Yes, we plan to update the theme and re-do custom work with latest version of Visual Composer. It will take some time, as VC made lot of changes to the code.

Hi….I just wanted to say that I DO love your product (as I’ve purchased more than one) but we still haven’t found a solution for the Mega Menu. The project has been on hold now over two weeks. I would not have purchased this theme if I knew there were restrictions on how many items you can put in the mega menu. I think this needs to either be addressed or stated somewhere. If you could push this ticket to a priority I would totally appreciate it since it just took 3 days to respond to the last one only to find that it still doesn’t work.

Can the main home slider display video? And can the dimensions of the slider be increased to be taller on the page? Also, can the blog posts headings have images as backgrounds instead of just grey color? Thanks, Paul

Hi,

This slider is created with the LayerSlider plugin, which gives you the option to either add video embed code (e.g. youtube embed code) into it to display video, or to add self hosted videos by using the html5 video tag . You can also set the desired width and height for each slider you create, and you can set a title image for each blog post.

Hey, How do I use the portfolio category and subcategory in the url? Example:

And how do I adjust the portfolio breadcrumbs to look like Home > Portfolio > CATEGORY > SUBCATEGORY ?

Regarding your first question, unfortunately this is not possible, as this is a default WordPress function and the slug here needs to be a unique slug, so there is no option to change it to the current portfolio’s category. However if you would like to change the slug to some other unique slug, you could submit a ticket to http://qode.ticksy.com/ and our support team could help you out with this and point you in the right direction.

Regarding your question about breadcrumbs, you can also submit a ticket to our support forum with a link to your site and temp wp-admin access so our support team can take a closer look and see if there is anything they can do to help you out.

Opened on Jan 2nd… I replied to most recent support comment on Jan 8th.

I’m still trying to get a fix done as the theme is causing WooCommerce to allow the placeholder text such as “First Name” “Last Name” etc to be used in the checkout fileds. This should not be happening.

I’ve replaced the necessary JS as requested, but it solved nothing. I’m not sure why this is happening but it makes the checkout / woocommerce a pain to use.

Can I choose not to have a slider?

Can I make it do the images that move up underneath the slider and clickable?

You can choose not to have a slider. Regarding the images, you can make them clickable by inputting the link you would like the images to lead to into the “Link” field in the “Image with text and Icon” options.

It seems that this theme has some problems to get theme options working in Wordpress Multisite (4.1). Qode options are updated in database for each site, but the front-end of these sites are not retrieving their own options and displays instead options of the main website (root website).

I want to buy the developer license for this theme, but I really need the support to be a bit more responsive. Also I found several errors in the the theme that you have correct over a 2 week period. So that would mean every site I built with it would need the same CSS over all of the websites I use which is not practical. When are you planning on pushing an update?

We are currently working on updating Visual Composer custom version used in Subway theme. It will take couple of days to implement all custom changes to latest version of VC and test them with Subway theme. We hope to have update ready on Friday.

It has recently come to our attention that there are certain issues with the current version of Visual Composer included our theme and WP 4.1, so we will release an update for the theme in the near future which will include a fix for this. Please wait for this update to be released before you update WP to version 4.1.

I am having trouble with a test site I am working on and the parallax images not being responsive. Everything seems to move correctly and into position, but the parallax images do not respond. It is due to certain image sizes, or is there any help you can assist with it. http://3hearts.liquidblueweb.com is the site. You can really see it on an iphone, or android screen.
