This was fixed with their latest patch “Fixes issue of Command Palette and Inline Editor not always loading/displaying correctly.”
While creating an account on your platform:
- There was an error when attempting to register your account. All Avada purchases on that Envato account are already being used on another Avada account.
The older email I had used is no longer active (including the domain). Need to fix this.

Hi, I’m currently facing a few issues with the theme and need your assistance:
1. In mobile view, the homepage is showing “Page Not Found” instead of loading properly. 2. The 3-line (hamburger) menu in mobile view is not syncing/displaying correctly. Yes, I purchased through Themeforest, and have receipt. In Themeforest downloads says: 6 months11 Nov 2026 of support remaining

I have purchased Avada and still have support, but as this isn’t a rare issue and it seems everyone else is affected by it too, I am posting this publicly.
My WordPress installation is brand new and contains only the latest version of WordPress, Avada, and the plugins required for Avada. I have completed the Avada theme update. I am using a pre-built theme (https://avada.website/business/).
All plugins are up to date, except for the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin, which is currently on version 6.7.0.2. This plugin cannot be updated to version 6.8.0.1, as the message states that no licence key is available.
My questions:
1. Does the https://avada.website/business/ theme require this “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin?
2. How can I update the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin?
3. Or can I delete it, and what would stop working as a result?

In the business pre-built website, the ACF plugin adds a post type called Documentation. If you do not use this post type, or if it is of no benefit to you, then you can disable the ACF plugin.
As for ACF plugin updates, since this is a bundled plugin, the updates will be given from Avada ⇒ Plugins. If an update for the plugin has been released, it will be released in the bundled area shortly as well.

Please update your Performance Wizard to stop recommending the combination of JS files (see below – from Avada’s Performance Wizard)
“Enable JS Compiler – Strongly recommend turning on to compile JS to a single file.”
Your recommendation is actually killing website performance.
Reasons:
1. Enabling the JS Compiler in Avada is generally not recommended if your hosting server uses HTTP/2, as combining scripts into a single large file can actually hurt performance.
2. Modern servers running HTTP/2 can load multiple, smaller files concurrently without penalty. Splitting files allows the browser to cache them separately and only load what’s strictly needed.Avoids Render-Blocking>
3. Compiling all JS into a massive, single file creates a render-blocking issue, which can negatively affect your scores on Google PageSpeed Insights
4. Plugin Conflicts: Merging scripts can occasionally disrupt the functionality of third-party plugins or contact forms.

This appears to be a different version of the rev slider. The bundle version of Avada uses version 6x of Rev slider. Any updates for this bundle plugin will be released shortly.

Terrible performance issues in Avada, with omission of the most basic of options on elements.
The Post Card Image element does not have a way to choose the small version of a featured (product) image in archive’s when using dynamic featured image, or in the Post Cards element, so every archive (supposed to be thumbnail) will be a full size image.

Hi. We’were using the license on our domain. However, our hosting deleted the website files so we will need to built the website again. We will use the same domain that we’ve used before when we buy the theme. But when we import avada, and place the purchase code, it says that the purchase code has already been used on another website. But we didnt. I guess since we couldnt revoke it when the hosting deleted our files, it stayed in the previous one. However we will use the license for the same domain but couldnt verify it, can you help us to use our license?
I dont know my avada account, when I try to create an account with the purchase code, it gives error again. So I cannot reset it somehow. I want to reset the purchase code and use it somehow.

I am using LoginPress plugin on AVADA theme. And it seems to have some conflicts. The ‘Remember Me’ checkbox cannot be selected. I played with all settings, disabled all the plugins but it seems the issue with the AVADA Theme. When I switched to the default WordPress theme Twenty Twenty-Five, it worked, and not issue with LoginPress plugin. Is there anyway to resolve this issue so that I can use LoginPress with AVADA?

Hi, I have version 6.1.4. Do I need to buy new license or extend support to get new version. I tried to update the theme with the file I got from Download section, however, after I uploaded the theme files, I still require me to update Fusion Core (currently v4.1.2) and Fusion Builder (currently v2.1.2). And it said my theme is unregistered.

Not at all, you can simply update your Avada towards the latest version without any extra license or support, the updates are free for as far as Avada is developed here.
Make sure that you have registered your Avada properly in this case and you should be able to update without any issues.

This could happen simply because of an offset value, I will recommend checking if you have an offset value set, make sure it’s set to 0.

You can chose a flexbox but there is no option to make columns use a CSS grid. Doing this will require some custom CSS
