Hi,

I just noticed a problem after the latest update to 2.11.5. I linked a product page for the WooCommerce shop, but it doesn’t seem to be displaying the content as intended.

Hi markusspiske! It is quite difficult to determine the exact cause of this issue from just a screenshot, especially since we currently do not have any other users reporting a similar problem. Could this notice be generated by a third-party plugin that automatically hooks into that specific area? To investigate this properly and look into the details, you will need to open a formal support ticket.

Hi mahershe! We are not exactly sure about your specific setup, but after testing this on our end using the Dynamic Gallery, we can see the native WooCommerce Gallery. This is the expected behavior because, on the Single Product page, the system uses the default WooCommerce gallery rather than Uncode’s standard Media system (which is used for other post types, such as Portfolios).

What do you recommend to solve this issue? any plugin recommended?

if your goal is to include YouTube videos inside the product media area (gallery-style), you will need a dedicated third-party plugin that extends WooCommerce’s gallery functionality, yes.

We do not officially recommend a specific plugin, but you should look for something that explicitly supports WooCommerce product gallery videos, is compatible with the default WooCommerce gallery, does not replace the product template entirely.

After installing such a plugin, make sure you are using the default WooCommerce product gallery (Theme Options > WooCommerce > enable Default Product Gallery), since most video plugins hook into the native WooCommerce gallery structure.

It is very likely that the issue with max_input_vars is completely blocking the saving of your Theme Options, or there may be a file permissions issue. Regarding the fact that you are unable to change the value from 1000: this usually suggests that your server has an upstream limit. This means that even if you modify the local setting, the Master Value controlled by the server configuration is locking it down.

I know this is not the official support channel, but I wanted to report a regression I found in one of the latest updates that is breaking layouts across the site.

It seems this rule was added to the core CSS: @media (max-width: 959px) { .main-container .row-container .row-parent .row-parent { padding: 0 !important; } }

By forcing padding: 0 !important, the theme is now overriding all nested row utility classes (like penta-h-padding, single-bottom-padding, etc.) on mobile. For example, my footer is now completely crammed against the edges of the screen, losing its intended design.

Using !important at this level makes it very difficult to maintain a consistent design without hacky CSS overrides. Could you please check if this was intentional or if it can be refined in the next patch?

Since the 2.9.4.4 update I have been unable to update Uncode Core, every other plugin will update, my hosts have been through file and folder permissions exhuastively but every time I try to update Uncode Core to the most recent version (or any version) I am given the “sorry you are not allowed to access this page” error.

Dear UNDSGN Devs,

This question is related to reactivating my Uncode theme, that I bought officially through Themeforest/Envato.

Reaching out to your support page doesn’t work either, as I get this default page that says, that I have to renew support or buy a new license. But I don’t want to do that as I already bought the theme. And as there is no other way to reach you guys, I had to use Envato’s comment section unfortunately. So accept my apologies for that.

I did something rather stupid and decided to register a new domain name and you guessed it, I did not unregister the old name first. So when I decided to install the Uncode theme I was unpleasantly surprised by the message that I already used up my one license. I thought well, what the heck, I’ll just reinstall the old domain name and activate Uncode first and then deactivate it again. In that way, I could use Uncode on the new domain name I thought, right? I was wrong.

Uncode does not let me install the theme so I can deactivate it first before using it on my current domain name?

Don’t get me wrong, I really like the Envato Marketplace and I like the theme you made, but because I need to switch between themes sometimes, it doesn’t feel right to force me to renew support (as I don’t have a support question really) or buy a new license.

So I ask you very kindly if you would be so nice to reset the domain name for me, that I registered the first time. And a suggestion is to maybe add an option for users to unregister/register your theme, so they don’t have to bother you with silly questions ;)

Hi, I bought three templates for different projects. I love your work, but I can’t use the AJAX filters in my store with 5,000 products (and counting) because they always take 10-15 seconds to load. I’ve tried everything. My site is running fine in terms of speed, caching, etc., but the filters just don’t work properly. They’ve never worked correctly. Any solutions or recommendations? Thanks.

Hi irenerita! This issue occurs because you have a very large number of posts (5000+). When AJAX filters are enabled, the system must perform extensive calculations and queries to display the correct available filters and products. We have an experimental functionality that stores the results of these calculations in a transient (cache) to improve performance. To try it, please add this code to your Child Theme:
add_filter( 'uncode_enable_ajax_filters_transients', '__return_true' );
This feature introduces a new setting in Theme Options > Performance: https://lopezb.d.pr/i/uZoAwQ
Please set it to ‘On’. Note: The first time you load the page, it will process as usual (which may be slow in your case as it builds the cache). However, on subsequent refreshes, the results are retrieved directly from the transient. We have had other users achieve great results with this feature. Please keep in mind that this is still experimental.

Hi Walizen! Please keep in mind that the content file is only 8MB, which is what will be stored in your database, along with a few additional MBs for the imported images. You really do not need to worry about this; no one has ever reported issues with it, as the resource usage is truly negligible.

You might try looking for a plugin, such as ‘WP External Links’, to achieve this. Alternatively, you can try using the following JavaScript code, though please be aware that it has not been extensively tested:

Hi supermex! There is no built-in option for this. On mobile devices, columns automatically take up 100% of the available width to maximize the limited screen space. If you need to restrict their width, I recommend adding a custom class in the Extra tab and then applying a small CSS snippet to target them specifically.
