin#importing-student-list-csvPlease keep in mind that while this will migrate the users and their access, their specific course progress will not be preserved in the move.
I hope this helps you finalize your migration plan! If you have any other technical questions, please feel free to ask.
Best regards,
Hi, in the Assignment section, students can currently only type answers. I was wondering if there was a possibility to include checkboxes, dropdowns, you know, fields you usually find in a form. That would be super helpful. Thanks
Hello there!
The Assignment section is designed to be a tool for students to write out their own unique answers manually and demonstrate their knowledge in an open-ended format.
Because of that, we don’t have built-in form elements like checkboxes or dropdowns for that module. If you’re looking for that kind of interaction, it sounds like you might actually want to use the Quiz module instead, which is perfect for structured questions like that.
Could you please share your specific workflow or why you feel you need those fields for an assignment? I’d love to understand more about what you’re trying to achieve so I can suggest the best approach for you!
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,
Thank you for your quick response. Specifically, we are looking for a way for students to provide certain responses, i.e., 1. Acknowledge they have read a text/document (via a checkbox) and/or 2. Provide information based on a set list of answers, e.g. What type of literature do you prefer? - fiction - non-fiction - drama - poetry
While I’m aware that this could possibly be done via a quiz, it is not something we need graded, and furthermore, I’m not sure how to make the 2nd example work in a quiz setting. (where you have to select the correct answers)
It doesn’t necessarily have to sit in the Assignment section, just something that allows us the ability to write questions and provide selected responses, like you would when filling out a form.
Hope that helps!
Thank you so much for the feedback! It sounds like you’re looking for a survey or information-gathering tool, which is a great point.
While we don’t have a specific “form” or “survey” module currently, we would love to hear more about this from our users. Please feel free to post your request for this new feature on our Feature Request Board here: https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lmsThis is where we collect ideas for future updates, and if a feature gets enough interest from other users, our product team will definitely consider adding it to the roadmap. Your input is really helpful in shaping the platform’s future!
Best regards,
Thank you. Hopefully, this will garner enough interest to be considered for inclusion in future updates. I tried embedding a form for this purpose, but some users skipped it, and there’s no way to check whether the form was filled out. Matching the external form to the correct user was challenging. For now, I just have to be content with the ‘open-ended’ way.
I’ve shared your feedback and this specific use case directly with our product managers. Hopefully, we’ll see more integrated “survey-style” fields in a future update!
Thanks again for the input, and let me know if there’s anything else I can help with!
Best regards,
After the new update course builder is not loading showing white screen. Please check and update it
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Everything is working correctly on our end. Need to check your site environment. Could you please try to deactivate your cache plugin and clear server and browser cache? If that doesn’t fix it, try deactivating your other third-party plugins and customizations as well.
If the white screen persists, please check your browser console or your debug logs for any specific error messages and send them over to us so we can investigate further.
Best regards,
I added a diagnostic logger in template_redirect that dumps the main query for this URL. Here is the relevant CFC_COURSE_404_DEBUG output when requesting /courses/game-development-foundations/:
stm-courses = game-development-foundations in query_vars
stm_cpt_registered = 1 and stm_cpt_query_var = stm-courses
But post_type is empty, name is empty, and is_singular is false
The main SQL query is a generic WPML posts query (for post_type = ‘post’) instead of a single stm-courses lookup.
So WordPress is seeing the stm-courses slug as a query var, and the CPT is registered, but the main query never becomes a single stm-courses post for /courses/ slug / when WPML is active. As a temporary workaround, I’ve added a small mu-plugin that, on template_redirect, checks for /courses/slug/, looks up the corresponding stm-courses post by post_name, and replaces $wp_query->queried_object with that post. This makes the course page render correctly with header/footer, but obviously it’s just a shim. Questions:
Is there an official way (or known issue) for ensuring single stm-courses URLs under /courses/ stm-courses / resolve correctly when WPML is active?
Can you provide a code snippet or guidance so that the core MasterStudy rewrite/query logic reliably sets post_type = stm-courses and name = <slug> for these URLs, without needing a custom mu-plugin?
I’m happy to provide full debug.log snippets, theme/plugin versions, and a staging login if needed.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Generally, for the URLs to resolve correctly, you need to make sure that the main Courses page is fully translated and that you have selected the version of that page in your default language within the LMS Settings. It’s also crucial that the slug itself is correctly translated inside the WPML settings so the system knows how to handle the /courses/ path in different languages.
Since these types of query conflicts can be quite specific to your site’s environment and WPML setup, I can’t provide a full step-by-step guide or a custom code snippet here. If you need a more detailed investigation or a permanent fix for this logic, I’d recommend reaching out to our support portal and opening a ticket. Our agents will be able to look into your specific configuration and provide the necessary guidance to get this resolved properly. You can get in touch with them here: https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new
Best regards,
Hi, pre-sales question. Do i need to buy this plugin: https://stylemixthemes.com/wordpress-lms-plugin/ to make this theme work? Browsing your demo, several features mention that the feature (like drip content or zoom conference) are “premium and is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.” It’s required to buy this plugin too?
Hello,
Thank you for your question.
No, you do not need to purchase the plugin separately to make the theme work. When you purchase the MasterStudy Theme, it already includes the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin, which provides the core LMS functionality needed to build and manage courses.
However, you may notice that some features in the demo are labeled “Premium” or “Pro version.” These typically refer to the Pro Plus version of the LMS plugin, which is an optional upgrade that includes additional advanced features and add-ons
So in summary:
✅ MasterStudy Theme purchase → includes the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin (enough to run a full LMS site). ❌ No additional purchase is required to make the theme functional. ⭐ Pro Plus plugin → optional upgrade if you need extra advanced features.
You can start building and selling courses with the theme right away, and later upgrade only if you need those additional capabilities.
Kind regards
PRE Buy Query:- is it possible to import and export courses from already existing masterstudy theme and import it to another website with same masterstudy theme? will data be loss or all data will be properly exported kindly let me know if this is possible with your theme.
Awaiting your reply
Hello,
Yes, it is possible to export and import courses when using the same MasterStudy theme on another website.
You can use the standard WordPress export/import tool to transfer your course content from one site to another. This will export the course data (such as lessons, curriculum structure, and related content) and allow you to import it into the new website.
However, please note a few important points:
Both websites should be using the same MasterStudy theme and LMS plugin version to avoid compatibility issues.
Media files (images, videos hosted in the media library) should be selected during import to ensure they are transferred.
Some plugin settings or custom configurations may need to be reconfigured manually after the import.
In most cases, the course data itself will be transferred properly without data loss when using the standard WordPress export/import process.
Kind regards
We are having an issue with our Courses page, specifically with regards to translations of it.
Under MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses, under the “Courses Page” option, we have our Courses page selected, namely https://campfirecreatives.org/courses/
That page is an Elementor page, and is not influenced by the settings in Settings -> Courses which I assume is on purpose. If nothing is made on the page, it auto-populates itself (much like an archive page). So in there if I say I want to see 24 Course per page, I would see that. But, because we’ve edited with Elementor and placed in our own design, we see that instead, and we do not see whatever would normally be auto-created, and thus affected by, the Settings -> Courses options.
If that is what should be the case, that looks fine in English.
Where we have an issue is translated pages. So for example: https://campfirecreatives.org/fr/cours/
https://campfirecreatives.org/fr/cours/ is a page created by WPML when we translated the page https://campfirecreatives.org/courses/On this translated page, we see the Elementor version (as with the English), and any strings that are translated we see those strings translated. So for example the “Load More” button is translated to “Charger Plus” automatically. While I do have an issue with this already (it shows both English and French Courses for some reason) – my main issue is what follows.
Underneath the parts created with Elementor on the original English page, we seem to be getting some sort of Archive page as well. So we essentially see the pretty Elementor part, and a broken archive-like section. Namely, I believe we are getting the sections/page that MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses tries to create. Using the same example, if I change the the value for “Course per page”, from 24 to 18 – we see that reflected on the strange archive-like elements on the French page (not on the English, because we don’t see this strange broken part on the English version).
Can you provide any suggestions for how to move forward? This seems like some sort of bug between WPML translated pages and MasterstudyLMS Settings->Courses but it might be something else.
All plugins, themes, and caches have been updated and flushed respectively. WPML is set up correctly has far as we can tell, and this is the only issue we currently see. There are no custom CSS applied, unless using Elementor to design the page counts.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
It’s really hard for me to say exactly what’s going wrong without being able to see your site’s backend settings and how WPML is specifically configured for those pages.
The best way to move forward is to get in touch with our support team directly. They’ll need to take a closer look at your setup and your WPML configuration to identify the root cause and help you get those sections cleaned up.
Once they can see the live environment, they should be able to figure out why that extra content is appearing!
Best regards,
Hi dear, I bought the theme, now I want to duplicate a course, with all the features inside, but I can not find the way to do that. It only duplicates the “cover” not the content, Is there any plugin or something you provide to do that? Thanks.
Hi there, I’ve tried this plugin, but it only works for pages. What I actually need is to duplicate a complete course into MasterStudy, including all existing content, features, quizzes, and videos.
Is there a way to do this? If it requires an additional plugin, could you please let me know which one?
Thank you in advance.
Сurrently, there is no built-in option or specific tested plugin that allows you to fully duplicate an entire course . However, this is a highly requested feature, and I strongly encourage you to vote for it on our roadmap here: https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms/24301 , as our product managers prioritize new developments based on its popularity.
As an alternative, if you need this functionality implemented immediately, you can contact our Digital Agency by clicking the ‘Hire Us’ button below, and they can build this feature for you as a paid custom development service.
Best regards,
Users can’t access the site from mobile but can access it from the web. What’s the problem?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
First, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the theme and all its plugins.
In most cases, this kind of issues comes from third-party plugins, especially cache plugins, optimization tools, or security plugins.
Try deactivating all third-party plugins temporarily, clear your server cache (and any caching/CDN like Cloudflare), then check if the site loads on mobile.
If the problem still remains after that, please open a ticket with our support team — they will investigate it closer.
Thanks for your patience!
Best regards,
Hello,
Previously, I always had an option in the post edit screen to show or hide the blog title.
However, I can no longer find this option in the page/post edit settings. It used to appear at the bottom of the post editor, but now it seems to be missing.
Could you please advise why this option is no longer available and how I can restore it?
Thank you
Hello, I need an instructor available 24/7. The student must have paid in advance and, during the course, must answer students’ questions. Note: The course is available online for individual purchase. I read that you have the option of Zoom conferences; I’m not sure if this option meets my needs. thank you!
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
MasterStudy doesn’t have built-in 24/7 instructor availability or live individual tutoring by default, as it’s mainly designed for self-paced online courses available for individual purchase.
That said, you can create private (hidden) courses and manually enroll paid students: just set the course visibility to Private in the course settings. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/cYYRfijpXkIB
Inside each course, students can ask questions anytime through the built-in Discussion / Q&A section on lessons (instructor answers manually when available): https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/lms-settings/course-player#lesson-q-and-a-management Zoom integration exists for live group sessions, but it’s not suited for 24/7 individual support.
If this doesn’t quite match what you need, could you please describe in more detail how you envision the functionality working? We’ll see if there’s a good workaround or custom approach.
Happy to help further!
Best regards,
Fatal error in Pro Subscriptions – stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() undefined
I’m experiencing a fatal error on the student dashboard when MasterStudy tries to load enrolled courses. The issue is coming from the Pro “Subscriptions” code.
Environment details:
Theme: MasterStudy Education WordPress Theme 4.8.126
Free plugin: MasterStudy LMS WordPress Plugin – for Online Courses and Education 3.7.15
Pro plugin: MasterStudy LMS – Online Courses, eLearning PRO Plus 4.8.9
WPML is installed, but the error is a pure PHP fatal, not a translation issue.
Relevant error from debug.log:
text PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() in /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php:13
Stack trace: #0 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php(108): MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\SubscriptionRepository->table_name() #1 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro/addons-plus/Subscriptions/Services/CourseService.php(232): MasterStudy\Lms\Pro\AddonsPlus\Subscriptions\Repositories\SubscriptionRepository->get_active_subscriptions_by_user(…) #2 /wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/… (loading student dashboard / enrolled courses) Notes:
The Subscriptions add‑on/module is not enabled in the LMS UI, but the Subscriptions SubscriptionRepository class is still being instantiated for the student dashboard request.
In my installed Pro build, there is no globally available stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() function matching that namespaced call, so every hit to the dashboard causes a fatal and the page never renders.
Temporary workaround I applied:
In addons-plus/Subscriptions/Repositories/SubscriptionRepository.php I wrapped the table name call with a function_exists() guard and introduced a safe wrapper method:
php protected function table_name(): string { if ( function_exists( ‘stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name’ ) ) { return stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name( $this->db ); } // Helper missing – avoid fatal, treat as “no table”. return ’’; } Then, in all methods that use $this->table_name(), I bail out safely if the table name is empty (returning null, false, or an empty array as appropriate), so the dashboard loads and simply behaves as if there are no active subscriptions instead of crashing.
Request:
Please confirm which file or module is supposed to define stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name( $wpdb ) in the current Pro / Addons Plus stack, and whether it’s missing from 4.8.9 or loaded too late.
Ideally, ship an update that:
Ensures the stm_lms_subscriptions_table_name() helper is always defined before SubscriptionRepository is used, or
Applies equivalent guards in your own code so missing helpers don’t cause a fatal on front‑end dashboard pages.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
We’ve already identified and fixed this issue. The fix is currently in final testing and will be included in the next update very soon.
In the meantime, if you need the corrected files right away to keep your site running smoothly, please contact our team directly through the form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes .
Otherwise, hang tight for the official update.
Thanks again for your patience and detailed feedback!
Best regards,
I will like to ask a pre purchased question:
There is a scorm zip file: I use the demo theme, but i get error importing. it does not even work. Now i am scared if i purchase the original theme it may not work.
Please test your theme support scorm from https://course-source.com/course/Coaching-Mentoring/78100
You need to let me know if it is possible before i purchase.
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
Could you please clarify what the error message you see when trying to import?
Also, did you add all the necessary file extensions from the SCORM archive to the allowed upload types in the addon settings, as explained here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-lms-pro-addons/masterstudy-theme-manual-scorm ?
If you already did that and it still fails, please send us your SCORM zip file via the contact form here: https://themeforest.net/user/stylemixthemes
We’ll test it immediately on the full Pro setup and confirm compatibility right away so you can buy with confidence.
Best regards,
Above is the scorm please test it if it will work so i will go ahead to purchase the theme if it works.
Waiting for your response so we can purchase. I provided you with the SCORM zip file already.
It is important you let us know if this can work so we can procceed with purchase.
Hello there!
Thank you for sending the SCORM zip file.
The import fails because the file structure doesn’t match a standard SCORM package. Here’s an example of a working standard SCORM zip for reference: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1trVW8THypsrgmgjoiPJFTHuIjEs8DqT_/view?usp=sharing
You can download and test importing this one, it should work fine.
Let me know if you need help fixing the structure or have more questions — we’re ready whenever you’re set to proceed with the purchase!
Best regards,
Sorry for commenting, and my support is already expired long time ago.. Could you help me to choose? I visited your website and I see 2 masterstudy products.. One is the plugin ($249) one-time and the other one is Masterstudy template ($79) lifetime… are these two different and can be combined to my website that has already Masterstudy but bought here in Envato?
Please help… is there ANY difference between buying Masterstudy Plugin / Template from your website and here in Envato? I will buy if there’s a huge difference.
Hello there!
Thank you for asking, I’m happy to help you choose the right option.
We have three different MasterStudy products, and they serve different purposes.
The MasterStudy Theme you bought on Envato is a complete WordPress theme. It already includes built-in basic LMS functionality, 16 pre-built demo layouts, all necessary bundled plugins for the site to work properly, and the MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin inside it that powers the LMS part (courses, lessons, quizzes, payments, certificates, etc.). This is a full all-in-one solution for building an educational platform.
The MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus plugin is a separate, more powerful standalone plugin. It includes everything from the regular Pro version that comes with the theme, plus exclusive premium add-ons such as AI Lab (for AI generating course content), Native Subscriptions & Memberships, Social Login and much more. Importantly, all future new features and improvements will be added only to the Pro Plus version.
The MasterStudy Templates are just pre-designed visual templates (page layouts and designs). They do not include any LMS functionality at all. They are purely for design and would require a separate LMS plugin to turn them into a learning platform.
Since you already own the MasterStudy Theme from Envato, you have the complete working LMS system with beautiful demos. You do not need to buy the Templates, they won’t add any LMS features and are not necessary for your current setup.
However, if you want the most advanced LMS experience (all the premium add-ons + future updates), you can upgrade to MasterStudy LMS Pro Plus. The theme and Pro Plus plugin combine perfectly.
We have a special offer for Envato theme owners that lets you get Pro Plus. You can check the details and your eligibility here: https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-theme-documentation/masterstudy-pro-plus/upgrade-to-pro-plus-for-freeLet me know what you have any more questions. We will be happy to assist.
Best regards,
Can I use this for private tutors, so they may want to livestream private one to one sessions with different students? They may charge per session. Can this be done?
Hello there!
Thank you for reaching us out!
MasterStudy LMS is primarily designed for structured courses and is not built for private one-to-one tutoring sessions with live streaming and per-session charging out of the box.
That said, you can vote for this feature and leave a detailed description of how you’d like it to work here: https://stylemixthemes.cnflx.io/boards/masterstudy-lms The more votes and detailed feedback a suggestion gets, the higher priority it receives from our product team, so feel free to post your use-case there and encourage other users to vote as well.If you have any other questions, just let me know.
Best regards,
