Is it possible to have the sidebar on integrity NOT LOAD AGAIN when the page reloads? I am putting a music player in the sidebar, so when the page refreshes I need the music to keep going.

Thanks for writing in! This is not possible out of the box as every time you refresh the page all of the contents on it must be refreshed as well. What you’re looking to do would require some type of AJAX music player that can remain in session even while a user is navigating the site. While X does not support this type of functionality as it is quite specific, WordPress has a fantastic collection of free plugins at the plugin repository that could help you out. Additionally, you might want to look around a little further and see if there are any premium plugins available that can help you achieve what you’re after.

So far I am loving the theme. I am having an issue with the backgrounds. I have tried to upload an image for the background both through the customizer as well as in the specific page setting and all I am getting is the colored background. I am using the latest 2.0 theme and I have tried a 1920 X 1080 images size as well as a 1280 X 1024 with no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Team, Looking to purchase the theme and I really like the set-up. Wondering would it be possible to set up the “parrallax” style theme as an individual page.
For example, use Ethos as the main design, but have an Integrity 01 style page for a bigger story that we wanted to highlight?

On the demo page I see a big splash page with a “Say Hello to X.” I am currently using the Ethos stack, is there an easy way to do this with my site? I am looking for a full screen splash page to welcome new users. I can of course code it by hand but wondered if this was something built in to the theme that I should be using.

I have a problem with the featured image not wrapping text. In stead it leaves a white space under it and the content of posts shifted to the right. How do I get this to wrap around the featured image?

I have downloaded the X theme and i have it installed in wordpress and i am now trying to install the required and recommended plugins and an error message comes up saying “The plugin does not have a valid header” I need the visual composer and also the x short codes and slider revolution for the x theme. How can i download them?

Hello, excuse my little knowledge but how can i delete the phrase “Just another wordpress theme” at the top of my theme?

Theme purchase. I went to the site and registered my purchase code and email address. It immediately told me that I needed to upgrade and took me back to themeforest to buy the theme again. Went back to the support site again and tried to register again and it sais that I could not register because my code had already been used. So I used the the wp-login page to try and reset my password. I never get a password reset email
