I purchased X theme this week. It is so beautiful and so powerful and I have tried so hard to work with it this week. However, it has destroyed my website. I am to the point that I have actually submitted a request to my website host to restore my entire website from a prior backup…way before this theme entered my life. This theme may work well for a others, but here are two things that caused me problems that perhaps advance knowledge will help others so this theme can work for them (I am so jealous!).
1. The problems I encountered were addressed on their help forum and I diligently tried to do everything they suggested, but one of their suggestions was to make sure your webhost provides you with 512MB of memory. Sadly, my webhost has a limit at 128MB. So know before you buy this theme what your capacity is.
2. My install initially went well. However, the moment I uploaded the demo content it all went to you know where in a handbasket—and fast. So, my advice is as tempting as it is to upload that demo stuff…don’t do it! Perhaps my story would have had a happier ending.
Sadly, I am off to buy another theme. Good luck and hopefully this quick note will save someone hours and tears!

I think there might be some confusion. First off, we requested access to your site in the forum to check it out, however you never replied. The offer still stands 
1) X is a standard WordPress theme in terms of file size and resource usage. Some hosts throttle memory usage quite heavily and it sounds like yours is doing this. On the very isolated case we see this, increasing the memory limit is the first step, typically 128 mb is more then enough, and we have never found a host to date that can not run the theme (if they can host WordPress), so there is something else at hand.
2. There is no issue with our demo content import process and the vast majority of our thousands of customers use it and use if often. If there was something that happened to your site as a result of using the feature it was not because of the demo content importer. The only change the demo content importer will make to your site is to your Customizer settings and this is warned in several locations. None of your site content is controlled/changed by this process.
While we certainly understand there are varying needs for each customers particular website, I can assure you both of these things are not issues with the theme but rather 1) an isolated issue with your host (that we would have been happy to help you troubleshoot if you had replied to our comment in the forum) and 2) as something mismanaged or misunderstood about the demo content importer.

Don’t get me wrong, your theme is beautiful, I have just had a lot of trouble. I understand that every website has a unique experience, but I did want to leave some feedback somewhere.

Not sure…you would be the first one who wouldn’t be able to access them as we don’t have any other reports of this. There is no location or security settings that would prevent that, so it sounds like something on your end.
yes i have found out. vimeo is blocked in my country 
... and i guess you don’t have youtube… too bad! I really need to see how exactly the shortcodes integration in the vc is. I don’t see any shortcode at all in the element library of the vc. There is only independent shortcode panel in the backend which is separate from vc. So how to integrate the shortcode exactly?
Btw, previously i installed another theme which is bundled with VC, so when i installed X, another VC is already there. Is it because of this so there is no shortcode in the element library?

That could be part of the problem. If you delete any instances of Visual Composer on your site, you can reinstall the one from X by going to X Addons > Extensions in your dashboard.
Video Embed funkction doesn´t work.
Only the link are displayed!
Yep, it’s working just fine as you can see in our demo (using the latest version of the theme). I also just added both the Vimeo and YouTube embed codes to a blank page and it worked as it should. It is most likely due to your customizations or some errant 3rd party plugin.

The license is for a single use, so if you wanted to use X on say 3 sites, you would simply purchase 3 regular licenses. This is the same for all products sold on ThemeForest.

I am very frustrated as I purchased X theme but cannot update it. It wants verification by registering. When I go to register and apply the licence code I get a message saying that code is applied to a different account. I have only ONE account with you so why do I get that message. What do I have to do to upgrade something I paid for?

Question about fullscreen revslider in integrity 7
When i have menu on top then the video height is larger than screen so the scroll anchor and some other content in bottom will go out of the page

The Visual Composer plugin that came with the theme doesn’t seem to be responding properly, but the Visual Composer plugin appears to have installed properly. Is there a certain way the Visual Composer plugin needs to be installed?

Sorry about that. I have now joined the member area.
The issue I am having with Visual Composer is that it doesn’t appear to be functioning correctly. I have installed the plugin the usual way and I get the message saying that it has installed successfully, however when I try to use Visual Composer, the layout appears wrong and I am unable to select any components to edit the page. I have tried various browsers to rule out my browser being the problem, but I continue to have the same problem with any browser.
Sorry, I haven’t used Visual Composer before, as I haven’t been able to get it to work properly, so it is hard to explain the problem. I have added a couple links below to some screen shots of the issue I am having. Hopefully this helps with explaining my issue and that it is an issue you have seen before.

Would REALLY love to see some options given to the left navigation area. A lot of wasted real estate below the menu, and would be great to use it of social icons and maybe a widget. Right now, it feels like it’s just implemented to create another option, rather than a design element.

Of course, the option is always on the table as well to implement some of these little changes via a child theme for any particular project you might need it on as well.

I already purchased and installed this theme on a localhost, but for some reason when I select a demo, I can’t see the text and the image spaces, I just see the page code. Why may that be?

Since I can’t see anything due to this being on localhost, all I can do is take a guess and from the sounds of things it seems like you might not have the shortcode plugin installed. Our provided shortcode plugin is required to run with X, so please ensure that is all setup and good to go. If you haven’t done so already, please review the resources in our member center Knowledge Base as it covers this setup process thoroughly and answers many of these startup questions.

Thanks for writing in! X is built on WordPress best practices and for the most part should function without issue across hosts. Do keep in mind that sometimes hosts might enact various restrictions on certain plans (especially shared hosting plans) that could keep certain actions from being implemented smoothly (e.g. uploading the theme via WordPress, product validation for automatic updates, et cetera). Keep in mind these are hosting related restrictions and have nothing to do with the theme itself. Is your theme compatible with CloudFlare rocket script – asynchronous javascript loading?

We don’t directly integrate with CloudFare. Although that’s more plugin or server administration territory. If configured properly, CloudFare should just work. It would asynchronous request the files, but still run them in the intended synchronous order. I can’t say there’s anything we’ve done to prevent this.

Sure! This is possible by creating a page and setting it to use a Revolution Slider above the masthead. In your slider, you can add clickable layers that appear with your four options similar to how we’ve done it on the Integrity 1 demo.

At this time you cannot have the menu over the slider unless you wanted to input some of the styling on your own and the only way to have a different menu on other pages is to include the one page navigation. Again, you could modify this via a child theme to suit your needs if you’d like.

looks like an awesome theme, but in the demos I have the problem that if I scroll over a map I automatically zoom in or out but can’t navigate the site anymore. Full width maps (which I’d need) make navigation impossible. I tried to google a solution and found several threads and suggestions in your forum, but none of them seems to resolve the issue, one sais it’s out of your control. (But then in another company’s theme that’s not the case for me, e.g. here http://www.wittythemes.com/prep/?theme=Inception) Any idea for ONE solution that WORKS? This third party plugin http://diazemiliano.github.io/mapScrollPrevent/ just doesn’t look nice to me.

Hi I just saw the first link isn’t working if you wanted to compare … just delete the bracket in the end.
There is already a solution in place for this when using our Map Shortcode. Please refer to that page and you will see an option for how to turn that zoom off when you scroll over a map.

So, I want to know if this theme has features to put on the front page (home) like “latests posts”, “categories”, etc. I want to make a mix of a magazine and a website.

We certainly do. For example, take a look at our Ethos 1 demo. This is a magazine style. If you want a more custom homepage (not a blog layout) but still want to feature some posts, you can use our Recent Posts Shortcode.
