Is it possible to use the Qode slider (almost) fullscreen, BUT with an x amount of pixels from the bottom reserved for the content? I want to always show a few buttons on the bottom under the slider, but not set the slider to an static amount of pixels, so it will scale automatically.
Hi,
you can set height of the slider in pixels and set responsive_height attribute to ‘yes’ and it will adapt to the screen. Note that it might not be the same x amount from the bottom of the page on all screen sizes.

Ok, I managed to fix the above issue but now different issues. Don’t answer with open a ticket.
I changed the link text in the Text Link Style Section. The links are changed everywhere except the home page.
For the Blog, I created a page called Blog. I’ve tried to chnage the display type in the Blog Section of your admin AND under Template settings for the page. If I select Blog Masonry on the Page I created it is a long list, not Masonry. It doesn’t matter what I choose in your Admin section. Is your Admin Blog section connected to The Settings-Reading in Worpress?
Purchasers of this theme need to go in and accurately rate it so pre-sales people have a better idea.
More fun. When I use SEO Workers to check SEO it says my page has no title. I actually do have a title. Is this your Qode SEO? This is with Wordpress SEO disabled. Somehwo your theme is not presenting title correctly.

This is the one regarding no title showing up in SEO which is top priority. My site is not being seen by search engines. Ticket: #248969
This is the one about your slider image sizes. It is impossible to get an image to show up in the middle of the slider. I simply need dimensions for background and dimensions for logo on that background so it fills visible area. Ticket: #244702
There are so many more problems though. On blog page the starting two paragraphs are just a long block of text with no spacing. I have configured padding in your design tool. It only shows padding on refresh.
I can’t create tickets for all these bugs.
....and more problems. Blog- Pagination marked Yes. Type of pagination is More button. Never changes from Numbers list.

Regarding #244702, slider is not setup properly, our support will help you setup it properly. There is no bug here, it’s just to choose best way to render your scenario.
Regarding blog list paragraph margins, you can setup them in Qode Options > General Font Settings > Text > Top/Bottom margin (px) field
Our setting clearly says that Choose Pagination on Masonry type is setting just for Masonry Type. Again this is not bug.

I don’t care if you are the CTO or the King of Earth, this theme is full of bugs and support’s answers are terrible.
On Blog I have chosen Pagination=Yes, Blog=Masonry, Choose Pagination on Masonry type=More. On Blog page I have numbers. So on the Page I choose Template=Masonry. I now have More button but just a long list of posts. Let’s say I switch Template to Blog Masonry Full Width. Now I sort of have Masonry but my sidebar that is set up in your admin is gone. Please explain why this isn’t a bug or at least crappy admin.
For margins answer above, what I am saying is that on page load the padding I have set up for intro to blog doesn’t show. I have to refresh the page to see the padding.
Finally, please show me anywhere in your support documentation where it says the size of the opening slide image or how to position an image correctly.
Instead of releasing a new theme every week or whatever, just make the one you have work and answer support tickets in a timely manner. Believe me, if I wasn’t already too far into this I would write Envato demanding a refund.
Even more fun. So your support people said make the slider image 1920×1080 and it will be fine. So now I have and it is a pixilated mess that doesn’t show up in the slider. Now I sit and wait for your incredibly slow support to get back to me while my slider looks like crap.

So now I have a Side Area Menu showing up. How should I remove that? Zero instructions in documentation.
You have something called Full Screen Navigation. NOWHERE in your documentation is it mentioned. NOWHERE!
I found Side Area in your Admin. Nothing mentioned about that in documentation.

I’m having trouble getting the theme to show the variable product I’ve put in. With 2 separate product images in place, the viewer should be able to use the dropdown selector to toggle and see the 2 options. Needing a fix asap…

there are few places were you can set this up. First is in Qode Options -> Header and with header style option. Setting that there will make your header like that through out your whole site. Second way is in Qode Custom Fields in your post with which you’ll have header like that only on that page. Last way is setting that up for each slide in slide’s settings.

Hi,
you need to update your Visual Composer to newer version that came with our theme. Go to Plugins page, completely remove Visual Composer and you will notice message on the top of the page that says that Visual Composer isn’t installed. Just go through the install procedure and activate it once it’s installed and this issue will be solved

I have one problem. I need to display a sidebar into the single-portfolio-page for all global single-portfolios.
When i change the setting on every single portfolio page it works fine. If i change it in Qode-options the sidebar won’t display.
The global selector: Sidebar to display doesn’t work

Love the theme and great support! Couple questions…
On mobile (Iphone 4s) my logo isn’t centered and is adjusted to the left side of the screen. Screen shot – http://imgur.com/iUnBB6I
This also inhibits me from choosing my menu and I just end up clicking the main logo that brings me back to the homepage. Anyway to fix this glitch?
Also when I try to view my portfolio pieces on the home page from mobile, the light box doesn’t show up. It just takes me to the project page. Even though I removed the “View” button too. Any suggestions?

Regarding your second issue that is how we have implemented portfolio list on touch devices, it turns into link that leads to portfolio single page. footer section scrolling behind the qode slider on firefox, urgent help needed, please
support very slow!!! i have several issues with the theme so far,
1. Whole Footer area scrolls behind qode slider image on Firefox!
2. Side area (if enabled) doesn’t slide back on mobile devices (Android- Samsug S4)!

Seriously what is the deal with this theme? Google Fonts don’t change to the right font when you change. I changed my font to Goudy Bookletter 1911 and I have no idea what font was showing. If you go to my site www.huckfinnjubilee.com the short code for an image with text is visible in the blog item Lonesome Day Records.
Also when I switch to Goudy Bookletter 1911, or whatever font actually ends up displaying, the padding for my text goes away?
