I needed to change the color of green across the entire site so i went to global options and made the changes, but it’s not showing up on my site. It’s still the same color that it was before. Can you please help?

well, so far a “workaround” provided did nothing to fix the problem actually made it a bit worse. And we are 2 weeks dealing with 1 case that is a bug for sure, but support refuses to answer questions for 2-3 days at a time and when they do does not bother reading details.

I purchase the theme. Trying to setup up a full-screen page with parallax background pictures. The idea is to have 7 pages with each a different parallax background. What is the best image size to use. Cause if I use 1920×1440 it is not resized on my 1440×900 sreen. Is there a way to make the parallax responsive? Thanks in advance.

Had to wait more then 2 days for the first response which was completely not useful, but maybe that was because I didn’t explain it clear enough. After reply-ing to your response, I am now waiting again for more then 2 days. This is my ticket number: Ticket: #399056
Also since this ticket system is not working I have another issue. I have set transition from left to right, but when it loads the next page it is NOT loading the margins for the text I’ve set in VC column settings. When I reload the page it does load the margin settings. Any ideas how to solve this? Hope you respond quicker on through this system cause have to finish by monday. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your quick reply and asigning a developer, I got a response immediately and it helped. I figured out myself about the margin things. If you put the margins and padding in the VC page settings it will not load with transition, you have to put your margin and padding codes in CSS in style.css (child). Just to let you know.

Pre sales question. What does PAGE LEFT/RIGHT TRANSITION exactly mean?
Does this mean that if you go from one page to another page that it the pages move like on a one page up and down? So you can actually create a story telling effect from left to right?

Thanks for your interest in our theme.
This is one of the available Ajax page transition effect in our theme. If you turn this on, when you navigate between pages on your site, the page you are on currently will move off the screen to the right, and the page you are navigating to will then enter the screen from the left. You can set this option either globally for your whole site, or on a page to page basis.

When you click on “Test Animation” you will be returned to the home page of the site, and then when you navigate to some other page you will see the animation take effect.

Can you use the portfolio gallery to also display video? I’m trying that now, but when I click the zoom, it just shows the image in a lightbox and not the video. This only happens if i click the link to go to that portfolio post that shows the embedded video.
Does the portfolio gallery work with youtube links for the lightbox effect without going to the linked post?

Hi there,
I would like to ask something about WPBakery Visual Composer. It shows me to make update, but it is not able to make it. When I’m trying to do it, it writes me that Update package is not available. Now the backend editor started to be crazy, it is crashing the site, etc. it’s duplicating rows without my command. I thought that I will download the WPBakery Visual Composer latest version of the plugin and update it through ftp, but it is not free. Could you help me or give me an advice, please, what to do?

Since we use a customized version of Visual Composer with our shortcodes added, when updating Visual Composer with our theme, you should first update the theme to the latest version, then go to your plugins panel and delete the Visual Composer plugin. Then a notification will appear at the top of your page that a required plugin has not been installed. Install and activate Visual Composer via this notification and you will receive the latest version of Visual Composer that is compatible with our theme.
If you would like to install the plugin manually, you can find the latest compatible version in your “subway/plugins” folder.

HI, we are also using mega menu, but when we get to the responsive version, it breaks, do we need to configure something in particular, we get to hamburger menus one from qode and one from mega menu and neither works.

There’s not a native option for this however, a plugin might be a good solution. Please have in mind that we’ve not tested any plugin of the sort with our theme – usually the safest bet is to use the most popular/highest rated plugin out there.

Hello,
I am using the latest subway theme version 1.3 and installed the theme on Wordpress 4.1
After installing the theme, i started to create pages and insert content. While inserting the content in several pages, i discovered a huge problem that messed my work.
It is that after clicking on “Update” to save the page, some content is deleted or page blocks disappear, it is not displayed in the front-page and visual composer view in the page backend.
Is it an issue in the visual composer or the theme itself ? How can i fix it ?
Please let me know asap since its ruining my work & i cannot continue like this.

I have a problem with exponent end index. In backend editor i insert e.g. x2 (2 is exponent), and in backend its ok, but in frontent exponent is like this x2.
