I can’t seem to update the bottom 3 images (under the slider) on HOME V1 layout now that I’m published/live – can you help guide me how to change these now that I’m live. When I go into the home page front end editor nothing comes up

Hello.

I am not able to translate the theme altogether. Some words like “Featured” and “Sale” who are in other standout tracks and as “Order Total” and “Shipping and Handling” are spelled out in .po and .mo files, but Wordpress does not recognize. I tried to translate in many ways and I can not.

How can I fix this?

I have took some time to search all the strings and regenerated the language files including all these strings:

Download them and replace/merge with the existing files they must work this time.

The reason why you need to merge is because you will not loose the current translations.

Always create backup of current language files because you can revert changes.

Hi there. We are loving the theme, however, when a customer hits the “place order” button the page freezes and there is no confirmation email sent or thank you page. I know that this is a compatibility issue between the theme and woo commerce because when I switched to a different theme, everything works fine.

Is there any fix for this or an update coming soon?

Can you tell us more about your problem, I did a test in the demo site and placed an order, got the “Thank you” message.

I am using Chrome on Mac – Yosemite OS, in which browser and OS are you experiencing this?

Hi I’ve just updated from Oxygen 1.9 to 2.9.5 and I have a couple of issues. 1) On the cart and checkout pages the shipping value is over to the left, not right like the other values. It looks from the code that it is not being wrapped in a

tag. My Woo status shows the cart totals as out of date 2.3 not 2.3.6. Is this the issue? 2) On adding to cart the message bar does not have the continue shopping button, only view cart. Can this be added, I could not find an option. 3) On the cart page can the coupon input be moved above the cart totals? 4) In IE the – qty + on the product page a stacked on top of each other not in a line

So answering my own question 4. Adding the following css to the custom css page fixes the issue: .laborator-woocommerce .product-single .entry-summary .quantity input[type=”button”] { display: inline; }

The payment method box turned gray. I was changing some buttons to gray and it must have affected that styling. I inspected the element but the css I tried did not work. How can I make the background color white so you can see the writing in the box?

Hi, I´m using QTranslateX to translate content and there are some bugs that doesn´t work correctly with Visual Composer v4.4.2 The team at WPBakery release a new version 4.4.3 that works fine with QTranslateX. The problem: I don´t have a license of Visual Composer, just using what is included in your theme! Can you update please?

Hi,

All of a sudden products are not sorting in the right order with the arrows at the top of each product. They use to scroll through each product within the category but now they are scrolling through randomly? I am sure it is just a setting but can you let me know where I can find that?

When I want to remove item from wishlist, I press “X” button but nothing happens! Also I can’t add product from whislist to cart because “ADD TO CART” button redirect to Error 404 page as you can see at image.

Everywhere where you can choose quanity how much products you want to buy, they can move to negative value! We don’t need negative value!

Shop sidebar widget “WooCommerce Cart: Cart” is updating information about your cart only when refreshing page! It’s not very comfortable if this widget is updating information only when customer refresh page.

Coupon code in “My Cart” page isn’t working. I typed into that box coupon code and pressed “Apply” button but nothing happens.

In the stock is only one beanie but when I update cart by adding 3 more beanies there’s showing this error text, but they added to cart products! If there is an error than why website added that 3 beanies?

The issue with Wishlist is because they have updated the plugin and Oxygen still has the older files. So to fix it (before we release the update) please download these files and extract them:

Replace in /wp-content/themes/oxygen/woocommerce/ folder and the wishlist will start working.

To fix coupon form please download this file: http://d.pr/f/1bJGu

And replace in: /wp/wp-content/themes/oxygen/woocommerce/cart/

It should work as expected.

Hello again, i’m having this big, annoying problem with my Oxygen themed WooCommerce shop.

The CheckOut page is freezing (transparent blank) after hitting the “Place Order” button. Order is registered in the shop’s backoffice (dashboard), but: - the client and myself aren’t getting any emails - cart is not clearing itself, nor the stocks are adjusting

It’s not an memory issue, that was the first thing checked. It’s a theme related problem. And i’ve paid for this beautiful theme and would be a shame to start searching another… With Wordpress default themes (fifteen, fourteen..) orders are running smoothly, emails, cart clearing and all.

Do you have a fix for this? I appreciate any relevant help!

Windows 8.1 and Chrome / IE / Firefox (laterst updates). Also tried and failed to place order on different systems. It’s a real problem!

Hello again, the ckeckout problem has solved soon as i deleted three plugins (Akismet, WooCommerce Print Invoice & Delivery Note and another one). I’ll have to manage without these. Have a nice day!

Problems with YITH WooCommerce Wishlist

I can’t remove products. This is the error_log: remove_item_from_wishlist is not defined Also add to cart does not work: /wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-wishlist/add-to-cart.php?wishlist_item_id=477 end in a 404! If it’s helpful I can send you admin access in PM.

Hi, I’m having issues getting my site to load on my iPhone using safari and have been getting reports from some of my customers that they are unable to load the site using Firefox. I believe that these issues may be related to the site not loading google font stylesheets (for primary and heading fonts) over https.

I visited your site from Chrome and Firefox, and from the iPhone, the site opened well, but a bit slow, that could be from the hosting provider.

I noticed that you have 2 warning on your site relating to google fonts as you mentioned, to fix them.

Please open this file

/wp-content/themes/oxygen/inc/laborator_functions.php

in line 582 remove http:

$api_url = 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=';

so the code should look like this:

$api_url = '//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=';

I went ahead and duplicated my site to a test host to check on site speed/page load. The fixes you gave me do seem to help with SSL, however, the site is STILL not loading on my iPhone 6.

Is there a known issue with the theme and the iPhone 6 browser? I can load other websites just fine, but it doesn’t work on my production site or my new test site.

I can arrange a login for you for my test site if you are able to fix this problem. It’s really frustrating to not be able to access my site on my phone.

It is strange how this happens, I do have also iPhone 6 and tested your site, but the site is taking so long to load, there might be an issue related to the browser but that would not be the solution, we need to test if your site works even without iPhone 6 problem.

For your information our demo site works just fine with iPhone 6 and I am not sure what may cause it, maybe SSL certificate.

I am having an issue with the product gallery’s, when i select a specific category to show products it will shows the items from the last category i uploaded, i have tried to set it to many other categories but nothing works, i had disabled all 3rd party plugins and nothing works, any idea why this would be happening?

Hi there – this theme is excellent and I’m enjoying using it. Slight issue I’m experiencing is – when I want a variation to have a separate image and change when the user select it on the front-end, the product image doesn’t change. It seems to be an issue with the theme because using the default theme causes no issues. Any reccomendations on how to fix this? I’m running the latest versions of both your theme and woo commerce.

Hi, my WP Admin Panel is is indicating the Oxygen contains outdated WooCommerce Templates and now parts of my Site are not displaying, only in weird codes. The system’s message “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason…etc.”

Them update coming soon? I’m not seeing a newer version under my Envato Toolkit” plugin either. Let me know please. Thanks.

are you sure you have installed the Visual Composer because the shortcodes should work fine if the plugin is installed, I don’t see any sign of this plugin in your site.

Hi. Having the same issue as teskedesign. Payment gateway options are showing up twice on checkout page. Also, billing details (name, address, etc. are missing from the checkout page. Thanks for your help.

The same answer applies for this issue also for you. This happens when you use the old version of Oxygen, so I suggest you to try using 2.9.5 and see if it works for you because in demo site of Oxygen you will see that the checkout page is working fine with PayPal and its shown just once.

I’ve two different issues with catalog page. 1- It duplicated visualization of the same products 2- I receive 404 page when I click on page 2

Althought I followed your suggestions that referring to update the theme to the latest version (http://bit.ly/1JgZbbs – Sabalie) and to set permalinks as numeric (http://bit.ly/1c1v1he – zatt) I wasn’t able to fix

I follow your suggestion about WPML Translator Management plugin but I haven’t yet configured. Unfortunately it doesn’t still work.

I’ve just one last error on “WP Bakery Visual composer” plugin

It says during update process: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.”

I don’t find anything that permitt us to add a license key in Wp Bakery Visual Composer setting tab.

It could be related with our issues in catalog visualizations?

I have your theme installed on one of my websites. When you click on an image it brings up a lightbox but when you close it you have to close a second one. So it’s opening up two lightbox’s when enlarging an image!

We reached out a few days ago and are still having an issue with our checkout page. We have an issue in our Oxygen theme with the PayPal and PayPal Flow checkout options showing up twice on the checkout page:

As you can see, below the themes “Place Order” button the PayPal options appear again. Please let us know how this can be resolved ASAP.
