You have the style set to Meta below thumb w/ links on hover – change that to one of the others and they will sit flush side by side

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your support answer. I am not sure the reason I have been given is accurate. I have been told that the problem is “maybe” because I haven’t entered my registration key in Gravity forms. However, as already mentioned the form worked perfectly fine with a standard theme and gravity forms key is used for automatic updates, which we do not want until the site is actually working. If you need me to add it in, I can and have no issue in doing so, if its your advice.

I have also been told I need to purchase another copy of your theme for two landing pages, if this is the case I am happy to do this, but after at least one of the landing pages are working.

Please confirm if you could assist me with getting the site to work, anyone of them in the first instance, and I will be happy to purchase your theme again before you can help with the second site if required.

We do really like this theme and design, and are planning on purchasing it for our other projects, but only once the landing page/s are working.

I hope you can help.

Some of the features would be easily accomplished but others would take some custom development – you could basically get the same functionality out of it but one thing that wouldn’t be possible without a plugin is the type of content in the megamenu for the store on that example site

Yes, I have deactivated plugins, tried turning salient visual composer on then off, tried different browsers, and they are all still having this problem. I’ll open a ticket.

Hey – you’d need to wrap the output of your custom post type data in a do_shortcode function such as http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16931885/wordpress-shortcode-in-custom-field-within-custom-post-type

That will not work. I am not doing this in a php file. I have a custom field, just like the default editor and in that editor I put content or a shortcode, like for the nectar slider. Your shortcodes do not work, others do, like for the revo slider or for the essential grid, which comes from the same author. They prepare their shortcodes to work with custom fields but yours do not work.

So is the shortcode just showing up without parsing like

[nectar_slider]

Make sure you’ve renamed your default.po/.mo to the langauge code you’re using and that you’ve regenerated the .mo file in the plugin after adding strings.

There was a newer option aded in for increased responsiveness which would require modding several files – if you update to the latest version you won’t lose your theme options settings, only direct code changes you made to files. Have you done that?

No I did not. All I did was rename the folder to Salient 5.0 and drag the files from the latest version into the folder previously named Salient 4.0. Is there a way to reverse the damage done as I don’t have access to anything but my dashboard?

rename the folder back to what it was called prior – if that doesn’t work please share your URL so I can take a peek
