Hi, I’ve activated this themes once in my account.
After I installed this themes, I have pb about 404, so, I tried to fix this error. unfortunately it getting worse and worse…. now I have no idea how to do with it.

I want to set up for some accounts in Back end for who help me control with these roles:
- Control Courses,
- Control Quizs,
With these accounts I want them only see what they allowed to do and can’t see all of other contents. Such as, with who control courses, only see Tab: LMS > All Courses & All Units. And all of other tab HIDE with him!
Please tell me STEP by STEP how to do?
I think this point very important for big LMS site! If only one admin account and cover all of Back end is not suitable!

Ok, I think we already have a solution for this. Simply install the WP Coauthors plus plugin and the WPLMS Coauthors plus addon. This plugin allows you to add multiple instructors for a course. When you add multiple instructors only one Instructor who is the first/primary author/instructor of the content and course is allowed to edit the course contents. The remaining additional instructors have the admin rights for the course, which means these instructors can manage students, evaluate courses, download stats etc..

But, My main idea want to ask you for support is:
How to HIDE all of other elements (such as: Plugins; Settings; Woocommerce…) from Back end except the Tab for user, who have a right can access to his area.
Example: with who control courses, I want him only see Tab: LMS > All Courses & All Units. And all of other tab ( Plugins; Settings; Woocommerce…) HIDE with him!

Thank you for your answer, it worked perfectly for issue #3, but not for #1 or #2. for #1 despite having updated and/or deleted the original courses and images, the “featured images” block that displays the courses in blog area continue the old one. And #1 could not find the text or edit the area. Thank you

I want to add another tab ” Learning Objective” Just below Create Courses in left menu of instructor dashboard.

But this files does reflect any change its seems it does not take any new code.

After completing a course, it shows COURSE UNDER EVALUATION button, my course evaluation option is on from the admin, i m not using quiz here.

No, quizzes are not important for certificates (we’ve also changed the text in front end plugin). Please make sure that the course is set to “Auto Evaluate” before the user clicks on finish course.

Plugins are not updated automatically, you need to select and click on update to update the plugins. However, we recommend updating the plugins to latest versions.

No, we do not have any LearnDash demo. Since LearnDash and WPLMS + Plugins have most of the things in common, if LearnDash is enabled the WPLMS will only work as a skin for LearnDash. Let me know if need screenshots would work.
Could you send some screenshots? Also, what functionality will be lost by using LearnDash instead of WPLMS? Finally, is WPLMS a separate plugin which can be used on another theme later?
All functionality in WPLMS will be lost, WPLMS skin/theme will be available for LearnDash. Currently No, but it may be possible in later versions.

Great. But, there i let the instructors add other users. Is there a way that only the admin of the web can add user to a course? Also, all course submitted by instructors can be edited by administrators?
Other question, testing the web i see something that i dont like a lot. When someone go to make course, it redirect him to the shop page, and then he need to clic again in add to cart to go in checkout. Is there a way to cut the shop step and add the course to cart when the user make a click en “Take Course”.

Whenever you want to add, enable the switch and after adding disable it. Yes, Administrators have full access to all the content in the course.

I configures than about Direct Checkout. Before it worked perfectly, but when i add a new course, when it try to redirect the end of the link only show ”?redirect”, and stay in the product page. Why is this?

One last question and my major concern. I noticed that if I upload any video other than mp4,ogg,webm like in .mov format then that video could not linked to the lecture and user cannot view that. Isn’t it possible somehow on uploading any other format video it gets converted to .mp4 and then gets embedded as html5 video? Can you kindly let me know how is that possible? I managed to get it done through FFMEPG on my other website don’t you have similar thing implemented for your theme? I’ll really appreciate your help on this as well.

Just double checked and found out update button is working as per the above question I wrongly mentioned in the link above.
Video conversion is not implemented in the theme. We’re using WordPress inbuilt html5 Media player for videos in the theme. To remove videos from attachments refer this video : http://quick.as/V47Qhjjo

Thanks for notifying, updated item description. The demo is working on WP 4.0.1. The theme has been developed on WP architecture and uses inbuilt WP functions for majority of tasks, so the theme will always remain compatible with WP versions.

How do i create a Free Course with Certificate, i have created a free course, but if i login as a student, i am not able to click on the course unit, but if i do a unit free, it gets a label of free, i already made a course free, so all the units should be free right?

I am using Version: 1.8.2 of WPLMS
The Course needs to be taken by clicking on the “Take this course” or “Start Course” button. The units can be accessed from the curriculum only by administrator or Instructor of the course. A student can only take a course and open units in the Course status protected page.
Do you provide the service of modifying the theme and put online? I don’t have the website development knowledge.
