is it possible to add phone numbers and an email address into the header?
Sure…we have an optional TopBar that you can see demoed here that will allow you to place other text based info on the left and social icons on the right.
Cheers, can that be applied to all the different layouts where the header is at the top of the page?
My pleasure! Yes, the TopBar is a separate feature that can be activated no matter which orientation you are using (fixed top, static top, fixed right, or fixed left).

As the file size is a standard size, it is either an issue with your web host or you are installing the wrong file. If you are sure you are installing the proper file as outlined in our documentation, you are welcome to contact a member of our development team in the forum for further assistance as there shouldn’t be any issues when installing those files.

I simply clicked on the large grey Download Demo Content and it downloaded a “x-demo-content.xml” file which is about 195kb.
I have tried to do it through the Customiser Manager and the wordpress importer.
What sort of issue can there be with the web host? This is a fresh install of wordpress on the site and not had any issues in the past with adding content. The host is 1and1.

That is the problem. You don’t install the demo content through those channels. Please refer to the demo content knowledge base article for the proper steps, then if you need anything further, a member of our development team will be happy to assist in our forums.

These plugins do not install (The error reads – “plugin does not have a valid header”).
I have read I can manually upload these if such errors arise but the downloaded folder provided on this site does not include these plugins under your Extension folder. I have downloaded it multiple times to make sure.

We are WPML compatible and provide a base .po and .mo files for customers to take and translate to the language of their choice, however the actual conversion to other languages is the responsibility of each customer.

I think you are confused as the demos are certainly there.
You can click “Live Preview” and are taken to our homepage where you can learn about the theme then see over 30 demos in the section marked Demos. Alternatively you can visit our demo section directly by going here. Our demos are linked to and referenced in multiple places on our listing.

NOT COOL! The author advertises all these new functions and then disables them, including functions offered in other themes such as Google Analytics, unless you allow the theme to call home and “activate” it. Calling home is done on a regular basis as part of that feature is “checking for updates”.
This is a ridiculous, draconian measure and makes me regret I ever bought it. Something like this should not be allowed.
All my to clarify as you have made incorrect assumptions.
You do NOT need to use our Extension to install Google Analytics on your X powered site…we simply created a separate, optional tool to keep tracking codes separate, but you can 100% add it into the Customizer directly under Customizer > Custom (instructions specifically for adding your Analytics code is right there). Furthermore no features are disabled, we simply have a process for activating things like automatic updates as we have to first verify a legitimate purchase, and if you had read through our Knowledge Base articles on Extensions you would see there are multiple ways in which these optional tools can be installed.
In the future, please direct any questions you are unsure of to the forum before making assumptions as adding something like Analytics codes is quite easy and the new Extension is simply another way you can do it.
This is quite annoying i have two licences to this theme. and it displays differently over different browsers.
and the updating the theme process seems to be so overly complicated that it doesn’t work.

I know that the various stacks within X support a centered logo above the menu, but is there any way to center the logo inline with the menu? I’m seeing an increasing number of best-selling themes on ThemeForest (for example: http://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm11/ and http://demo.qodeinteractive.com/bridge40/) offer this functionality. This is really my only complaint about X and I tend to purchase other themes when this is a must-have look for one of my sites.
Any easy ways to implement this or plans to bake the option right into the theme?
I was hoping to see it in X version 3.0. But hey, the extensions are cool too

Hi Ryan,
There is not an option in the theme to put the logo actually inline with the navigation as that is a very niche application and generally only works with a very custom tailored number of links and size of those links (you can center it above the menu as you know in X), but we do take customer requests into our future development decisions. While the option you mentioned is not heavily requested at present, I’m happy to add it to our notes for a future discussion.

Hi, is it possible to make the pictures size fit on mobile device? I’ve checked on your demo, and all the pictures content is small on my tab or my other mobile device.so still got white space on left or right screen. I am fans of bigger pictures that fit on the mobile device screen.

The images are responsive, so they will respond to whatever device is accessing the site, however for any sort of functionality beyond that would be the customer’s responsibility to integrate. Pictures certainly do respond though as the entire theme is responsive.

1) As the theme is sold via ThemeForest (part of the Envato Market), they are the ones who set the terms for matter such as this, and while there is no money-back evaluation period, you can read more about their process for that here.
2) Customers are welcome to integrate any 3rd party solution they wish, however this is outside the scope of our own support.
3) Please check out our demos and features for a full list of what comes integrated into X. You could achieve a comparison table by using our Pricing Table Shortcode for example, however there may be other ways to achieve this as well through other Shortcodes/theme features.

You’re welcome…no, that would not be a theme feature rather a completely different piece of software (there are whole companies devoted to the development of A/B testing due to the complexity involved).

Hi, found a possible bug – steps to recreate:
with X as the active theme:
1. click appearance – theme
2. click activate on the theme to the right
Result – X does NOT appear on the theme list – X is still in wp-content folder.
I needed to delete via FTP and re-upload to have the theme appear again in wp-admin theme list.

Quick question, how hard would it be to set the homepage navigation to do a parallax scroll and to have the navigation parent highlight depending on which section you are on.
I see this in your demo but you only have one menu item per section I would actually need about 5 child section to parent…

A child menu item could jump you down to a certain part of the one pager, but the top menu item wouldn’t be highlighted.
That is how it works out of the box, however customers are welcome to customize certain functionality as needed.
