hi, great theme. i have a quick question: Is it possible to deaktivate AND activate the page builder easily? I would like to have the option to use the frontend builder, this builder wouldn’t be compatible with yours. Would it work?
To avoid misunderstandings: I mean to activate and deactivate the page builder in your theme.

The client i am working for does not want any password info given out. So that is not an option as far as helping. I have a question is there any way to go put a picture bigger than 1100 in width? Without it getting cut off.

Hi after your suggestion i did buy this theme – for most of the part the theme seems good. However I am having trouble with the dummy content – a lot of pages are missing 
– the shortcodes, features & shop is completely missing. I even re-did a clean install and followed the video too – no luck there
(P.S – your support is the official support is very slow)
Hi, due to the size of the demo content we have removed shortocdes and features pages to make it more lighter. some user’s hosting php values were causing to fail importing the demo content. However in our up coming version we will split and put the shortcodes and features in different xml files for those who need them. Let me know if you need the file now! Cheers

I am actually considering now myself buying Jupiter for a new site I am planning to build.
List of pre-purchase questions, I would appreciate a reply so I can make a decision as I am considering 3 themes now, including Jupiter.
1. Asked above – I would need this theme to be translated into polish, does the theme have any translation capabilities or is it easy to translate ?
2. I am looking for a parallax home page, with menu then photo slider, then ‘services’ section, then latest posts then other maybe section, maybe testimonials – am I able to build the home page to my needs using admin panel?
3. The latest posts I want to include on the home page, I want them to llok like “recent Work” here: http://themeforest.net/item/jupiter-multipurpose-responsive-theme/full_screen_preview/5177775is it possible to display latest posts in a grid like this on front page? Is it possible to exclude certain blog post categories from showing on front page? Would it be possible to have a posts excerpt show up once you hover over an image, just like the title does now – so basically show title + excerpt ?
4. Are moving icons from demo included in the package ?
5. When uploading photos to blog post, can I then decide if I want them displayed one after another with lazy loading enabled or as a slideshow with thumbnails ?
6. If I purchase do I get upgrades and additions for free or would I need to pay for updates/upgrades etc ?

7. One more. Is it possible to have a parallax home page, that when users enter it they see a full screen photo slider that would be responsive and scale itself to the full dimensions of the screen the viewer has ? 1. Yes it has! you can use code styling to translate the theme and use WPML for multilingual website.
2. Of course you can do all these. we have made the demo site using theme page composer. so your creativity is in your hands.
3. Recent work you see in demo is portfolio post type! we will add new style for blog section which will have same roughly look. you can exclude categories, authors, posts,.. the excerpt can be adjusted based on your need using child theme if theme does not support.
4. the moving icons are not included. they are icon sets purchased from Shutter Stuck and you will need to purchase them if you need to use them.
5. I could not clearly understand what you mean. please elaborate it.
6. after purchase you will get lifetime updates and free support.
7. We are working on our very own slideshow that has this feature. this slideshow will be released very soon.

ad 3 and ad 7 – you say you are working on the blog grid for front page + full page responsive slider on home page – do you have any rough timing on the delivery? Any chance these changes would be released this month/year? I need to know if it’s a matter of weeks, 1-2 months, or maybe a quarter/half year or even more.

And 10. That slider I asked in Q7 you said you were working on – would it have parallax capabilities so be a parallax slider? I gotta show you what I mean – theme oneup, to me this is the wow effect I want to achieve but with Jupiter and it’s versatility – how do you see it ? Possible with the coming update?
And 11 – can I combine one page version with multi-page version? What I mean by that is I want to build my homepage to have various sections as you scroll down, including a few parallax effects but then the whole site would have multiple more pages and places accesible from the menu. Possible ?

1. our updates are quick and fast. so there is no months or weeks updates. when we talk about any update or future release, we mostly predict them within 1-2 weeks. Envato marketplaces are very competitive and therefore all authors work hard to speed up their new versions.
2. We are working on speed improvements which will appear in next versions. but you should also exclude the factor of images in homepage, video backgrounds as well as the traffic of our website.
3. you can filter, exclude categories in most of the shortcodes with custom post types right in the specific shortcode, we will add this feature to portfolio carousel as well as portfolio loops.
4. Parallax background and one page concept is one of our main focus for our coming updates, so you should see these changes in a week or so in our demos as well. combining one page with multi-page is another on the way feature we are planning in the team, we are working to bring one extra vertical floating as well as secondary navigation below slider for pages you need to add one page concept.

Something thats annoyed me since day one of this theme and i HOPE we can sort out…
When you scroll down and the menu shrinks to the smaller size, as does the logo which is good but its only when you finish scrolling does the logo finally become smooth and not blurry, make sense?
Hi, Yes it makes sense. since image gets smaller, browser renders it with new dimensions to enhance it with antialias engine. I dont think there is much thing I can do about it, but I will do some R&D about it. Cheers

Ok installed the 3.6 version of wordpress to be safe, but is the theme full compatible and tested with WordPress 3.7?
Yes its compatible. right now my local servers all are running with v3.7.1
but give some time for your plugin developers to release their updates too. currently bbPress throws some warnings but not much important. just turn off your debug mode and you are good to go with new WP version. Cheers

Ive asked several times but will ask again: Is the menu automatically set to be responsive? If not, where in the settings can you turn it off or on? I’m working on a site for a client who is using this theme and the menu is NOT working. Ive updated to v 2.8 and it’s still not working correctly. If I view it on my iphone or ipad, the menu is showing the normal menu AND a button for the responsive menu. Please help!

One thing preventing me from purchasing the theme:
Is there any way to adjust the mobile “menu drop down” settings, so that the menu is more organized and readable, instead of having one long extensive list of pages where users have to scroll through?

Hey, thanks for your interest. in fact if you view it in mobile you will see its not a long list. instead top levels are like toggles to view sub items. if you resize the window the mobile structure will not work properly(though we are addressing this in our coming huge update). Cheers

Why is the default homepage demo not the same setup as the live preview design? Is there a homepage demo content that is based off of the live preview? I understand the photos won’t be there but I would like the basic layout.
