I have just bought your theme and I want to tell you why:
- I have been using Kriesi themes for three years (each year I change the theme of my main project). Kriesi creates great themes but they are not updated with new funtions and he moves fast to “the next theme”. I own around 12 themes from themeforest plus 10 more from other companys.
- Jupiter looks very well and it seems that i can do whatever i want: multiple post types to organice the information, a lot of shortcodes (with a lot of customi settings), a visual builder, a lot of custom widgets…
- PLUS the most important for me: in one month you have done several upgrades with a lot of things added from the feedback of your clients.
Keep hearing your clients, improves the theme step by step and you will have a super seller theme.
P.S: just keep in mind that performance and usability is also quite important. So listen to your clients but do not include everything!
P.S1: related with the H1, H2… H4 issue above that write nick79, he is right. H1 is one of the main SEO on page signals.

We have new updates coming weeks, so make sure to check them out. Yes sometimes I can not take some feature requests due to performance issue, I will also increase the speed performance for many modules in coming updates to make sure everything works fine and fast. SEO issues is not a matter. its just very important for some customers and I listen to them very carefully. I will fix the small standard issue in coming week. Thanks.
5 weeks later and a couple of updates but still no changes to the SEO issues. You are now using H1 for blog which is a section not the post title. The actual blog post title is H3.
I’m not sure how often I need to point out that issue. H1 should be the blog post title OR if it is a page, the page title! H2, H3, H4 left for the editor of the article.
Hi, I followed page title h1 issue in latest update. Okay I will make a condition to change page title tag to h2 and replace h3 with h1. This has been missed. Sorry about it. Thanks

IF you create a PAGE: “About us” – H1 should be “About us” not the slider title.

I’m sorry to see you taking now the heat but frankly I have requested this from the beginning.
Your Theme is great and you do a great job in releasing updates and features but those things seem to be more important than SEO in the past.
I can live with a some sort of design distraction or a missing feature, I just don’t want to kill my rankings for the theme.
I have expected a fix within two days given the importance and the price-tag/sales.
Again, you DO a great job, just your prioritising is a bit bad.
Fix SEO and you’ll see me shut
Its all okay, I admit my mistakes, honestly I was badly stocked with loads of tasks past weeks, and finding a good support staff is not an easy job, finally I could find 2 staffs that I can trust they will do a good responses to our customers. all my effort is to make everyone happy, but seems I could not do this completely. Thats is what makes me sad. anyone who have talked with me in comments and help desk surely knows my attitude. Hope next update will solve all issues. Thanks

I REALLY need the offset option for FAQs so I can display 5 or 6, then show a photo, another 5 or 6 and so on… Is there any way I can enable it even if that means hacking the theme until you can make it a feature?

Can you tell me where the style file for the buttons at the buttom of the page for the (scroll to top – button) & (quick contact form). My only problem is at the very end of the page i get my footer links covered up.

It’s clear this theme has been a success and has now had over 1,200 sales, if you all of a sudden had loads of support tickets to reply to and minimal staff to work with across the globe plus changes and bug fixed and enhancements i’m sure you too would be a bit behind, plus i’m sure Artbees has a family too. People here need to CHILL OUT and be patient OR learn proper web design / coding and do things yourself instead of coming here before using your BRAIN !

In fact our new support staff started working from today and the load from us has been taken. now we have 2 staff and I will check support tickets that need my attention. so I dont think we will have such delays. Oh, this is all because of the woocommece posts import. just ignore then a you will no need to use those them. We provide the xml for you to solely have the complex page layouts and modify them without spending time to create them from scratch. Thanks

Hey thanks for considering our item. no this is not a bug, it depends to the length of your menu in your installation. We have set of options to control the main gird widths,.. to control the widths in the flow with no limitation. in demo our menu length is pretty long in modern style thats why this happens. Thanks

Hey Alice, its due to the plugin you have installed. It might be not compatible with WP3.6 and you will get warning and notices. if you want to prevent seeing these please open your wp-config.php file in your wordpress installation root and set WP_debug mode to false. It will prevent you to see such warnings. Thanks

On the demo homepage, the main slideshow. When it shrinks down to responsive, all the text shrinks with it and it is unreadable…
Hi, its not not a theme issue, we have used Layerslider and we can not change its codings. however if I was the the author of this plugin I would have no other choice to shrink texts to make it “completely” resposnive. This slider has been used by over 20,000 people and maybe people like this way as the author never changed the behaviour. Thanks

This notice is a minor WP3.6 best practice notice. since new standards some OOP coding structure has been changed, we will have a huge update for page composer in coming versions. but in any case for a working website set the WP_debug to false to avoid any notices to be seen in your frontend. - Fix – date in header toolbar needs the same gap between phone number, email and slogan
- Make email address in header NOT link to email adress due to spam, we should choose if that email can link to a page, mailto: links are bad for spam
- The footer nav is getting blocked by to the top and quick contact floating boxes
- Toolbar when on iPhone has loads of line breaks and looks untidy maybe we should have ability to specify what to show up there when on mobile device
- On single portfolio make category meta link to that category archive
- On single portfolio close gap between header and start of content
- Make the menu icons visible when choosing custom menu / jp sub navigation widget for use in side bar
- When using the LCD slideshow – allow the image to be clicked to show full width preview in a Lightbox
- Add in a class to main style sheet called hide-iphone or something so we can add an extra class to any element to control if we do or do not want certain elements to show on mobile / ipad etc

6 – View here amy single portfolio (londonwebs.co.uk/wp/portfolio-posts/su-prestige/) – I am having to manually add my page title to each page but the template puts in the title and arrow / navigation – there is a big gap between the header and the start of the content.
9 – I have done this myself creating a new class in the custom css box in masterkey call .no-iphone , now when i add the class name no-iphone to the extra class box in visual page composer and test on iphone that element is display none and works fine as i have done it
