OK I couldn’t hold out any longer… Just bought it I am number 420… :)

Yaaay, thanks for purchasing ;) happy to have you as our customer. We are here to help you in any matter. so please use our support forum to get in touch with us. Thanks

Hi

Just a quick question. On the iPad the main navigation menu is set for mobile devices. This isn’t great for the ipad, better having this as PC / mac view. I cant find a setting to change this. Is it currently possible?

Ta

Hey Thanks for this suggestion. this has been raised by many users and we are bringing an option that you will define the max-width when the responsive navigation appear. we will add this feature in v1.3 which is coming out late this week. Thanks

Excellent, I thought it would be worthwhile having it here as I thought most people are happy with PC view on iPad. I get “even more impressed” with the features in your theme every time I create a new page. The page builder with customisation of each individual element is the best on the market! Your updates have also been timely and efficient, you really do listen to buyers. GLWS continued sales, I think this will be one of the top sellers on here!

Hey thanks for your kind words. all our customers positive feedbacks gives us great enejry and motivation to make this theme useful for everyone. I have a good news : our next update taken to an earlier date. Hopefully we will release it by tomorrow night. we have a long list of update and I am sure all who are waiting for the update will be happy. we just try to not miss out anything that was requested or any bug that looks nasty. Thanks again :)

I gave this theme 5 stars a few days after purchasing. This is the 3rd theme I’ve worked with and their support is far above any experience I’ve had prior to Jupiter. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Hey, thanks for your kind and supportive words. we try to meet our commitment regarding to our after sale support and care. again thanks for your nice words.

In your demo… either put a ”#” for pages and shortcodes in the menu or fill in the corresponding pages… so doesn’t go to a blank page…

Hey thanks, we just changed some links to ”#”, since the demo has been made by me and my team member some parts being ignored. Thanks

More presale stuff… In the header styler… can you set an image for the header background? vs. just a color and or transparency…

Header and including all other sections has full set of background properties. so its not only color and transparency. we made demo with color just because our initial design and look was this. however you can make anything you like with it. Thanks

hi,

can u plz. advice if/when are these going to get fixed :

1. IE10 sticky menu & animations do not work

2. text in chrome looks poor

Small humble advice : Be carefull because many ambitious themes (like this one) turn to be failure monsters i am afraid… (check the issues that themes like kallyas & madrid are facing…) – on the other hand, enfold theme has a better balance between features & quality (and BTW your theme looks so similar to enfold… but i cannot judge that…)

thx!

Hi,
1. this will be fixed in v1.3 since in 1.2 we have made enough update and kept the rest to the coming version. its coming in 5-6 days

2. We will check this issue which you said previously that looks poor in windows -> chrome.

Regarding to your advice : We have started this theme’s design and development 4 months ago (we stopped developed for a while due to personal issues), many of the features and design aspects have been designed long ago before enfold or kallyas find their way to TF. we love enfold, it has strong standing (kreisi has huge experience we admit). please check our graphicriver items too. ;)
I can not compare our themes with others, However we are not cluttered with useless features and options that just thrown to a page to increase the amount customisability. which is bad practice. 2. We took a long time to build our very own framework. we did all design and coding to make it hugely clean, easy to use and many more. 3. we take customers bug reports, feature requests seriously. 4. We run artbees.net for about 3 years. we have been delivering huge collection of freebies that have premium qualities with 30-40k downloads(currently we have moved our servers so its under maintenance). what I can say: we are not going to compare ourselves with others, but when talking about failures, this is business and we may fail or succeed. and this success unfortunately is some sort of a luck. ;)
If you consider IE bugs as a weak point, I will not agree with you. if we developers stop supporting IE8 and below, it will make IE users to upgrade to a modern browser. I hope you know how developers hate IE and their standards. even IE10 currently having issues!!! but still we are working hard to fix all of them. Thanks

god.. i would love to like this one.. but it feels too cluttered. especially the navigation menu w/ the logo over on the left.. it’s cool, but something is just a bit off.

Hey thanks for being interested in our item. please note that all those features can be disabled. we even disabled some of them. :) Thanks

giving you 5 stars, because the theme is amazing!

Thanks for your support and we are very happy you liked the theme. we are working hard to make it even better. :)

Hi. Can seem to find the “Classic Editor” button in the Banner Builder. In addition, can’t make the upper banner transparent. what am i doing wrong? Thanks for nice theme.

Hey, Thanks for purchasing our item. please open a ticket in our help desk and I will explain both issues there. please note that comment section is not a a good and comfortable place to give support.

In order to serve you better and ensure the quality of our support we only handle support question through our help desk. However we can answer to all pre-sale question here in Comments section but anything related to after-sale question will be handled through our help desk.

We do this for a few reasons :

1. We have dedicated support staff that is only available though help desk. our team monitors our help desk everyday from monday through friday.

2. Themeforest comments section are not searchable and other users cannot reply. besides sometimes in the crowed your replay may be missed.

3. Many question have been asked over and over again, however we have FAQ section, forum search that will help you to find the answer more quickly.

4. since the theme developers are not always available for support inquiries there will always be delays on comments section.

Click here to access our help desk. Thanks :)

Hi

Thanks for that great update and following up with suggestions. I still have some issues/questions regarding SEO:

You now left H1 and H2 away on the blog. I think H1 should be always the post/page title and H2 chooseable by the editor. You also have used H3 9 times, H4 2 times and H5 4 times for some site specific heading. Those headings should be only chosen by the editor within his post and not by the template for section titles etc.

If I’m going to buy it today, would you be able to deliver the changes upfront your next update?

Thank you!

Hey, thanks for suggestions. I have fixed some of them and will fix all of the headings if applicable. for example page title should be H1 or H2. google needs to know what page it is. what do you think about that? I will give all those in our coming update as well. You should not be worried about that as we are working on Jupiter and caring so vibrantly that everyone who purchased is happy. we take support very serious. Thanks

Good to see you are caring about feedback!

H1 is the most import heading for Google and you should choose H1 for the page/post title since you really want to get indexed by the Search Engine and they are rating down from H1 to H6.

I keep shut and buy it if IE issues and the Headings are solved. ;-)

Support Forum Issue I believe you need to change what you are using for your support forum… It is horrible… The creators don’t even have support on their own site… and I have read they have stopped support and development… http://createsend.com/t/r-61AA918DDFC60B4D2540EF23F30FEDED

I have been watching and helping (a little) the development of Jupiter before buying… but the forum uggggggg!

You need have something that you can view Q&A by themes not just a mess of tickets… It is so random what you can see… Search is useless… If you search Jupiter some things come up but not all are necessarily related to Jupiter… I found that the best way is to search for # and that I think brings up most items but includes all tickets related to all themes… I have seen people post things they set to be private but were still visible (login info)... Can’t hit the back button or tries to resubmit form data… I could go on and on… :stress:

Mark L. Lee

Hey Mark, It was a mistake from our site to start using this support system and right now we are going to move to our own framework. we are developing a forum with high speed + search functional + and everything is just amazing. I as developer thought with paying 10$ it will be great to use such services. but now I really regret. for now I am sure at least people get answers in time. having terrible support platform is bad for us too, I know your mentioned issues and I can count on and on. Hey Mark Thanks for your care and support. we do much appreciate that. Thanks

Hi,

Great theme! A question; is there a way to adjust the “break” point from where the menu goes from text to button? On the iPad you have already a button but the screen is wide enough to have menubuttons in stead of the 1 button. I also think that looks nicer.

Thanks!

Kinds regards,

Jeroen

Hey Jeroen, thanks for purchasing our item and hop you will love it. Please ask this question in our help desk and I will give you instructions. Click here to access our help desk. Thanks

More Presale Issues: I see you have done the 1.2 update and fixed a lot of issues but there are a few that still exist that are making me hold out…

Mainly the sticky menu and animations don’t work in IE10.

Other glitches I have noticed: Shop: If you click on “Reviews tab” on any SIMPLE product page it just jumps the page around… works fine on products with options..

Cart page: Spelling.. Button for “Update Cart” says “Update Card”

Diagram progress bar: Does not scale so “Not responsive” 8-)

Hey thanks for your reports and being interested in Jupiter. Yesterday I released a huge update. but some of them still remains for the next update. such as IE9 and 10 issues will be fixed in coming version (I will need to install windows8 in my mac to test). I did not notice your second issue. can you contact me and give me more explanations? Oh my, sorry for the spelling. fixed it now. the Diagrams are not responsive for now. since JS canvas draws them, we need to find a workaround this issue. so far could not find a solution or anyone who has any solution. so this issue is still in my pending list. Thanks for your constructive bug reports. We do appreciate that. Hopefully in our coming update we will give a huge bug fixes as well as improvements. Thanks :)

Ok for the shop glitch… 1. Click on shop 2. Click on picture of Red Headed girl in Red Shirt 3. Click on the reviews tab… (Page just jumps to top and does not switch tabs…) Does this on all products execpt for the ones that have options… 4. Also on that page only there is a “successfully added to cart” banner when add to cart was not hit… see… https://www.diigo.com/item/image/44aqo/mw7r

Above happens on both IE10 and Chrome

In the demo still says “update card” instead of “update cart” LOL… I see you got rid of the random added to cart banner that were popping up… the tabs are still an issue… did you see the problem I described?

Purchased about a week ago, was very impressed with the customer support after I flooded them with a host of feature requests and bugs. Highly recommend this theme!

Hey thanks, we are happy to have you as a constructive customer with your very useful feature requests and bug reports. we are here to serve you and help you to build your site as fast as possible. Thanks for your kind words :)

Hi, I have 4 page section with images as backgrounds to my homepage. It broken down when the screen view less than 1000px.

Before >1000 px viewport http://cl.ly/image/303M1t1P390i After <1000px http://cl.ly/image/303h3q2h150f

I have spent many hours setting up the layout. Please help to fix the issue to become responsive at all sizes. Thanks.

This is the test site http://one.tess.pw/

Hey, Can you post this question in our help desk? I may need to communicate in a thread to have your problem solved and make sure its answered in time. sometimes we miss the TF comments replies. I will be available in our support from now and will be checking all questions. Thanks

Sure. Ticket submitted. Thanks.

Hello,

I am considering purchasing this theme but need two features:

1. Display blog posts on home screen in 2 column grid format 2. Have a “sign-up” for newsletter section

Is that possible with this theme?

Hey, thanks for considering Jupiter. 1. We have 3 blog styles. one of them is a grid style with multi-column feature. you can have from 1-4 columns and use them anywhere you like.
2. We dont offer sign up form. you most probably will need to find a plugin for this feature. Thanks

Hello there! Just loved the design! Really amazing, clean and cool stuff!

I have a decisive doubt to decide ordering it or not: —Is there a easy way to narrow the width of entire site a little bit (960px for ex) and keep it responsive? I really wish it is possible and easy doing it (I’m a begginer in programing)...

Thanks friend. Wish you sell even more of it!

Hey, thanks for your kind words and happy you liked it, Yes you can change its width form 1140px to smaller and since theme is built with fluid layouts nothing will be screwed up. so you just need to override mk-grid class width with only one like of CSS in our custom css option or child theme. if you face difficulties we can help you to set your site’s width. Regards

Hello, i cannot seem to get my navigation bar to be transparent – i have played about with all the bars but it doesnt seem to work. only the far corners become transparent but the menus stay opaque. Please help.

i also have this annoying gap between the nav bar and my slider. on the preview of this theme, the slider and the nav bar is joined but i have a gap between mine. i dont know why this is - i dont have any padder or divider between them.

Hey, thanks for purchasing our item. your question needs extra investigation. please post your question in our help desk and we will be checking your site to see what you have done so far and what went wrong. Please click here to access our help desk.

Presale question: Do the shortcodes have a class attribute, like for buttons so I can custom style it.?

Hey, yes all of our elements have extra element class attribute. so you will have full power when it comes to customisability. Thanks :)

One question bevor i buy this theme, i see on: http://artbees.net/themes/jupiter/pages/product-launch/ page the nice sided content, but if i scale smaller screen i mean to mobile there goes something wrong how it will listed after, like u can see on “Powerful Page Composer” item after scale smaller screen the “button” is between text and image? It must be always same listed or not? like Image on top – text – button anyway on desktop is the image on left or right side…?

Thanks!

Hey thanks for considering our theme. Oh my, yes it looks little nasty. It some sort of depends to the demo making process, I added this issue to our bug list and will fix all of them ASAP. Thanks for reporting this bug and we are happy to help you here. Regards ;)
