Hey Guys, on template https://bridge165.qodeinteractive.com/ this demo seems broken on tablet and mobile. The menu header button, does not appear until you refresh or touch the screen. Then it disapears. Not sure if its because the demo mobile header is white? Please send ccs fix if possible

Hi, how can I deactivate the theme license? I can’t remember which website it was originally installed on, and I’m unable to deactivate it from the QODE Helper page. Could you please help me remove or reset the license activation?

At the moment the theme is active on a domain where purchase code is registered (folioworks.com.au). We cannot deregister a purchase code that is still in use. It is necessary to login to the backend of the site and deregister purchase code directly from Bridge Dashboard.

After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to update Bridge Core plugin that will be listed there.

If, perhaps the backend editor is not being shown, then try suggestions listed in this article.

Anyway, it is always a good practice to create a backup version of your website before any major update. You can learn how to easily backup your website here. This way you can easily restore backup if something unexpected occurs.

Hello, Revolution Slider isn’t working and isn’t displaying correctly with your version and WP Bakery. They released a new update on March 20th to fix this!

In this update Revolution Slider version 6.7.51 is included and this version is mandatory before updating to version 7.x.x. It is also important to open each slider and click on “Save Changes” in order to reinitialize them in database.

The latest version of theme listed in changelog is tested up to PHP 8.3 so it can be used with PHP 8.2 as well.

Bundled plugins that were originally included with the theme (WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution, LayerSlider) are still included with the theme and updated when theme update is released.

Hello again, i finally found a way to do it. But i have now another problem. I have updated php, plugins and theme. Everything is working fine but I can’t find a way to translate the word “All” in the Portfolio Filter. I have tried to do it with Loco Translate, but it didn’t work. Then I tried it with Better Search Replace and nothing. Finally I changed the file masonry-filter.php but it doesn’t change the word. Please, i need to change it, where can i find it? Kind regards. Hey guys, I have a question: why doesn’t the WPBakery plugin that comes with the theme have the “disabled row” feature? It’s fantastic—it saves you from deleting rows that you might need someday and having to rewrite them, or creating a blank page with all the code in it just so you can copy and paste it later. Is there no way to do this?

This parameter is disabled in extend-vc.php located on this path wp-content\themes\bridge\extendvc and to enable it you would need to edit the extend-vc.php file directly.

The theme won’t be added to the “Supported Items” dropdown automatically after the purchase. It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first so the purchase code can be verified. You can skip that field and fill in other fields as shown in screenshot.

We are running your Bridge/Qode theme on PHP 8.2 and encountering the following PHP warning mostly on every page load:

PHP Warning: Undefined variable $bridge_qode_blog_page_range in /wp-content/themes/bridge/templates/blog-structure.php on line 259

This occurs despite your documentation stating the theme is tested up to PHP 8.3. The issue appears to be an uninitialized variable passed to a foreach() loop, which PHP 8.x handles more strictly than previous versions.

Could you please provide a fix or patch for this issue?

In 2020, I purchased your theme with the intention of using it for my website, lifetimepublishing.eu. At that time, I made an initial attempt to set it up, but ultimately did not proceed with using it.

Now, I would like to install and use the theme on the same domain (lifetimepublishing.eu). However, I am encountering an error message stating: “Code is already registered for another domain.”

Since the theme was originally purchased specifically for this domain and has not been actively used elsewhere, I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please reset or reactivate the license so I can proceed with the installation?

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

There is also an option to deregister your purchase code via deregistration form at our Help Center in “My Products” section of your account. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

I’ve installed Bridge on my localhost but the Bridge Dashboard, System Info & Import pages are all blank so I can’t enter my licence key or anything. All recommended plugins are installed and activated.

Hi, I have a question regarding the Qode SEO feature. Is there a control panel of this feature? and is this enough for the SEO or I was thinking of activating the Yoast plugin? Please advice.

The product posts inherit page settings from main Shop page (the one set as shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products). Unfortunately, there are no individual Qode SEO settings for each product.

why can’t i just get a multi web site license for this theme? you have it for the Qi theme, but i don’t like any of those demos? I would pay for a multilecense but i have buy a license for each site just to use ONE theme

I moved my website to another domain/server and would like to deregister the theme from the old domain/server. Said old domain/server does not exist anymore. Please advise as how to proceed. Many thanks.

We deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.

In the licensing files, it is specified that WPBakery grants a license to QODE which means the theme buyer, yet I can’t update the plugin on a new version.

Do I need to create an account on WPBakery website and register the domain with the theme purchase code?

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us using this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Also, if you are using Elementor, we recommend deactivating WPBakery page builder. Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Having both page builders installed and activated at the same time can have a significant impact on your website speed and overall performance.

Hi I have a problem installing the required Qode Optimizer plugin. I made an account and logged in, entered my purchase code, but when I try to submit a ticket it always gives this error: ‘Autentification error. Please try to login in again from our help center here.’. So i’m running from one problem into the next :-( It might have something to do with the fact that I bought a theme from you 5 years ago.
