If you want the Avada builder plugin, you can download it from your my.avada.com account area. However, this is not needed as when you install the Avada theme (and register it), you will get a prompt to install the Avada builder plugin and Avada core plugin

I have changed the site logo. However, the change is not reflected. as far as I know this is an issue with the theme. I dont have a valid support(its expired) to create a ticket but this not seems to be fair since this a bug in the system, could you help me please?

I’m having some trouble getting a column to fill properly with an image. I’ve got all paddings and margins set to zero. The image is set as the background of a 1/3 column. The section has a minimum height of 346px. The image in question is the one on the left side of the orange section. I’d like the background image to fill the column and the column to be the full height of the section.

Avada currently provides version 6.7.41, but the latest version is 6.7.55 in the 6 branch and they have a 7 branch that is compatible with Wordpress 7. Is there an estimated time when Avada will update the Slider Revolution plugin?

We have already released 6.7.55 in this case, kindly make sure that you update your plugin from Avada > Plugins area, regarding the Revolution Slider 7, that is a compltely different product and is not bundled with Avada.

Hi, should the Fusion Builder Plugin version 7.15.3 be available already? I have 7.15.2 in use and when I go to Avada / Plugins, there are no updates available.

EDIT: I had not updated the latest version of the theme, after that the plugin updates became available

The Avada theme is on version 7.15.3. The Avada builder is on v5.15.3 You will need to first update the theme by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Appearance ⇒ Themes. Once done, you will see. a prompt to update the Avada builder plugin

After the WordPress 7.0 update, I have very thick black lines on the site.

Can you please ensure that you are on the latest version of Avada 17.15.3. We have created a patch for the issue which can be applied by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Patcher(you will see it shortly)

If you still see the outlines, please disable ‘Load front end block styles’ by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Advanced ⇒ Features, Screenshot here

How disappointing. Not interested in using OffCanvas. We wish the Modal element was properly made. We have gone ahead and recoded the element ourselves, but it’s unfortunate that such a critical component of SEO is not properly implemented.

Hi there, I love how you guys offer most things in-house but it can be difficult to work out. On the Avada Forms (I purchased ninja forms which does not work at all with Avada), The consent field should show the circle they can tick, same as the radio fields….. I can not get those circles to show? The content for maintenance mode that I originally put in? Have no idea where that is?

You’re gonna love this one!

Avada’s new Performance feature, “Optimize Offscreen Rendering”, breaks all anchors throughout the site. For example, if navigating from one page to another page’s anchor, the anchor is no longer recognized or the page does not open on the exact anchor location.

You guys may want to thoroughly test the effect of your new performance feature to ensure it has no impact on anchors. In principle, I can see why your new feature is causing the issue. It basically “lazy loads” containers below the fold and they cannot respond fast enough to anchor commands.

Fix appreciated. Support ticket will not be submitted. Meanwhile, I disabled your new feature.

Hi, I’m currently facing a few issues with the theme and need your assistance:

1. In mobile view, the homepage is showing “Page Not Found” instead of loading properly. 2. The 3-line (hamburger) menu in mobile view is not syncing/displaying correctly. Hello,

I have purchased Avada and still have support, but as this isn’t a rare issue and it seems everyone else is affected by it too, I am posting this publicly.

My WordPress installation is brand new and contains only the latest version of WordPress, Avada, and the plugins required for Avada. I have completed the Avada theme update. I am using a pre-built theme (https://avada.website/business/).

All plugins are up to date, except for the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin, which is currently on version 6.7.0.2. This plugin cannot be updated to version 6.8.0.1, as the message states that no licence key is available.

My questions:

1. Does the https://avada.website/business/ theme require this “Advanced Custom Fields PRO” plugin?

2. How can I update the ‘Advanced Custom Fields PRO’ plugin?

3. Or can I delete it, and what would stop working as a result?

In the business pre-built website, the ACF plugin adds a post type called Documentation. If you do not use this post type, or if it is of no benefit to you, then you can disable the ACF plugin.

As for ACF plugin updates, since this is a bundled plugin, the updates will be given from Avada ⇒ Plugins. If an update for the plugin has been released, it will be released in the bundled area shortly as well.

Please update your Performance Wizard to stop recommending the combination of JS files (see below – from Avada’s Performance Wizard)

“Enable JS Compiler – Strongly recommend turning on to compile JS to a single file.”

Your recommendation is actually killing website performance.

Reasons:

1. Enabling the JS Compiler in Avada is generally not recommended if your hosting server uses HTTP/2, as combining scripts into a single large file can actually hurt performance.

2. Modern servers running HTTP/2 can load multiple, smaller files concurrently without penalty. Splitting files allows the browser to cache them separately and only load what’s strictly needed.Avoids Render-Blocking>

3. Compiling all JS into a massive, single file creates a render-blocking issue, which can negatively affect your scores on Google PageSpeed Insights

4. Plugin Conflicts: Merging scripts can occasionally disrupt the functionality of third-party plugins or contact forms.

This appears to be a different version of the rev slider. The bundle version of Avada uses version 6x of Rev slider. Any updates for this bundle plugin will be released shortly.

Currently there is no specific code that will target that. You can use a cache plugin and disable Avada compiler. You can then exclude scripts as needed

Unfortunately, you answer tells me and our team that paying for Avada Support is not worthwhile.

Terrible performance issues in Avada, with omission of the most basic of options on elements.

The Post Card Image element does not have a way to choose the small version of a featured (product) image in archive’s when using dynamic featured image, or in the Post Cards element, so every archive (supposed to be thumbnail) will be a full size image.
